Fate/Lust break

Chapter 79: New skills

Ritsuka was in his tent, his mind still working on what just happened, he was bit supires neither Marie nor Martha had tryed to come into his tent little did he knows they Tryed and now are tied up by Magical Chains made by Morgan, as Ritsuka just sigehd

Ritsuka then spoke. "Hey System what new skill did I get from Marie and Martha".

[ Will host you got a few new skill, will um as for Marie Skill why don't look at them girl self

Ordre da la morta da la Reine: This summoned a hourse od death, it is instata kill move, which kills the target ]

Ritsuka just blinked looking at all the skills. "Ok going to ignore the last one, because I don't think Maire has even killed anyone on purpose, but why is everything French?.

The system chuckled in Ritsuka's mind, sounding both amused and somewhat sheepish.

[System: Ah, yes… Marie's skills tend to reflect her origin and her regal persona, so the abilities are quite French-inspired. But don't worry, Host; the skills will work just as effectively regardless of the language. And about that last one—let's just say even the gentlest can have powerful hidden sides, though I doubt Marie would willingly use it. She does carry the spirit of a Queen, after all.]

Ritsuka sighed, still a bit overwhelmed. "A horse of death and diamond-crystal creations… I have to admit, those are some impressive powers." He paused. "Alright, system, let's see what Martha brings to the table."

[System: Right away, Host! Here are Saint Martha's abilities:

Martha's Skills

1. Dragon Slayer's Blessing: This grants a surge of holy power, allowing the Host to deal devastating damage to enemies with dragon-like characteristics, as well as generally enhancing strength when facing mythical or otherworldly creatures.

2. Saintly Aura: Martha's purity radiates through this skill, creating a protective aura around the Host and allies that wards off debuffs and negative status effects. It's particularly effective against curses and mental influences.

3. Miraculous Heal: This skill provides a powerful healing ability, allowing the Host to restore allies' health over time. Additionally, it boosts recovery from wounds and provides temporary resistance against poison and physical ailments.

4. Blessing of Compassion: The Host gains a charisma-based charm ability, where simple gestures of kindness or compassion can soothe enemies or even sway them into temporary alliances. Works best when the Host is actively displaying empathy or mercy. ]

Ritsuka looked over the list and chuckled. "These are… surprisingly wholesome. Martha's power feels like the perfect balance between combat and support. A true saint indeed."

[System: Quite fitting, isn't it? Now with these skills, the Host has not only strong offensive abilities but also the blessing of healing and protection. Not bad, right?]

Ritsuka gave a satisfied nod. "Yeah, I guess they really do complement each other well." He couldn't help but smirk. "But I'm still going to have words with Morgan about those magical chains on Marie and Martha. I had no idea she'd be that… protective."

The system gave a small laugh in his mind.

[System: Considering everything, it might be wise, Host. But for now, perhaps some rest is in order before the next battle… and the next unexpected harem additions.]

With a sigh, Ritsuka leaned back, letting himself relax for just a moment, grateful for the odd yet powerful allies he'd gained.

Ritsuka just looked at Both skills side by side. "Funny enough I thought these two were going to be the other way around".

The system let out a chuckle, clearly amused by Ritsuka's observation.

[System: You're not alone in that assumption, Host. With Marie's gentle, joyful nature, you'd expect her skills to lean more toward support, and Martha, the dragon-punching saint, to be the one with the fierce, offensive abilities. But it seems that, deep down, Marie has a hidden strength, and Martha… well, even saints have their compassionate side.]

Ritsuka couldn't help but grin, shaking his head. "I guess it goes to show you can't judge a book by its cover—or a Servant by their reputation. They both have some impressive versatility."

He glanced at the skill list again, marveling at how fittingly contradictory they were. Marie's seemingly innocent exterior masked her powerful attacks, while Martha's fearsome reputation as a warrior hid the heart of a true healer.

[System: Indeed, Host. This unique mix could give you a significant edge in the upcoming battles. These new abilities could be game-changers.]

Ritsuka nodded, still smirking. "Yeah, who knew my harem would be full of surprises? It's… oddly reassuring."

As he closed the skill list, he could only imagine how these newfound powers would shape their next challenges—and just what other surprises his allies might have in store.

Meanwhile outside the tent, Martha and Marie were still tied up wrheg looked at eachother.

Martha looked at Morgan. "Was this necessary".

Jeane looked at Martha. "You knows, as saint my self, I am disappointed at you Martha, you were trying to sneak into Ritsuka tent for... Nightly activities".

Marie chuckled and looked at her. "Says the Virgin"

Morgan smirked at the two, crossing her arms. "I had a feeling things might get a little too... enthusiastic after the day's events, so yes, these chains are very necessary. I have no intention of letting my Master get overwhelmed by too much 'affection' at once."

Jeanne's face flushed at Marie's comment, and she shot back, "I'm only looking out for Ritsuka's well-being! Unlike certain people, I believe in taking things slowly and with dignity."

Marie just laughed softly, clearly enjoying Jeanne's reaction. "Oh, Jeanne, don't pretend you haven't thought about sneaking in yourself. Saints or not, we all have our... human sides."

Martha sighed, tugging at her chains but giving up with a smile. "Marie has a point, Jeanne. Ritsuka deserves to see us as we are, not some idealized saintly versions. Even we can feel love and attachment." She looked toward Ritsuka's tent. "And besides, if he can bring out those feelings in each of us, he must be doing something right."

Morgan chuckled, her eyes glinting. "Well, I'm sure you'll all get your moments with him eventually—when I see fit to allow it. But for now, the night belongs to rest."

As they all settled into an uneasy truce, they couldn't help but wonder what Ritsuka had that drew them all in. It was more than just power; it was the kindness and warmth he showed to each of them, saint or otherwise. And maybe, in that rare gentleness, they had each found a place where they felt truly seen.

The next morning arrived, as Ritsuka looked at the group as he spoke

Ritsuka looked at all of them. "As we know, there is a lot of Dragons or will Wyvern that Jalter is using, now how do we deal with them".

Marie them spoke. "The Best person to deal with these Dragons are a Dragon slayer then self".

Ritsuka looked at her and spoke. "While yes, there is no garenty I would be able to summon a dragon slayer hero from legends".

Mozart then spoke Looking at him. "No need too as you see, me and Marie meet one, he was depending a town, he was servant summoned by the counter force".

Ritsuka looked at them. ",great thsu will do us wonder's".

Marthe then spoke. "Dragon slaying hero, I have also heard of one, during my time under Jalter, but I heard he tryed to fight Jalter dragon, the big black one she ride's on, I am not sure if he is alive or not".

Ritsuka looked at her. "Still this is better then noting right"

Morgan nodded thoughtfully, her mind working through the possibilities. "You're right, anything is better than nothing. If we can find this Dragon Slayer, or even if we can't, it might give us a tactical edge against those wyverns and dragons."

Marie stepped forward, her expression a bit more serious. "I can try to summon him, though the chances aren't guaranteed. He was a famous hero of his time—if his legend is strong enough, we might just be able to pull him into our ranks."

Mozart adjusted his glasses, adding his thoughts. "We've seen stranger things happen, especially with the current situation we're in. If he was summoned by the counter force, it means he's a significant figure. He could help us shift the odds in our favor."

Martha, who had been quietly listening, then spoke up again, "I agree. Even if we don't find the exact person, someone who has fought dragons and lived to tell the tale would still be valuable in this battle. We need every advantage we can get."

Ritsuka turned to the group, determined but also aware of the risks ahead. "Alright, then it's settled. Marie, Mozart, and I will try to reach out and find this Dragon Slayer, or at least find a way to summon him. Everyone else, prepare for combat. We'll need to be ready for anything, especially if Jalter decides to throw more of those dragons at us."

Jeanne nodded firmly, her eyes filled with resolve. "Understood, Master. We'll stay vigilant."

Kama grinned. "I'm ready for some fun. I like the idea of dragon hunting."

Medusa, while still somewhat uncertain about Ritsuka's relationships, nodded in agreement. "We'll be prepared, Master."

With the plan set, the group began to organize. Ritsuka could feel the weight of responsibility on his shoulders, but there was a quiet confidence growing within him as he looked at his team. They had fought and grown stronger together, and now, they would face this new challenge united.

The morning sun climbed higher as Ritsuka's team finalized their preparations, each member gearing up for the battles ahead. Tension filled the air as they knew they would soon face Jalter's dragons, a menace they couldn't afford to take lightly.

Ritsuka looked over his companions, each readying themselves in their own way. Marie and Martha, who seemed even more determined after yesterday's events, were preparing their weapons and checking their magical supplies. Jeanne was in deep meditation, as if gathering her resolve. Mozart quietly strummed his fingers against his thigh, perhaps composing some heroic melody in his head to inspire them. And Morgan, Kama, and Mash were working together, laying out the map and discussing potential ambush spots along the path.

Ritsuka took a deep breath and joined them. "Any leads on where Jalter's forces might be camped?" he asked, glancing over the map.

Morgan pointed to a spot near a valley. "This area here — it's the most strategic for a dragon to fly in undetected. There are caves in the cliffs, which would provide cover for a force like hers."

Kama nodded. "If I were Jalter, that's where I'd position my dragons. Gives her a full view of any incoming army or group. We'll need to approach carefully."

Ritsuka nodded in agreement. "We'll need a way to draw some of the dragons out, at least so we don't face them all at once."

Marie leaned in, her eyes bright. "I might be able to help with that," she said. "I can use my crystal creations as a decoy to lure some of the wyverns away. It might buy us enough time to split up their numbers and weaken their defenses."

Mozart grinned. "Perfect. With Marie handling the decoys, I can provide cover with a bit of magical... inspiration." He gestured grandly, his fingers miming the movement of a conductor's baton. "Nothing like a symphony of distraction to keep a dragon's attention."

Mash, her shield at the ready, glanced at Ritsuka. "We'll have to be fast if we're splitting them up, Senpai. We don't want to be caught between groups of wyverns with no escape."

"Exactly," Ritsuka replied. He looked at each of them, feeling both the weight of his responsibility and the fierce loyalty of his friends. "We all know what's at stake here. Jalter's forces won't show any mercy. We need to stay close and watch each other's backs."

Martha placed a hand on Ritsuka's shoulder, her voice steady. "We're with you. Let's show Jalter that we're not afraid of her dragons or her madness."

Jeanne nodded, her gaze filled with determination. "She may think her dragons make her invincible, but she'll soon find out that courage and unity are stronger than any beast she can summon."

Ritsuka nodded, his resolve hardening. "Alright then. Let's move out."

They made their way through the dense forest toward the valley, sticking to the shadows as they approached the cliff's edge. As they reached the summit, they could see the vast expanse of the valley below, with a few dark shapes moving in the distance.

Mash squinted, pointing. "Look, there! Just over the ridge — that's one of the wyverns."

Ritsuka observed the creature's scaly body glinting in the sunlight, its sharp claws carving grooves into the earth as it prowled. "Alright, everyone, stick to the plan. Marie, get ready to set your decoys."

Marie nodded, stepping forward. With a wave of her hand, she conjured crystalline constructs that took on dragon-like shapes, glittering as they moved in a mesmerizing pattern. The real wyverns began to growl, their heads snapping toward the gleaming figures.

Mozart raised his hand, casting a spell to amplify the sounds, making it seem as though the crystal decoys were roaring and challenging the wyverns. The effect was immediate; the beasts snarled and took flight, lured away by the false dragons.

As the wyverns pursued the decoys, the group quickly slipped down the path, keeping low and moving swiftly toward the heart of the valley. But as they neared, a low growl echoed nearby, stopping them in their tracks.

Jeanne gripped her banner tightly. "We may have company."

From behind a boulder, a wyvern lunged out, its yellow eyes fixed on them. The beast was larger than they had expected, its scales shimmering with a sickly green hue as if infused with some dark power.

Ritsuka raised his hand, activating one of his new abilities from Martha. A whirlwind of holy energy gathered around him, forming a barrier as the wyvern's claws slashed against it. "Mash, get ready!"

Mash planted her shield firmly in front of him, bracing against the force of the beast's attack. "Leave it to me, Senpai!"

Marie summoned a storm of crystal shards, launching them toward the wyvern. The shards struck true, piercing the creature's tough hide and forcing it back with a shriek. But instead of retreating, the wyvern's gaze hardened, its focus now locked onto her.

Morgan wasted no time, stepping forward with her own dark magic swirling around her hand. "Let's finish this quickly." She unleashed a surge of energy that crackled through the air, striking the wyvern in its exposed side.

As the wyvern staggered, Jeanne seized the opportunity, channeling her holy aura into her lance. "In the name of the Lord, begone!" With a powerful thrust, she drove the weapon deep into the wyvern's chest, and with a final, guttural roar, the beast collapsed.

The group took a collective breath, but Ritsuka kept his eyes forward. "That was just one. There's no telling how many more are around. Stay sharp."

They pressed on, the weight of the fight starting to show, but none of them wavered. They were close now, close to the heart of Jalter's stronghold. And they knew that whatever awaited them, they would face it together.
