Man... I Sure took assignment notebook from Ishan, thinking that I'd be able to do this much work in this free period,

but this is too much work to do, I also should've done my work with them earlier, but now I'm just sitting here alone in the room,

doing my work, while others having fun. I mean, Bhish also hasn't done the work but... he is he I guess. He has given total of 0 fucks

about academics, and still scores in 90s, and look at his physique, Fucking hell, how's this fair. Legit he a God Gifted. Sigh...

hmm, looks like Bhish and Arasp are in the corridor, and it seems that they are coming this way

Bhish: "did you watch yesterday's match"

[ Meanwhile, in the school ground. Ishan was sitting under a tree at the corner, staring at the sky.

And he looked like he's lost in his thoughts ]

Sigh... Everyone thinks that the reason why my eyes have dark circles is because I study all the time.

I don't think I can blame them either, I do study a lot, quite a lot. But that's not the reason for 

the dark circles. It is just because I haven't slept for literal years. My life was a living hell, for as long as I can remember, my entire life's been a hell from the very start. And the reason was my father. He was a demon 

in the form of human. He was no human. He used to beat my mother all the time, Kenil, my older brother, me and even Teeshi, my younger sister, Brutally. To the point where we were hospitalized. Everyone despised him, I hated him, I hate him, And I'll forever hate him, There was not

a single point in my life where I had any respect for him. He'll kill us daily if it could've. He already tried to kill mother and Kenil 3 4 times.

There was a time in our life where it wasn't this bad, because our uncle and grandfather used to live with us,

And thanks to them, we weren't being tortured to that extent. But eventually, they moved out and it got worst.

Other kids wanted to go to their home from school as soon as possible, but on the other hand, our case was the

literal opposite of this. One day, on reaching home, we found our mother bleeding from her head. It was scary, 

We were scared, we used to cry, what else could we have done. Grandfather and uncle left, and he was the reason. 

Because of he, he didn't even left his own father and his elder brother. He even assaulted them, and we were left helpless.

I wanted to die, I wanted him to die, I always thought why our mother married someone like him, why she hasn't left him

already, why our grandparent didn't raise him right, why, wh- wh.. *sobs* I always thought I am so weak, All I can do is cry

fuck even now I'm about to cry *sniffles* I hate myself, And my elder brother's situation was even worst than mine.

And Around 6 years ago, when Teeshi was just 8 years old and Kenil 14. Something happened...

I and Teeshi were playing in the park which was close to our house, completely unaware 

of what was unfolding in our house..

*slams the book on the table*

Father: "Where is my coffee"

Mother: "ju- just wait a minutes it'll be ready-"

Father: "HOW MUCH TIME DO YOU NEED TO MAKE JUST A COFFEE?! HOW MUCH"

Mother: "pl- please don't raise your voice for something like this, it takes a little time. Kenil is still in the ho-"

Father: "SO NOW YOU'LL TELL ME WHAT I CAN DO WHAT I CANT?!"

Mother: "that's not what i mea-"

Father: "WHAT DID YOU MEANT? WHAT? TELL ME WHAT?"

Father: "YOU ARE SORRY. YOU WAIT. TODAY I'LL TEACH YOU THE LESSON"

Mother: "ple-"

Kenil : "STOP. STOP. I SAID STOP THIS YOU FUCKING ASSHOLE"

Father: "Wha- What did I just hear? Did I heard a bird's blabbering? Ohoooo.. Looks like today I have to teach the lesson 

TO BOTH OF YO-"

Mother: "KENIL. SHUT UP. WHAT DO YOU THINK YOU ARE DOING! PLEASE LEAVE HIM ALONE. HE IS JUST A CHILD. "

Father: "UNWRAP YOUR HANDS OF MY LEG WOMEN"

And he started punching her back, kick her face, he kept punching to the point where she started bleeding from her mouth

Mother: "KENIL LEAVE AND RUN. RUN FROM HERE-"

*punch* 

*cough* *cough*

And mother then collapsed.

Father: "Haha. Women, you should worry about yourself now. NOT *SMACK* FOR *SMACK* THAT *SMACK* BRAT *SMACK*"

And Kenil could no longer saw mother coughing blood, he lost it there and he ran to him and kick under his pelvis as hard as he could

"AAAAAAAAUGHHHH. I WILL KILL BOTH OF YOU TODAY. I WILL KI-" and as he was saying this kenil pocked his finger deeps into his eyes.

"AAAAAAAAUGHHHH AAAAAAAAUGHHHH I CANT SEE ANYTHIN. I CANT SEE ANYTHING" He tried to catch kenil but he ran away from him. He then ran to the bathroom

and here Kenil wanted to end this matter, he knew that it was over for him now. He couldn't think of anything else and ... and he went to the kitchen 

and picked up the knife, And stabbed his back, he kept stabbing him while screaming, while crying, He wasn't thinking of anything else but to make sure that he dies.

And eventually because of excessive blood loss, he passed away screaming. But Kenil never stopped, he kept stabbing on his stomach, his face, his eyes,

his pelvis area, his thighs, his feet, his hands, his chest. He kept stabbing him while crying the entire time. 

And at the time, Teeshi and I came back to house and hurried because of the screams we were hearing. We both thought of same thing that father is beating Kenil and

mother again. 

*Huff... Huff...* As we rushed in, the sight that we saw made our feet cold, and all we could do was scream and cry.

Kenil: "Ishan, Call the ambulance and look after mother, she is bleeding there"

Kenil: "Ishan. ISHAN!"

I heard what Kenil said loud and clear, but we couldn't do anything and just keep crying, our legs were shaking, our entire body was trembling, my throat 

was dried out, my heart was beating fast, as if it'll pop out of my chest.

And Kenil, in blood, wiped his eyes, moved by himself and called the ambulance explain that he has killed father and our mother is severely injured. He sat down by my side.

Kenil: "hey, look at me, stop crying like a baby and look at me. I have killed him, I- *gasps* Have Killed Him. Now I will be sent to jail. Which mean 

you must get strong and take care of mother and Teeshi, become someone on whom they can rely on. For Mother, For Teeshi, and For Me. You now need to man up. You have no other choice. YOU HAVE NO OTHER OPTION LEFT. YOU CAN'T SLACK OFF NOW. YOU MUST GET STRONGER. YOU MUST. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST BUT A ORDER. YOU MUST-"

As he kept spitting out all this nonsense, I lost focus. He kept saying things like these but I couldn't hear any of those. Only thing I was thinking about time was "stop it.. for how long are you going to make this tough man act", I could tell that he was scare. He was scared to death. He regretted what he had done. He wanted to run away from there. But he put up the tough man act, in that situation, at the age of 14.

And all I could do was hug him.. and cry. And he broke down. He cried. I cried. We both kept crying, and then we hear the police's siren. 

Kenil: "Looks like time's com-"

*Aggresive knocks on the door*

"OPEN THE DOOR"

Mother was taken to hospital and Kenil was arrested.

And that is how the darkest night of my life ended.

On hearing this, grandfather and uncles came to look after us as fast as they could. Those were the worst months of my life, of our life. 

And after Kenil's trial, he was sentenced to rehab in a juvenile facility until the age of 21.

And to this day, our mother cries, after putting me and Teeshi to sleep, she blames herself for what happened that day, for what happened to Kenil, she puts 

up a strong women face in front of me and Teeshi, but behind us, she cries, she cries daily. Honestly, this is what we are haha, we laugh and giggle in front of other but when left alone, we break down and cry like babies haha. *snobs*

Fuck. Now I can't stop crying haha, ha h- 

sigh... *sobs* Man I can't take this anymore, I cant *snobs* I hate it, I hate everything, I hate myself, I hate humans, I HATE IT, I *sniffles* hat-
