Looking at my stats I could see why a level cap was implemented on my stats. Without it I would literally been an unstoppable monster. My stats were still pretty broken but I was a bit annoyed at the fact that my power had been capped. I frowned at my new domains and thought back to the Titans I had killed.

'They must have had more domains than I remembered, this is far more than I expected. I only killed three Titans after all.'

I chuckled at the number displayed next to my unarmed damage stat. At a million points per hit I could theoretically kill just about every single cannon fodder enemy I could think of spare a few that I knew were strong enough to take a hit from me.

Knowing my luck though I knew that my domains would change if I went ahead and became a Primordial which I remembered was the next rank up from 'Elder God'.

Shelving everything else for later review I closed down my system and rubbed my eyes. Looking around again I realized that I had been standing in one spot for nearly thirty minutes now.

I was about to make my way back to the camp when I heard a twig snap behind me and a female voice cursing. Smirking to myself I immediately spun around and caught the silver tipped arrow that was shot at me.

Raising my hand I snapped my fingers and caused a large bolt of lightning to strike the tree where my hidden assailant was taking cover. She screamed in pain as the tree exploded sending wooden shrapnel through the forest.

"No! Penny! You fucking bastard! Die!!" Another voice shouted.

A silver blur ran from the brush and charged at me. I drew Dark Sister and parried the knife the girl swung at me.

Another girl jumped from the trees with two knives posed to stab me in the back. With a casual flick I turned my sword into a wand and stunned the girl who fell to the ground unconscious. The first girl screamed at the sight of her friend falling.

"Grace?! I'll fucking kill you!" The girl drew another knife and charged.

Just then Lena came crashing through the forest and disarmed the girl who screamed and tried to break free of her hold.

"My lady?" The girl had a look of betrayal on her face. "Let me go, I'll kill this man. He killed Grace and Penny."

"Sally stop, do you have any idea who this is?"

"No, I don't care. He killed my friends, he dies for that." She bit back.

"This is Lord Corvinus you daft girl, and they're not dead."

Sally paled, she looked at me then to Lena. "W-what?"

"You just attacked my intended, and the King of Olympus." Lena spoke plainly.

The huntress fell to her knees and looked at Grace's unconscious body then to where Penny had been blown back by the lightning bolt.

"Please, Lord Corvinus. It was my mistake… if you're going to punish us. Kill me instead. Grace and Penny they-"

"I'm going to stop you right there. No one is dying, it was an honest mistake right?"

She nodded. "Then it wasn't your fault, you weren't on Olympus when I was introduced by the Fates. You didn't know what I looked like."

"But, we attacked you."

"Smiting you for attacking would probably be something that Zeus would have done but I'm not Zeus."

I flicked the wand and woke up Grace. With flick I levitated Penny from behind the ruined tree and healed her wounds. The two girls sat up with a groan.

"Sal? What happened?" Penny asked with a pained wince.

"I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I-"

"Your sister here mistakenly attacked me." I answered for Sally.

Penny sat up and glared at me then to Lena who nodded. Penny visibly relaxed and helped Grace to her feet. Grace looked like she had already picked up what was going on. The two revived huntresses glanced around and walked over to Sally. They looked at Lena questions clearly on their faces.

"Girls I'm not going to punish you. Merely I just want to remind you not to go charging into situations you haven't observed yet.

"Lena, it's alright."

"They still need to apologize though." Lena said while looking at her girls.

The trio looked conflicted, it was understandable as they were probably led to believe that all men were evil.

"We're sorry Lord Corvinus." They mumbled.

I grinned, "Enough of that, your matron is going to be my wife. The way I see it, you three are the first of my newest daughters."

Their eyes widened. "Daughters?" Asked Penny.

"Daughters,' I agreed. "Is Lady Lena here not your 'mother'?"

"I- we always saw Lady Artemis as our older sister." Sally replied.

"Well, things are obviously changing. Lena doesn't have a younger form, she's also old enough to be your mother so therefore she's your adoptive mother."

Lena glared at me. "My love, are you saying I'm old?"

I raised a hand placatingly. "Not at all, simply saying that Artemis liked to go around looking like a preteen. That probably made it hard for the huntresses to see her as a maternal figure. Now that you're their matron goddess you can be their mother and actually teach them and care for them."

Lena sighed. "I guess that's alright."

The three girls had been watching us speaking with wide eyes. A look of surprise crossed their faces when Lena accepted them as her daughters and I smiled.

"You know you're going to have to tell Selene right?"

The smile slid off my face and Lena giggled.

"You really think she'll throw a fit?"

"Probably not." Lena chuckled.

"That fills me with so much confidence."

"Lord Corvinus?" Grace spoke up for the first time.

"Please, just call me Blake. I hate all the pomp and ceremony."

"R-right, um- Blake, if you're the King of Olympus why do you fear this Selene woman?"

I chuckled. "While I may be powerful, I'm not stupid enough to think that my power will protect me from a woman's wrath. Particularly when that woman happens to also be my Queen."

The girls smiled at that. Revealing that I respected women obviously put me in a better light with them. Though I still couldn't write off the fact that they did attack me.

"Come on, let's get back to camp. Selene will be there waiting."

[Scene Break]

Selene was actually waiting by the Big House with Chiron next to her. While the three huntresses went off to their cabin Lena ran up to Selene and gave her a hug. I kept my distance for a bit to let the two have their moment. From what it sounded like, Lena was apologizing for not being fast enough to save her from getting sent to Tartarus. I found it funny how just a few moments ago I was talking to a hunter in Lena's new group about how her friends getting injured was not her fault. Yet here Lena was, apologizing for something that was beyond her control. I smiled as the two continued to speak. Chiron cantered over to me with a sheepish look on his face.

"Lord Corvinus."

"Chiron, there's no need to address me with any titles. Frankly I'm getting tired of getting called Lord or Master or any variation of the sort. I'd rather people just call me Blake."

"As you wish Lo- Blake." Chiron smiled as he caught himself.

"What is it, I take it something has happened in camp?"

"Ah, well. Let's see, the demigods that you have returned from the dead have reintegrated with their fellow brothers and sisters much to everyone's surprise. They took longer to get back considering some of them had ended up in Hades' realm."

"I take it that Hades wasn't too happy with me stealing his souls?"

"Not at all, he was quite relieved. Something about the Underworld being too crowded as it is."

"I see, and the siblings of those I returned?"

"As I said, they've reintegrated rather well. Spare two demigods who betrayed the camp everything is well."

"Two campers?"

"Yes, Luke Castellan and Silena Beauregard. Hermes cabin and Aphrodite Cabin respectively."

"They're getting singled out?"

"The other campers tend to ingnore them, thought Clarisse from the Ares cabin defends Silena rather vehemently."

"Should I have a word with the campers?"

"I will speak with them at tonight's bonfire. If you have any words for them feel free Lor- Blake."

"I will Chiron, I didn't go out of my way to resurrect them just so they could rip into each other."

Chiron nodded but didn't say a word. He walked or rather galloped off leaving Selene, Lena, and I alone. I turned to the two women who had finished catching up and were now looking at me.

"Are we going to check on the girls?" Selene asked.

"Yeah, I've missed them."

They each took an arm and I teleported us directly to my pocket dimension. The twins were already waiting for us by the front porch of the house. Bill was leaning against the door frame without his ever present cigarette.

"Dad!" They both cried out at the same time.

They had grown much more since my trip through Tartarus. I hadn't even noticed just how much time had passed while I was gone looking for Selene. What felt like days in Tartarus had been nearly a week in the surface world.

I hugged them both back when they leapt into my arms. I felt a warmth in my chest that I had grown used to since the girls were born. Maybe it was pride, maybe it was just sheer happiness at actually having children to carry on my legacy. All I knew was that I had a family that I adored and would raze entire planets over. Not that I'd ever tell them that. I had to keep up the 'serious father' persona after all. Though I didn't exactly know how being wrapped around their fingers made me 'serious'.

I set the twins down and they rushed off to Selene who also greeted them with a teary embrace. I walked over to Lena who was watching with a smile on her face.

"Lena, I had a few questions."

"Yes love?"

"When I first left to go rescue Selene you were in my pocket dimension. How did you manage to get out without me?"

"I heard the prayers of the huntresses. It took me a whole day to figure out how to teleport the godly way. I found out that I could leave but I couldn't return."

"Huh, that's good to know. Did you leave the girls on their own?"

Lena smiled sheepishly. "It seems that way, in retrospect I could have taken them with me. I did leave a note with Bill just in case I was not able to return."

"That was a risky move, had Bill not had been here the girls would have been left alone."

Lena looked saddened. "I'm sorry Blake, the pull from the prayers was too strong. I had to answer, or at least I felt like I had to."

"It's fine, I understand. Just worried about them is all."

"No, it's not fine Blake. I made a mistake that could have harmed the girls. I may not be their mother but I see them as my own flesh and blood. I should not have left them without knowing if I could return."

"At least you've learned from this. You're still being punished however. You'll have to train them with the huntresses."

"Oh?"

"They're getting to the point where they can almost pass off as teenagers. They'll need to learn to defend themselves soon. I'll send Alruna with you to teach them how to shift between their forms should they have a secondary form."

"Are you sure this isn't just some way to make sure they don't come into contact with boys?" Lena smirked.

"I have no idea what you're talking about… just train them properly. This is your punishment, you'll have to babysit and train them while I deal with some business with Selene."

"Alright, I'll do so. I'm sorry again Blake."

I waved her off and we returned to watching the reunion between mother and daughters.
