The next day, the rain stopped completely.

In the morning, Yoshida Keiko took Takumi and his group to visit various cherry blossom viewing spots in Tokyo. As they left, Takumi noticed Aika carrying two large bags containing food, books, and even clothes.

She was worried it would rain, so she even brought a change of clothes.

"Mom, you're so tired with so many things, how can you enjoy the cherry blossoms?" Takumi complained, but as soon as he said that, Shiori, beside him, immediately came over and took the bag from his hand: "Ma'am, let me carry this."

Takumi was stunned. He didn't dare to sleep soundly the night before, for fear that Shiori would attack him at night. His eyes were red now, and Shiori's actions at that moment surprised him.

And it wasn't over yet. Along the way, Shiori's behavior was equally strange.

For example: "Hey, the water's gone..." when Takumi finished drinking it.

"I'll buy it!" Shiori dashed out like lightning and then reappeared like a fly with a shopping bag in her hand: "Here, water."

Her behavior not only surprised Takumi but also Yoshida Keiko.

"Miss Shiori, she..." The tour guide asked Aika in a low voice: "Is she an admirer of Master Takumi?"

Although Aika shook her head, she had been observing them all morning. No matter how innocent she was, Aika would discover the situation when she saw Shiori running to Higashimachi to find him.

They had been together for a long time and their relationship was much better, so she was surprised and happy to see such a scene.

"Takumi is usually quiet, but she captivated him."

Aika was delighted. The more she looked at Shiori, the more she liked her. This girl is so active. She's a replica of young Aika. She also took the initiative to pursue Takumi's father.

But even though she was happy, Aika also felt sad. Is it appropriate for these two young people to fall in love at such a young age? They still have several years to grow. There are too many variables. What if they don't get along and end up breaking up? And seeing Takumi's situation, it seems he hasn't accepted Shiori yet...

Aika doesn't want her son's romantic life, even though she secretly likes Shiori. But she still pretended not to notice.

However, Aika was satisfied with this matter. She had always worried that Takumi would have difficulty finding a partner due to his work. Now it seems he has a good relationship with women, and it's not a dream to let him hold his grandchildren as soon as possible...

With different thoughts in mind, the group visited several sacred cherry blossom spots in Tokyo, but they didn't have much fun, mainly for two reasons. The first was that there were too many guests in Tokyo.

As the capital of Japan, this year's cherry blossom season attracted tourists from all over the world to Tokyo, and it rained for the past two days. After the weather cleared, tourists rushed out to admire the blossoms. As a result, several parks and streets became crowded.

The second reason was even more critical. At noon, it started to drizzle again in Tokyo.

Takumi, annoyed by the weather, asked Yoshida Keiko about the situation in other cities and found out that it was only raining in Kanto. Without much thought, he decided to leave Tokyo and head south.

Cherry blossoms in Japan gradually bloom from south to north. At this time of year, cherry blossoms in the south are more beautiful. Yoshida Keiko also agreed. She booked the tickets and, after eating, took Takumi and the other two on the train heading south.

Takumi supervised Shiori's studies on the train. This girl had unintentionally skipped school, so she had to rush to catch up on her lessons. To avoid disturbing them, Aika and Yoshida Keiko sat in other seats.

The Japan District has also achieved full high-speed rail coverage. There weren't many passengers on this train, and the two older women chatted.

"How old is Miss Keiko's daughter?" Aika asked about Yoshida Keiko's family matters. Since there was nothing to hide, the tour guide smiled and replied, "Thirteen years old, her name is Yoshida Minako, she's very pretty...".

"Yoshida?" Aika asked, surprised: "Why does your daughter have your last name?"

"Ma'am, our customs here are different from those in this area. Girls change their last name to their husbands' after marriage, and generally take care of household chores after marriage."

Yoshida Keiko kept smiling. Customs in each region are different. Japan doesn't have strict regulations. Even a nation in Shikoku still retains the custom of union in marriage.

"In charge of household chores?" Aika asked, surprised: "So how can Miss Keiko be a tour guide?"

"I like it, because I like this job..." Yoshida Keiko smiled and said, "This job is great. There's no better job than this. I can travel freely around Japan."

Shiori, attentive, heard her reply.

"It's great..."

Shiori looked at her enviously. The tour guide seemed carefree. She also wanted to do a job like that.

"Don't fall behind."

However, Takumi picked up the book and patted her head. Shiori stuck out her tongue and lowered her head to continue with the questions.

She was studying, while Takumi held his head high and looked outside. This train will arrive at its destination at dusk, then he'll take a nap, and tomorrow he'll go to other attractions to see the cherry blossoms.

The train's speed isn't fast. Upon exiting a tunnel, a fragrance suddenly wafted through the air.

"Wow!" Shiori exclaimed, raising her head to look outside. As the train exited the tunnel, it traveled along a hillside covered in cherry blossoms. The ocean wind made the cherry blossoms flutter across the sky, and some even drifted into the carriage, which excited Shiori.

Takumi also smiled.

"How beautiful..."

He looked outside. That's why they chose the train instead of the high-speed rail.

This was a tourist train in Japan, with specially designed large windows, low speed, and expensive tickets. The train traveled along the coast most of the time. In addition to the cherry blossoms and the city port, one could also see the sea, especially in the morning and evening, when the sunrise and sunset reflected on the sea; it was a true visual delight.

Shiori rested her head on the window. She kept watching the hillside full of cherry blossoms receding. Without the cherry blossoms, what greeted her was the ocean. The train traveled across the bridge that crossed the sea between the two islands.

The sea breeze blew, and the damp air lifted Shiori's long hair. She narrowed her eyes, and her face flushed and glowed under the sunset.

No one could deny that Shiori was a beautiful girl...

Takumi, driven by an impulse, picked up his notebook and drew. After the train left the bridge over the sea, Takumi handed the notebook to Shiori: "Look...".

"It's... me...".

Shiori suddenly stopped as she held the drawing.

Takumi nodded: "What's wrong? Dissatisfied?"

"No...". Shiori pressed the notebook to her chest and gently shook her head.

She was very satisfied, and her heart felt so sweet she wanted to fly. Perhaps meeting Takumi was the most unfortunate thing in her life, but at the same time, it must have been the happiest for her.

"Takumi, you always bring me surprises...".

Shiori smiled, more dazzling than the sunset.
