Yu Dong hummed. She picked up the Rubik's cube that she had taken out from her space and handed it to Yu Jin who played with it. He twisted it left and right without any sense in his little head. Of course, Yu Dong knew that this toy was too mature for a child who was the same age as Yu Jin but her son was much more mature.

She took it from him as she twisted the cubes around before matching every colour and handing it back to Yu Jin who oohed and ahh'ed before turning it around again.

Chen Mi frowned upon hearing her question. He did not believe that anything would happen if Yu Dong was to refuse. After all, it was the Murong family who wanted to keep this engagement more than them.

"They will throw Murong Si to the forest and leave him to die," Ye Liu who arrived at the house and learned of everything about what happened at the house when he was gone from Fang Chi, answered from the threshold. Behind him was Ye Yexian and Zi Mu who returned from the orchards.
