Harem Stealer: Reborn with the God-Tier Sharing System

Chapter 335: Red

After their little skirmish that ended by causing deep traumas to some pitiful, innocent beasts of the void, the siblings departed.

The two brothers didn't have any choice but to listen to the only woman in the group. Their sister — the older sister, to add to that.

So, by using his providence abilities, Noah found out people who lived the life of dark-type romance, all while going toward Earth.

The way they traveled was distinct to each of them.

Noah's body was transformed into a thin thread, invisible to the naked eye.

Asaemon made himself look like a small fly.

Aurelia was a golden lotus going on its own way. To the two men, it looked too flashy. But the strange thing was that it was Noah and Asaemon being attacked by void beasts.

Aurelia seemed to look at them with a smug smirk, showing her superior knowledge.

Noah and Asaemon didn't say anything. They knew where they would strike.

And the moment came sooner than they expected.

After witnessing many boring life stories of both mundane and divine beings, Aurelia finally believed she had enough materials to start writing.

So she started. She wrote her first chapter, feeling giddy and excited to finally write something of her own. Then, in high spirits, she went to her two brothers to show them.

She was quite proud of it, honestly.

But she regretted that act soon after.

Noah was gentle with his words. He only said,

"You might have a better future by sticking to reading. I mean, you could be an editor, you know? It's still a worthy job." His voice carried a distinct note of pity as he clapped her shoulder, as if to comfort her.

If it had been only that, Aurelia would at most have felt bad, then forgotten about it.

But there was Asaemon… and he didn't swallow his words.

"Sister, please stop. Don't ever write again. I thought I was going to die of cringe while reading this. Do you want to kill your readers or what?" he said.

But those weren't the words that hurt the most. It was the fact that Asaemon was serious when he was uttering them.

Can you believe it? Asaemon? Serious?

Yes. That meant it was that bloody serious.

Aurelia stared at them blankly. She didn't budge.

Starting to get worried, Noah nudged Asaemon with his shoulder.

"Laugh like you always do," he mouthed, not wanting Aurelia to feel sadder.

Asaemon shook his head. He refused.

"I'm honest, brother. I don't want her to humiliate us with this sacrilege," he mouthed back.

Hearing him, Noah couldn't help but agree. He decided to cheer her up another way. It was quite easy. He just had to talk about the books he knew from his old world.

There was one he had forgotten to tell Aurelia about, one he couldn't believe he had dared to forget.

It was a story of a young man living in a color-based society. He was born to be the lowest, a Red. But one way or another, he succeeded in becoming a Gold, the ruling class, and destroyed them.

It was a fun read, but also a devastating one.

Hearing the touching story, Aurelia immediately cheered up. She started to speak and even asked Noah some questions about the howlers.

Asaemon looked at Noah with awe. He didn't know Aurelia was so easy to manage. He took a notebook and started to note down Noah's tactics — without knowing that all of this, without the base knowledge of books, would be useless.

They continued, now with Aurelia no longer wanting to write a book, but simply to continue her reading journey.

Good choice.

Time passed. A day? A year? Eons?

They didn't know, but they could sense a sudden shift in the atmosphere around them.

If before it had looked like they were swimming in an ocean of energy of all types — whether neutral mana, elemental mana, or even conceptual mana — now it was no longer the case.

The more they went, the more the mana thinned. At this point, they were about to reach a place where no mana would exist.

It was madness to both Aurelia and Asaemon, and it was extremely jarring. They had been born in mana, raised in mana. Even though they had encountered some beings with null mana, this was completely different.

Null mana… was still mana at the end of the day. Just a very specific and rare type of mana.

But where they were going?

None.

"Brother," Asaemon said as they sat together inside a small makeshift realm to rest and enjoy the… blank scenery.

Noah turned his head to look at him.

"I don't want to be the cat curiosity killed, but hey… how do you even know this damn world we're going to?

"I'm not saying I'm afraid. I'm not. But goddamn, I'm getting chills in this place. And we're not even there yet." Asaemon faintly chuckled.

Aurelia nodded too. She was, in fact, curious. But contrary to Asaemon, she was very excited, because she knew she would learn something new.

It was a whole new place she had never set foot in, after all. So she was looking around, eyes wide with curiosity.

Noah noticed how curious they were. But what could he tell them? That he was born in that world, then because of a living system he reincarnated into Laeh, and became what he was now?

He was pretty sure they wouldn't even be that surprised if they knew. And it would create more connections between them.

In all aspects, it was a good idea to just be sincere.

But he wasn't. So he would lie.

He parted his lips to speak the lie he had thoroughly prepared for this occasion, but…

He shut his mouth almost immediately as he stood up. His whole body shook with deep dread.

Aurelia and Asaemon looked at him in confusion, wondering what was going on. But Noah wasn't hearing them. He wasn't hearing anyone or anything, in fact.

His eyes were searing with an uncountable number of threads, his face frowning heavily.

"Bloodydamn…" he muttered as suddenly their whole realm turned to dust. It was only then that Aurelia and Asaemon sensed the danger.

But it was far too late, as the being was already in front of them.

It was a woman, her whole body red like coagulated blood.

Her hair was long, reaching down to her ankles, floating behind her like a river of blood let loose in empty air. She wore a black sleeveless garment that covered her entire body.

Her eyes were fixed on Noah, glowing with sinister light.

"…it's you."

Her voice was sweet, sweeter than musk, but the power and cruelty behind it made the siblings take their fighting stance immediately.

She grinned like a wolf spotting a pack of sheep.

"You know her?" Aurelia asked, her golden eyes beginning to glow.

"I don't." Noah's voice was calm, but inwardly his heart was beginning to race.

"…she doesn't seem to agree with that, brother. Can you see how she's looking at you?" Asaemon added with a bloodthirsty smile, his body twisting and shifting as if he were holding himself back from immediately transforming into a monstrosity because of the power he sensed in this red woman.

Noah's lips twitched at Asaemon's words.

But before he could reply…

"Your fate… is to die. Today."

Her right hand began to glow with blistering red.

Noah smiled.

"Who decided that?"

The woman's lips stretched into a wide, unnatural smile that made the siblings take a step back.

"Ruin decided that."

She struck.

The void itself shuddered.
