"I had some dealings with Wang Ba. Today, you're dead."

Zhang Hu sneered, charging at Tian Jinxin with a longsword!

Tian Jinxin's expression changed drastically as he blocked the attack with the Blood-drinking Sword.

The sound of metal clashing echoed as Tian Jinxin was forced back a few steps, coughing up blood.

"I heard this was a good sword, but it doesn't seem that impressive."

Zhang Hu laughed, eyeing Tian Jinxin.

As the others began cleaning up the blood and remains, one of them noticed the Blood-drinking Sword.

"Isn't the boss going to take this sword?"

One man asked, eyeing the sword.

"Are you stupid? The boss has a C-grade weapon. Why would he want this trash?"

Another man scoffed.

"Damn it! Did you just call me trash?"

Ye Fan fumed inwardly.

If it weren't for the number of people around, he'd have used his energy to show them his power.

But it was better to wait. If he killed one of them now, the others might take him to a blacksmith to be melted down.

"Screw it, just toss it."

Another man suggested.

The first man who spoke hesitated before saying, "If you don't want it, I'll take it."

"Go ahead. None of us use swords anyway."

The others showed no interest in the sword.

The man, named Ye Lan, was a member of the Violent Tiger Mercenary Group.

He was only about a first-rank martial artist and mostly did odd jobs in the group.
