In the past, after killing and extracting the Green Corpse Emperor's body, Ethan collected 20 units of God Essence.

And now, the reward for his newly generated mission was 100 units of God Essence, which was quite a lot in Ethan's estimation.

Even though Ethan didn't know the exact use of the God Essence, just the word 'God' was enough to know it was the most valuable thing, and the more units he accumulated, the better it would be.

'After my meeting with the Moonshadow Tribe's Chief, I should start working on it and complete the mission to revive the Green Lotus Tribe.'

Since the reward for completing that mission was the 'System Upgrade', Ethan had long hoped to complete it.

Previously, he was thinking of killing the Peak Rank 8 Azure Serpent Fiend King in the Azure Serpent Realm and reviving the Green Lotus Tribe's Ancestor before taking over the Green Lotus Enclave.

However, with the Bonepiercer Tribe swearing loyalty to him, Ethan felt he didn't have to go with that plan anymore, as he was fully confident in reclaiming the Green Lotus Enclave.

'Moreover, once the revived Green Lotus Tribesmen knew that their Green Lotus Enclave was no longer in the Bloodclaw Tribe's control, their loyalty towards me would increase even faster.'

"Chief Bonen, can I see the Heavenly Artifact of your Bonepiercer Tribe?"

As soon as they returned, Ethan asked without hesitation.

Since every Hermit Tribe had a Heavenly Artifact that was carried by the Chief of the tribe, Ethan knew Chief Bonen would be carrying it.

As for Chief Bonen, he didn't hesitate even a tiny bit and immediately handed over the bone staff he always carried.

"The orb on my staff is the Heavenly Artifact of my Bonepiercer Tribe. It is called the Bone Heaven Orb."

At the top of the staff was a dull, grey skull-shaped orb embedded firmly into the crown.

"So, this is the Bonepiercer Tribe's Artifact." Ethan turned the staff in his hand, his eyes narrowing with interest, and asked: "What are its effects?"

"With this Heavenly Artifact, we can create Bone Beasts to fight alongside us."

Chief Bonen explained the effects and hesitated to say something more, but Ethan was lost in his thoughts.

'Bone Heaven Orb? And helps nurture Bone Beasts? Aren't the names and effects of the Heavenly Artifacts of the other Hermit Tribes similar?'

Ethan silently thought to himself; however, without thinking much, he knew the reason behind it.

It was because all five Heavenly Artifacts of the Hermit Tribes were supposed to merge together to form an origin beast and help in creating a Void Secret Realm.

The information he received about the Secret Enclaves and the Hermit Tribes backed the similar names and even effects of the Heavenly Artifacts.

'But, why have I never seen anyone from the Bonepiercer Tribe summon the Bone Beasts to fight alongside them?'

Suddenly, Ethan realised something and asked Chief Bonen about it.

Ethan's first encounter with the Hermit Tribes happened in the Primordial Beast Realm and then during the first war against the Bloodclaw Tribe.

None of the Bonepiercer Tribe Members he encountered ever summoned any Bone Beasts.

Even in the latest war earlier today, Ethan only saw Blood Beasts but didn't witness any Bone Beasts.

"With it, we can nurture Bone Beasts that are as powerful as the Bloodclaw Tribe's Blood Beasts."

Chief Bonen's expression twisted with bitterness as he added, "However… it was broken when my tribe fought against the Bloodclaw Tribe a thousand years ago. Now, it's nothing more than an ordinary walking staff."

"What? Broken?" Ethan frowned, his face darkening. This wasn't the answer he was expecting.

"For the Hermit Tribes, their Heavenly Artifact is everything. It is the foundation of their strength." Chief Bonen's tone grew heavy, weighed down by a thousand years of decline.

"Since ours shattered, the Bonepiercer Tribe has been unable to rise again. It is also the very reason why the Bloodclaw Tribe never considered us a threat."

Bonen's voice carried no hesitation; he had chosen to bare everything to Ethan.

In his eyes, Ethan was already the one who would lead the Bonepiercer Tribe back to glory.

'Wait a moment… Why would the Bloodclaw Tribe destroy this artifact? Didn't they know that the Heavenly Artifacts are the core pieces for creating a Void Secret Realm?'

Ethan's brows furrowed deeply.

'Even though they want to keep the other Hermit Tribes below them, I don't think they would go as far as destroying the Heavenly Artifact of other Hermit Tribes... unless they don't know that they could create a Void Secret Realm with them.'

That revelation struck him like lightning. Even the Bloodclaw Tribe, the strongest among the five Hermit Tribes, had no clue about the true purpose of these artifacts.

'Looks like creating my own Void Secret Realm using the Heavenly Artifacts and Secret Enclaves is going to be much more difficult than I expected.'

Ethan exhaled slowly, realising once again how precious those 100 units of God Essence truly were.

Previously, by killing the Green Corpse Emperor, an apostle of an Undead God, he earned only 20 Units of God Essence, and the mission to create his own Void Secret Realm by merging the five Secret Enclaves would reward him with 100 units of God Essence.

It was five times higher than killing a Soul Transformation Realm Cultivator.

'For an impossible task, only a divine reward made sense.'

In this world, broken artifacts could sometimes be repaired… but Heavenly Artifacts? Repairing them was nearly impossible.

And even if some obscure method did exist, the process would devour both time and wealth endlessly.

"What about the Moonshadow Tribe?" Ethan asked, his voice steady but sharp as he specified his question even more, "Was their Heavenly Artifact also broken by the Bloodclaw Tribe?"
