She could feel Noah's eyes roaming all over her body, checking her out. She did not shy away from his gaze, but it made her actions more proactive in front of him.

This time, Elysia made a lot of changes in her appearance. Her dress looked more Western than eastern.

Her twin braided loose hairstyles gave her a mature look. Most importantly, she was wearing accessories she never wore till now.

'Where did she get the idea to dress up like that?' Xin Yan narrowed her eyes, seeing the woman's blatant attempt to seduce Noah.

It was not that she did not mind her actions, but she did not want to be the person who comes in the middle of Noah's happiness.

From the corner of her eye, she could see the look in Noah's eyes. It was similar to the look she saw when they were on the date.

"You didn't even meet me after coming back… that's bad, we have to do something about it." Xin Yan spoke without any ounce of emotion in her voice as she pulled Elysia into the corner of the room by her head.

Noah turned his eyes away while maintaining his smile as if nothing was happening in the room.

Time passed as the silence returned to the room. Noah was sitting back in his place with his eyes closed.

Before him sat Xin Yan with her eyes fixed on him. Beside her sat the long-eared woman with an aggrieved expression on her face.

But despite her expressions, there was a small smile on her face as she sneaked glances at the two other people in the room.

"Are you okay?" Noah broke the silence by asking, his eyes containing a hint of worry as he looked at Elysia.

Elysia's whole demeanor changed instantly. She looked at Noah with a smile and replied, "I am fine."

"During the time I was away, I spent my time looking at everything that was happening on this planet." Elysia changed the topic, her face turned serious as she relayed the importance of her words.

"The last time I looked at everything like this was probably a hundred years ago, and a lot of things have changed during this short time."

"The Red Dawn Cult, as we call them, have been making a lot of moves throughout this continent. Not just this empire, even the ones to the north and the west are facing the same thing as us."

"How are these empires faring against these mysterious disappearances?"
