Chapter 379: Noah's Daughters-in-Law
"Terra, what kind of dragon is your father?"
As this question was asked, a multitude of crystal-clear dragon eyes shone brightly, settling on the majestic and dignified Golden Dragon.
The scales on this dragon's body seemed to be cast from molten gold, even in the dim light, they did not appear dull, because he himself was a source of light, and wherever he went, it was as if the sun shone brightly and everything was illuminated.
He possessed a longer and more elegant sinuous dragon body than ordinary Golden Dragons, yet he did not seem slender or weak at all; rather, he had the grandeur and magnificence of sprawling mountain ranges.
The splendid dragon wings that were completely different from ordinary Golden Dragons, and the two pairs of crown-like dragon horns on his forehead, were enough to display his noble lineage that overshadowed other dragon species, although he also had a third pair of dragon horns which were hard to notice unless closely observed.
"He is a very... "
Looking at the four dragons beside him with scales of various colors and differing temperaments from the Gemstone Dragon Clan, Terramus suddenly paused, as he did not know how to describe his father.
Judging by the way he educated his descendants, his father was undoubtedly a tyrant, but on the other hand, his father exhibited generosity and lavishness unimaginable to a dragon clan.
Although he and his siblings went through a lot of hardship during their growth, they had to admit that their father provided them with material support in their pursuits that even Ancient Dragons found hard to believe.
To be fair, if it weren't for their father's assistance and support, the three siblings would never have achieved their current accomplishments, not to mention his own achievements.
If he hadn't received the Giant God Workshop, he wouldn't have been able to command a mechanical undead legion to push through Dark Hell at such a young age. He couldn't even gather the basic materials needed for everyday consumption, let alone anything else.
It was for this reason that Terramus found it difficult to succinctly describe his father to his mate, especially after having a conversation with his father and realizing how unfamiliar he actually was with him, he had never truly understood his father.
"A gentle dragon, you don't need to be too nervous!"
After a moment of silence, Terramus chose to describe his father as gentle, because in his memory, he had never seen his father get angry, not even during the wars against the Divine.
"Really?"
Yellow Jade Dragon Brigit questioned her partner's statement, as she noticed that momentary pause, moreover, from Terramus's behavior and daily conduct, she did not think his father would be a dragon that could be described as gentle.
"Of course, you will know when you meet my father, he is actually a dragon who loves to converse."
Terramus answered confidently, though he was still met with skeptical glances, forcing the Golden Dragon to pause and add,
"However, my father has a preference different from other Golden Dragons."
"What kind of preference?"
It was a Blue Gemstone Dragon who asked, whose scales had a beautiful dark blue sheen, reflecting the light emitted from Terramus onto the surrounding rock walls, creating a luminous effect akin to sparkling waterfalls, truly magnificent.
"My father does not like using Transformation Technique; in my memory, the times he transformed into humanoid form can be counted on one hand. Most of the time, he prefers to move in his original form. When meeting with you, he should remain in his original form."
"Original form? How big is it?"
Covered in pale purple scales, like an elegant dragon adorned with natural crystal minerals, suddenly realized.
Because the Golden Dragon before them already had a colossal size that surpassed dragons of the same age, the Golden Dragon's size was already the biggest among True Dragon Species, yet Terramus still had a size that surpassed his current age group, despite just being over a hundred years old, possessing a size comparable to an Ancient Dragon.
It was undeniable that this was one of the reasons why Terramus could find several mates from the Gemstone Dragon Clan in the Dark Territory.
Because the size of the Gemstone Dragon Clan appeared somewhat petite compared to the Metal Dragon Race and Colorful Dragon Clan at the same age, not to mention an oversized existence like Terramus. How could they not be conquered?
Big is good, giant is beautiful, though simple and crude, it's applicable to any dragon species, to the dragon clan, size essentially equates to combat power, the ultimate symbol of pure primitive strength.
"Slightly bigger than me, my father often says I'm the child most like him, so you don't have to be too nervous, you can interact with my father as you do with me, just pay a little attention to etiquette when you meet him."
Terramus mentioned casually, not emphasizing much about his father's size, such things are best seen with one's own eyes, after all, saying it now would only add to their nervousness, so he added another sentence to stir their anticipation,
"Moreover, my father is a very generous dragon, when you meet him, you might gain unexpected rewards."
"Generous? Lavish?"
Several Gemstone Dragons looked at each other in surprise, they did not expect to hear such terms associated with a dragon clan, what did this have to do with dragon species?
