Chapter 340: Hell Titan, Ancestral Golden Dragon's Wrath
"Do you think your disguise is convincing? Even if you possess all of Tidel's memories, so what? Filthy maggot! Every word you say makes me nauseous!"
Noah's dragon eyes blazed with anger, transforming into tangible flames that overflowed from his pupils, engulfing his entire body. Noah was ablaze, turning into a literal angry dragon.
The previously sealed palace interior rapidly heated up, flames flowed over everything in sight, turning seemingly non-combustible objects into fuel under the ancestral Golden Dragon's wrath.
The palace, equipped with the highest-standard defense alchemy matrix, now seemed especially vulnerable. In just a breath of Noah, the dome was melted through by flames, and the colonnades collapsed under the Golden Dragon's anger.
"Noah, what are you talking about? Why are you treating me like this? Have you forgotten our past together?"
Facing the suppression of the ancestral Golden Dragon, even as the Master Atlas, restored to youth and reaching his former peak, was hard-pressed to resist,
"Though you never saw me as a brother, I treated you as my own. Back when we were both weak, whenever you had a request, even if it meant my father's reprimand, I would go to the river valley to catch mussels and dig for pearls. Have you forgotten?"
"Shut up!"
Noah's dragon eyes burned fiercely, looking at the figure before him, which resembled his memory eight or nine parts, but had one or two fundamental differences. Within his thoughts was born a desire for destruction never before felt.
Because this guy reminisced about times with Tidel, yet his eyes and face bore an openly mocking smile, a deep malice enough to enrage anyone and ignite the strongest killing intent.
The one awakened from the Time-Space Amber wasn't Tidel, but a monster possessing all Tidel's memories and body.
This was obvious due to the high-ranking Titan Bloodline restraint; it was impossible for the elderly, final-moment-sealing Tidel to rejuvenate for no reason.
No power materializes out of thin air, much less vitality. Where could the power to extend the life of a Titan Bloodline inheritor come from?
The moment the monster opened its eyes, it provoked Noah, knowing his rejuvenation was rife with flaws and acted familiarly with Tidel's tone.
Because he knew Noah wouldn't kill him. The body he occupied, the suppressed consciousness, were the Golden Dragon's greatest vulnerabilities; holding these chips let him do as he pleased.
"Too cruel, Noah, even if you don't see me as a brother, you shouldn't treat me this way. During my slumber, what happened?
Have you seized the Atlas Kingdom I established? Even so, I wouldn't mind; you should know.
I am willing to give you everything I have; even occupying my kingdom, my awakening won't threaten your rule."
Facing the infuriated Golden Dragon, his body sinking, the increasingly strained Master Atlas wore no tension, instead his smile was wildly brilliant.
"You really think I won't kill you?"
Pure gold flames surged heavenward, as if the Orphis Mountain Range itself was ablaze, resembling a sun falling into it.
"Noah, although I don't know how much time has passed, even though you've grown, don't you think you're being overly arrogant?"
Enveloped in flames, the Master Atlas gazed up at Noah, in his deep black eyes lay an indelible crimson,
"If my sensing's not mistaken, your realm might not even be equal to mine. Why do you have this illusion of killing me?"
As his words finished, the Master Atlas under Noah's claws began growing, amidst the dark lightning's dance and roar, a dark Giant appeared atop Orphis Mountain's peak.
This was a Titan, a dark Titan growing beyond 120 meters tall, lacking the divinity of ancient Titans, exuding a demonic trait deep enough to make all things quiver, like a Demon God emerging from Hell's depths.
"Illusion? Such foolish talk makes me laugh; since when did realm represent everything? How much do you think you know?"
Facing the Hell Titan standing over the palace ruins, Noah's dragon eyes flashed coldly, his dragon wings unfurled like clouds hanging from the sky, gold dragon scales burned, unleashing unprecedented holy fire. In fierce flames, the ancestral Golden Dragon's figure appeared ever more majestic, and untouchable.
Even though the Hell Titan's power here surpassed Tidel's past peak, nearing the realm of a demigod, he is no longer the young dragon he once was.
"Then let me experience the power you currently possess!"
