Chapter 46: Chapter 46 Easily Defeated

The collision of their fists caused quite a stir, showing the strength behind the blows should not be underestimated. But because both of their fists were wrapped with enough Aura, neither side suffered any real damage after the head-on collision.

As an Enhancer, Uvogin's punches packed incredible power when infused with Aura.

Although he had only been exposed to Nen for two months, with his physical strength and talent, he can't be underestimated. Even a Nen User who was proficient in the four basic Nen Techniques would not dare to take Uvogin's punch head-on.

However, Law not only took the punch head-on, but also knocked Uvogin back several meters, which was something to be proud of.

After Uvogin stood up, he charged straight at Law again, refusing to employ any tactics or strategy.

The visible Aura enveloping his body formed a protective field, which protects Uvogin while also increasing his offensive power.

This time, Uvogin leaped into the air, using the momentum to amplify his punch as he swung his fist straight at Law.

At this point, Uvogin only knew how to spread his Aura evenly across his body, and he hadn't yet learned to concentrate a large portion of his Aura into his fists for maximum impact. Therefore, no matter how he punched, it was not the strongest power he could exert at the moment.

However, Uvogin's physique is strong enough, so even if it is purely through Ren, the power of his fist is enough to shatter rocks.

"Let's see you take this punch head-on!"

With a determination not to admit defeat, Uvogin roared.

However…

Law simply sidestepped and effortlessly dodged Uvogin's airborne punch.

After his punch missed, Uvogin was unable to stop his momentum and could continue swing his fist downward, hitting the ground, creating a small explosion of dust and debris.

"Why didn't you take the hit?!"

Uvogin said angrily as he withdrew his hand as quickly as possible. He quickly adjusted his unstable body, and then turned around. At this time, the dust cloud obscured his vision.

"If I can dodge it, why should I take it?"

Law's doubtful voice came from the dust cloud. Uvogin was stunned for a moment. The logic was sound, though he had expected Law to confront his attack directly.

Before he could react, Law emerged from the dust cloud and swung a punch at him. Because his voice exposed his position, Uvogin managed to react in time, crossing his arms defensively to block the attack.

The force of Law's punch sent Uvogin flying once again, and his body tumbled several meters across the ground before coming to a halt.

Law lowered his fist and slowly walked out of the fading dust cloud.

For this punch, Law allocated a portion of his Aura and concentrated it on his fist. Considering that Uvogin's Aura defense was evenly distributed throughout his body, Law believed it should be enough to injure him.

This part of energy is equivalent to 20% of Law's Manifested Aura. In fact, Law can probably concentrate 50% of his Manifested Aura on his fist, but since this is not a life-and-death duel, there is no need to reach that level.

Uvogin gritted his teeth and climbed up from the ground. At this moment, his left elbow was slightly red and swollen.

Since he doesn't know how to use Gyo, he can't gather the Aura from other parts of his body to the defense point. But even if he mastered Gyo, he wouldn't be able to gather the Aura to the right place immediately, as that is usually a skill that only highly powerful Nen Users can use.

"If you're a real man, take my punches head-on!"

Uvogin looked at Law, who walked out of the dust cloud, and provoked him directly.

Watching from the sidelines, Nobunaga could only sigh and facepalm, while Machi rolled her eyes in exasperation.

"Stop talking nonsense."

Law replied coolly and rushed straight towards Uvogin, but before Law could launch an attack, Uvogin beat him to the punch—literally. He lunged forward with a straight right aimed squarely at Law's face.

'Being straightforward is in line with Uvogin's style.'

Facing the straight punch, Law smiled bitterly in his heart. He moved half a body length to the right to avoid the straight punch, then took a step forward, closed the distance, and delivered a powerful right elbow strike to Uvogin's abdomen.

Bang!

With a muffled sound, Uvogin spat out a small mouthful of blood and his body was sent flying once more.

Law made no move to follow up. What he wanted was not to win the sparring match easily, but to gain experience in close combat.

"Damn it!"

Uvogin, who had fallen to the ground, climbed back to his feet, wiped the blood from the corner of his mouth, and once again rushed towards Law like a bull.

Law stood in place, waiting for Uvogin to close the distance. When Uvogin threw another punch, Law sidestepped just in time and countered with a close-range elbow strike, sending Uvogin crashing to the ground yet again.

'Is it because I'm too slow?'

After being knocked down several times, Uvogin climbed up with an unwilling look on his face. Except for the first punch thrown by Law, every one of his attacks had missed completely.

Looking at Uvogin, who got up again, Law felt a little disappointed but did not show it on his face.

He thought that Uvogin had rich experience in fighting, but he didn't expect that Uvogin's approach was nothing more than reckless, straightforward charges and linear punches. Dodging these attacks was far too easy, which provided little opportunity for Law to truly test his combat skills.

'Let's finish it with the next punch. There's still plenty of time. I'll just give Uvogin some time to grow.' Law thought to himself.

At this time, Uvogin refused to give up and moved once again.

'Another straight punch?'

Looking at Uvogin's rushing forward directly, Law looked calm.

However, when the distance between the two sides was only five meters, Uvogin suddenly punched the ground. With a loud bang, sand and dust erupted, creating a thick cloud that quickly enveloped both fighters.

The dense cloud spread rapidly, obscuring vision in all directions.

Seeing this, Law smiled slightly, 'Finally, there was some change. It's not just a simple straight punch.'

'However, the amount of Aura that Uvogin emits is like a light bulb in the dark… it's too obvious.'

The dust in the left front suddenly rolled up rapidly… it was Uvogin launching a sneak attack on Law.

Law had already sensed Uvogin's position, so he was prepared. Before Uvogin's fist could hit him, Law took the initiative to attack and kicked Uvogin in the abdomen, sending him flying out of the dust cloud.

Uvogin's body hurtled through the air before landing with a heavy thud outside the dust's reach, sprawled on the ground in a spread-eagle position.

This time, Uvogin didn't get up again, but stared at the sky blankly. At this moment, there was one question is his mind: 'Why can't I hit him?'

'No matter what, he's only been exposed to Nen for two months. My expectations might have been too high.'

Law thought as he emerged from the dust cloud. Seeing that Uvogin did not get up immediately, he withdrew his Ken and returned to the normal Ten state.

Ken is a technique that combines Ten and Ren, wrapping the highest amount of Aura that can be released around the body, but it consumes a lot of Aura and stamina, so it's unnecessary to keep it active outside of combat.

Law had won this sparring match easily, but he did not feel proud at all. He just thought that Uvogin had been exposed to Nen for too short a time.

However, he had ignored the fact that he had only been practicing Nen for less than three months.

Enduring the pain, Uvogin straightened his upper body and sat on the ground.

Right now, he couldn't even maintain Ken anymore, let alone continue fighting. He simply waved at Law, indicating that he gave up.

Law nodded and asked, "Is your injury serious? Can we continue tomorrow?"

"Let's continue tomorrow!" Uvogin snorted and didn't mention anything about his injury.

"Good."

Law responded with a nod, then looked at Nobunaga, who had been watching the battle, and said, "It's your turn."

Gripping his wooden sword tightly, Nobunaga walked towards Law with a serious expression.

This time, it was Uvogin's turn to watch the match.
