Genshin Impact: My villain system is a little different.

Chapter 204: Chapter 204

After trying on several outfits, Ganyu ended up giving Lumine a bunch of her old clothes, many of which were newly made but had been outgrown before she could wear them.

Lumine was thrilled to have so many new, beautiful outfits.

And since Jiang Ning thought she looked good in them, she decided to wear them more often, at least while in Liyue.

Though, Lumine still felt that black stockings didn't suit her as well as white ones.

She'd have to try white stockings later to see how they looked.

During this time, Lumine shamelessly stayed over for meals and even moved in temporarily.

She was all about taking the initiative.

Plus, she'd recently met her brother, Aether, who, as usual, was being cryptic and subtly asking about Jiang Ning.

Though Lumine knew Aether was just trying to figure out if she was in a relationship, she refused to tell him.

She even took some pleasure in annoying him.

However, after the initial excitement wore off, Lumine started to feel a bit regretful—not because she'd annoyed Aether, but because she was worried about Jiang Ning's safety.

Lumine had learned that Jiang Ning could purify the Abyss, and she knew Aether would eventually take notice.

What if Aether decided to eliminate Jiang Ning because of this?

The thought made Lumine anxious.

So, she decided to bring it up.

"Oh, that? Don't worry. We're not afraid of the Abyss anymore."

Jiang Ning stood with his hands on his hips, looking smug.

Zhongli, who was also there for dinner, calmly set down his teacup and added, "Indeed. While we're not in a position to launch a counterattack against the Abyss, we're no longer vulnerable to its corruption."

Jiang Ning was growing stronger by the day, to the point where he could purify Abyssal energy just by being nearby, without even needing direct contact.

If he continued to grow stronger, would the area around him eventually become a vacuum free of Abyssal influence? Could an entire nation be shielded from the Abyss?

So, Jiang Ning's abilities couldn't stay hidden forever. And now, Liyue, Mondstadt, and Inazuma were united as one.

If the Abyss dared to attack any of them, it would mean war with all three nations.

As for Celestia, while the Heavenly Principles were gravely injured and dormant, they weren't completely gone. If Celestia were to intervene, even the Abyss would have to think twice.

Lumine finally felt reassured:

"That's a relief…"

"If Aether ever tries anything, I'll step in too! Even if I can't beat him, I have my ways."

Lumine crossed her arms confidently. After her encounter with Aether, she realized that beneath his cold exterior, he still cared deeply for her.

As his sister, she could afford to be a little spoiled, right?

So, even if she couldn't defeat him, she could always stand in his way, sword in hand, and threaten him.

If you dare attack, I'll take my own life!

Hmph, let's see if Aether would still make a move.

Of course, that was the worst-case scenario.

Zhongli nodded slightly, "That's good to hear…"

"Enough about that. Let's eat! The Abyss? Hmph, if they dare show up, we'll make sure they never leave!"

Azhdaha, the Earth Dragon, grinned fiercely.

In terms of pure combat power, the Abyss and the surface world were evenly matched. The real threat was the Abyss's ability to corrupt surface beings, which made fighting them tricky.

But now, with Jiang Ning acting as an "air purifier," that wasn't an issue anymore.

…

After the meal, those who had work the next day or weren't on duty left to rest.

Only Jiang Ning, Shenhe, and Ganyu remained, exchanging meaningful glances, while Paimon sipped tea contentedly and Lumine looked utterly confused.

When Lumine's curious gaze landed on Ganyu and Shenhe, Jiang Ning suddenly remembered that there were two people here who didn't know the "unspoken order" of things…

After a moment of awkward silence, someone came to the rescue.

"Lumine, come with me. There's something I need to discuss with you…"

Ningguang gracefully approached and led Lumine away.

Ganyu and Shenhe breathed a sigh of relief and quickly dragged Jiang Ning into their room.

…

After a night of intense "training," Jiang Ning's strength had grown even further.

Ganyu's erosion had been significantly reduced, and Shenhe had made great strides on her path to immortality.

As for Lumine…

She had grown up.

As a self-proclaimed "talker," Lumine loved to boast, but when it came to actual action, she was too shy to follow through.

Especially after hearing Ningguang's "experienced advice," Lumine's mind went blank.

In the end, Lumine moved into the Jade Chamber, afraid of witnessing something too stimulating at home.

However, Ningguang found Lumine's attempts to avoid the situation amusing.

How long could Lumine hold out?

Ningguang could tell that Lumine was at a stage where she wanted to take the initiative but was held back by her maidenly shyness.

Deep down, Lumine wanted Jiang Ning to make the first move so she could play hard to get.

But, ha! With so many people at home, when would it ever be Jiang Ning's turn to take the lead?

Everyone knew Jiang Ning preferred to start off passive before turning the tables and taking control.

So, Ningguang decided to give her little sister a gentle push.

You ran off to the Jade Chamber, huh?

No problem. For the next few days, Keqing, Eula, and I will be staying at the Jade Chamber…

If you run back to the mansion, even better—Xianyun, Shenhe, and Ganyu will be waiting there.

As for staying elsewhere…

Ningguang never made a loss in business.

Did you think she was covering all your expenses in Liyue out of the goodness of her heart?

If you left, Lumine might manage, but Paimon? Not so much.

Ningguang was a master of subtle manipulation.

A classic case of sugar-coated bullets.

…

The next few days were torture for Lumine.

The first night, Shenhe and Ganyu's "activities" kept her awake, but she managed to hold out.

Then she moved to the Jade Chamber for some peace.

But then Keqing and Ningguang's "combos" started.

She never expected the serious Keqing and dignified Ningguang to be so… wild.

Just when she thought she could return to the mansion for some rest…

Eula teamed up with either Ningguang or Keqing—she couldn't even keep track anymore.

Frustrated, Lumine went back to the mansion… only to find the "master-disciple duo" in action.

And then… Lumine woke up the next morning needing to wash her sheets.

She decided she couldn't take it anymore and tried staying elsewhere, but Ningguang insisted that as family, it would be rude to stay outside.

After two days, Paimon started complaining about wanting to go back.

After all, the food and accommodations outside couldn't compare to home.

While Lumine could endure it, Paimon couldn't understand why they'd settle for less when they had the best at home.

So, they returned to the same cycle…

Over time, Lumine's energy waned. She had to change her sheets daily, and even her golden hair seemed to lose its luster.

Ningguang watched all this unfold and decided it was time to reel in the net.

Everyone cooperated, and that night, without Lumine's knowledge, the house was empty except for her and Jiang Ning.

Paimon, who was in on Ningguang's plan, had made a fuss about staying outside earlier.

Now, she obediently went out for a feast with Ningguang.

But before leaving, Paimon decided to give her good friend Lumine a little "help."

She secretly bought some "energy-boosting" supplements from Baizhu and slipped them into Jiang Ning's drink.

No one noticed.

Hehe, Lumine will definitely thank me later, Paimon thought proudly.

Little did she know, since the supplements were beneficial to Jiang Ning, his body wouldn't automatically purify them unless he actively tried…

Lumine was in for a rough time.

…

"Huh? Why is no one home?"

Lumine looked around the dark, empty house, feeling uneasy.

Jiang Ning walked up to her and said, "Everyone's out."

"What?"

Lumine was confused.

Then Jiang Ning added, "Paimon's not here either."

Lumine scratched her head, looking clueless, "Why?"

Jiang Ning smiled, "Maybe they're giving us some alone time?"

Lumine was puzzled at first, but then her face turned bright red, and she lowered her head.

She wasn't completely clueless. While she had no practical experience, she was theoretically well-versed in such matters.

With Jiang Ning's words, how could she not understand?

She whispered, "Isn't this too fast?"

Jiang Ning stroked his chin, "Who was it that said 'Damn, he's hot' the first time we met?"

Lumine covered her face in embarrassment.

Jiang Ning continued, "And who was it that, after getting the Serenitea Pot, wanted to be my neighbor and even connect our pots?"

Lumine let out a muffled scream behind her hands.

Jiang Ning was on a roll, "And who was it that, every time we met, would cling to me and think about how to hug me?"

Lumine was completely defeated.

Jiang Ning delivered the final blow, "So, after all that, you're saying it's too soon? Hmph, you're such a tease."

Lumine looked up, her face flushed, pouting as she held back tears, her eyes glistening with a mix of embarrassment and frustration.

"Fine! Let's go! Who's scared of who? Come with me!"

Lumine grabbed Jiang Ning's hand and dragged him into the room. Jiang Ning didn't resist, instead watching with amusement to see how far Lumine would go.

Inside the room, everything was neatly arranged, but both Jiang Ning and Lumine knew it wouldn't stay that way for long.

As soon as they entered, Lumine seemed to transform. Her hands shot up, her fingers wiggling like slippery eels, her shy expression replaced by a slightly unhinged grin.

"Hehehe, let me take a look. I've always thought you smelled amazing…"

Jiang Ning, seeing Lumine's sudden change, felt a bit uneasy.

"What's going on with you? Don't scare me like this…"

Lumine pinned Jiang Ning's hands to the bed, enjoying the look of panic on his face.

See? I'm the kind of woman who can subdue a god with my bare hands!

Lumine leaned down, nibbling and licking Jiang Ning's ear before whispering:

"Jiang Ning, Jiang Ning… Did you know that the best hunters often appear as prey?"

Her words and the sensation of her touch sent shivers down Jiang Ning's spine.

Lumine felt her acting had been flawless.

Even Ningguang had been fooled… though she wasn't sure if Ningguang was genuinely fooled or just playing along.

But who cared? The meat she'd been craving was finally within reach.

Excited, Lumine started tearing at their clothes.

"Whoa, what are you doing? This is too much!" Jiang Ning exclaimed, instinctively struggling.

And for some reason, despite how early it was, he was already…

It was the drink!

Jiang Ning suddenly realized what had happened and stared at Lumine in disbelief.

Are you that desperate? You drugged me? And do you really think you're that bold? You have no idea what you're in for.

If things go too far, even if you cry and beg, I won't let you off!

"Keep struggling! The more you struggle, the more excited I get!" Lumine's eyes were wide, her breathing heavy…

She was completely lost in the moment.

Jiang Ning was speechless. What kind of wild talk was this? Shouldn't this be the other way around?

Why was he always the one being "done"? How tragic.

Before Jiang Ning could think too much, he felt a chill as his clothes were removed, followed by an uncomfortable friction.

For a moment, he wondered if he'd been scraped raw.

"Ouch! Be gentle!"

Jiang Ning winced, and the "knight" on top of him, Lumine, also grimaced in pain.

Seriously, girl, did you skip all the prep work?

Are you not afraid of dying?

"Don't move!" Jiang Ning felt like he might actually be injured.

Seeing Lumine trembling like a leaf, he growled, "Let me take over."

Lumine didn't dare move.

Wait, no one said it would hurt this much… What's going on?

Did the books lie to me?

Jiang Ning had no choice but to guide her, taking control.

"You idiot, you're supposed to do it like this…"

…

"So, you knew what Lumine was planning, and you two just went along with it?"

Keqing crossed her arms, looking at Ningguang.

Ningguang sipped her tea calmly, "Of course. A little girl's schemes can't fool me."

Keqing rolled her eyes, as if you're some expert…

Ningguang finished her tea and twirled the priceless cup in her hand, smiling:

"After all, she's going to be our little sister. If she wants to play… let her have her fun."
