Floating Island - Triple S Talent

Chapter 265: Japan, 0%

"Miss Hana, as always, you're punctual and ready," Arya greeted her with a warm smile.

"Ah, Arya, Bagus. You two are right on time as well," replied Hana with a light laugh, giving them a small wave.

Bagus only nodded briefly, placing his hammer beside his chair. He took a seat across from Hana, while Arya sat next to him. Bagus continued watching Hana, and, as if he could no longer contain his curiosity, he asked with a hint of intrigue, "Miss Hana, how did the alliance leaders react upon arriving here?"

Arya, seated next to him, sharpened his ears, clearly interested and not wanting to miss a single detail.

Hana responded to the question with a faint smile. "They arrived as scheduled. They seemed quite enthusiastic about the outcome of our discussions in this meeting. The leaders of the top alliances also came, bringing their primary strengths."

Arya looked at her, his eyes widening slightly in surprise at Hana's statement. "All the top alliance leaders are here? So, they're all gathered in one place?" he asked, almost in disbelief. He had never imagined that these top alliances, who once risked their lives recruiting members in the early days of the transmigration, would now all meet in the same room.

"Yes," Hana replied, looking at him calmly. "From America, Russia, India, Japan, China, and all the other major alliances. They're all here."

Hearing Hana's confirmation, Arya fell silent, as if her words echoed in his mind. His gaze drifted, trying to picture the meeting room filled with alliance leaders, each carrying their own vision, pride, and tensions.

As someone who rarely participated directly in such meetings, it was hard for him not to imagine the atmosphere with all of them gathered in one room. How would they feel, those who might have had some disagreements in the past, now sitting side by side for a common goal?

Beside him, Bagus murmured one word, "Interesting." His voice was low, almost a whisper, but it carried a deeper curiosity. With a slight nod, he clasped his hands on the table, looking at Hana intently.

"So, what's their attitude? Any signs of tension or possible outbreaks?" he asked, his gaze narrowing with focus. He knew well that if tensions reached a peak, the room could turn into a battlefield in seconds.

Hana gave a faint smile. She activated a hologram from her device, which instantly displayed data in graphs and numbers that reflected the mood and emotions of each alliance.

"According to the monitoring team's observations, there's no indication of major conflict for now. The highest level of resentment recorded was at 18%, from the Chinese alliance," she said, pointing to the alliance's name displayed on the screen.

The glowing numbers on the hologram showed the names of the major alliances along with their resentment percentages. Arya and Bagus leaned in to take a closer look, examining the displayed data.

"America, only 5%? Since when have they been so… calm?" commented Bagus, raising an eyebrow, his expression showing surprise.

"Japan, 0%?" Arya muttered in near disbelief.

His eyes focused on the name of the alliance, listed at the bottom with no trace of detected hostility. In other words, Japan showed no signs of animosity or tension towards the World Market Trade alliance.

Hana shrugged casually, as if the data wasn't surprising to her.

"I didn't believe it at first either," she said lightly.

"But after I inquired further, Sister Elen explained. Apparently, a clone of Mr. Lein once appeared and helped Ayumi and Elen herself face an alien creature that nearly brought them down."

Hana's words brought Arya and Bagus into a brief vision of the incident.

They pictured the tense moment on the Japanese island, with Elen and Ayumi cornered, wounded, and desperate, facing a merciless alien creature. But the presence of Lein's clone changed everything, driving away the threat and giving them a sense of safety and unforgettable strength.

"So that's the reason," Bagus murmured, nodding thoughtfully. His expression showed deep understanding, like someone who had just found the final piece of a complex puzzle.

Arya, sitting beside him, allowed himself a small smile.

"Of course. Who wouldn't be captivated by the strength of an alliance leader? His power is truly extraordinary."

Hana, Bagus, and Arya chatted casually, discussing the arrival of the alliance leaders and the increasingly tense situation, especially with the emergence of enemies from alien races. Their conversation flowed easily, occasionally punctuated by small laughs as each shared their insights and predictions.

Time passed until the sound of heavy footsteps approached the room. Two figures appeared at the doorway: an older man with a sharp gaze and a young man who looked fresh. Their auras were markedly different, like two sides of a coin equally strong.

The older man, Takulani, stepped in with a relaxed expression as if strolling in his own yard. His gaze hinted at long experience in various battles, like the eyes of someone who had repeatedly faced death. His simple gray shirt showed his still-toned muscles, despite his advancing age.

At his side, a long silver sword hung at his waist, moving in rhythm with his firm steps, each stride echoing on the room's gleaming floor.

Beside him, a young man named Efan walked with an easy grace. His short black hair was styled in a trendy manner, adding a fresh, modern look. His neatly cut casual attire conveyed an elegant but understated impression.

He waved toward Hana, a broad smile on his face, his eyes radiating a cheerfulness that contrasted with Takulani's relaxed aura.

Hana welcomed them with a nod and a warm smile. "Mr. Takulani, Brother Efan… glad you could make it," she greeted them casually.

Takulani nodded and smiled back at Hana. Efan also gave a wide smile and quickly walked over to the chair beside Arya, who greeted him with a friendly nod.

The two friends shook hands in a familiar way, a kind of handshake that held meaning only the two of them understood.

"Sorry I couldn't come with you earlier, Arya. I had a few things to take care of," said Efan as he pulled out his chair, sitting comfortably yet alert, showing how much he valued this meeting. Content source m-vl|emp,yr

Arya just chuckled, shaking his head casually. "No big deal. The important thing is you arrived on time," Arya replied with a smile.
