Chapter 1197: Hard Qigong Kung Fu
Yang Fei's heart was full of sour pain. After walking a bit, he suddenly had some doubts.
"Something's not right, no matter how fickle a woman can be, it wouldn't be like this."
"Besides, what does Liang Jiayi's engagement have to do with Guan Xielong and Long Ci?"
Thinking of this, Yang Fei turned around and ran.
"Damn, this little girl is going to do something stupid."
In the Volkswagen CC, Liang Jiayi had already regained her composure and carefully dried the tear stains on her face.
She took out a small round mirror, carefully checked her face, and found nothing unusual, then dialed a number.
"Chu Liang, I'm tired. Could you come pick me up?"
A deep, thick voice full of magnetic masculinity came from the other side of the line.
"Jiayi, you've always been like this since you were a kid. Park your car, and don't drive when you're tired. I'll be there soon."
Just after Liang Jiayi hung up the phone, a black Maybach slowly stopped behind her car.
A young man with a round face, looking extremely honest, came out of the Maybach under the protection of two bodyguards.
His clothing appeared quite simple.
However, only from the "L.S" letters on the collar could one tell that this simple yet sophisticated suit was a creation by Ross, the master fashion designer from Cairo.
Such a suit would cost at least over a hundred thousand Huaxia currency, and this hidden modesty is particularly intimidating.
Chu Liang had no adornments on him, except for an old pen in his suit pocket, almost nothing could be seen.
But if an expert saw it, they would notice that this old pen was actually a limited edition release by Parker Company, a highly valuable collectible.
Chu Liang walked to the side of the Volkswagen CC and helped Liang Jiayi open the car door.
His eyes were full of gentle smiles.
"Come on out, ride with me. I'll have the bodyguard drive your car away."
Liang Jiayi nodded, her face showing a gentle smile, but her eyes were devoid of any expression.
"Thanks a lot."
Chu Liang sighed: "Haven't seen you in years, you've become more polite."
Liang Jiayi smiled slightly: "People should grow up and mature, are you always following me?"
Chu Liang hummed: "I saw you driving away alone, worried something might happen, so I followed."
Liang Jiayi hummed, being extra polite: "So, you saw that man just now?"
Chu Liang nodded, smiling gently: "I trust you."
He spoke as he gentlemanly extended his hand, inviting Liang Jiayi to get out, appearing very attentive and considerate.
Liang Jiayi got out of the car and onto Chu Liang's Maybach, with a dignified and gracious smile on her face.
"Thank you for your trust. He's just a regular friend of mine, who just came back from abroad today. We just chatted a bit casually."
Chu Liang nodded, his smile as gentle as a spring breeze.
"Actually, you don't need to explain anything. I understand."
They both got into the Maybach, and Chu Liang waved his hand, "Driver, let's go."
The driver started the car and was just about to release the brake when he suddenly noticed a person standing in front of the car.
This startled the driver, who immediately flew into a rage.
"What are you doing, trying to get yourself killed?"
The person in front of the car was wearing a shabby camouflage suit, with a mischievous grin on his lips.
He stood quietly in front of the car, staring through the windshield, keeping his eyes fixed on Liang Jiayi inside the car.
The man was none other than Yang Fei.
Liang Jiayi's face slightly changed color, then she turned her head indifferently, refusing to look at Yang Fei, and took out her phone to play with it.
Chu Liang furrowed his brows and gently said something to the bodyguard in the front seat.
"Go see what that man wants."
Liang Jiayi played with her phone, refusing to look at Yang Fei the whole time.
However, the muscles at the corner of her eyes kept twitching, showing her complex state of mind.
The bodyguard replied, got out of the car, and strode towards Yang Fei.
"What's your business here, move along."
Yang Fei ignored the bodyguard, his eyes fixed on Liang Jiayi, seemingly saying something.
Yet due to the excellent soundproofing of the Maybach, not a word Yang Fei said could be heard.
Inside the car, Chu Liang furrowed his brows, turning his head to look at Liang Jiayi.
"Jiayi, that man is your friend, right? I saw him get in your car just now."
Liang Jiayi glanced outside indifferently and said coldly.
"Just a regular friend, that's all. Shall we go?"
Chu Liang nodded but noticed that the bodyguard was beginning to force the man away.
The bodyguard's words fell on Yang Fei's deaf ears. After saying a few more phrases, he boldly walked over and then abruptly yanked open the car door.
His eyes locked deep onto Liang Jiayi: "Jiayi, come with me."
Liang Jiayi lowered her head, saying nothing, appearing indifferent.
Chu Liang frowned slightly, glanced at Yang Fei.
"Jiayi's tired, how about we talk, just the two of us?"
Yang Fei seemed not to hear Chu Liang's words and gripped Liang Jiayi's hand tightly.
"Jiayi, come back with me."
Liang Jiayi slowly lifted her head, her eyes cold as ice.
"Yang Fei, leave. We're not meant for each other."
Chu Liang smartly remained silent, looking indifferently between Liang Jiayi and Yang Fei.
"Nonsense, come with me. If you don't, I'll drum your Pi Gu!"
Yang Fei grabbed Liang Jiayi's wrist, yanking her out the car door.
Liang Jiayi struggled twice, yet Yang Fei forcedly held onto her arm.
The bodyguards behind Yang Fei jumped in shock, pointing at Yang Fei, "What are you doing?"
Chu Liang got out of the car, approaching Yang Fei amicably and with friendliness.
"Friend, please let Jiayi go, and let's talk this out nicely."
"Scram!"
Yang Fei spat out a vulgar word.
"Our couple's issues are none of your concern. Who do you think you are?"
Chu Liang frowned, discreetly glancing at the bodyguards.
The bodyguards immediately understood, one finger pointed at Yang Fei.
"Please release Miss Liang, or else we won't be polite."
Yang Fei snorted, ignoring the bodyguards, and turned around pulling Liang Jiayi away with him.
"Jiayi, you're getting naughtier, come along with me."
The two bodyguards quickly stepped forward to block Yang Fei and Liang Jiayi: "Release Miss Liang, or we'll be impolite."
Yang Fei smiled, suddenly releasing Liang Jiayi's hand, and with a loud bang, performed a high kick, striking the roadside metal railing.
Buzz!
The metal railing seemed to have been hammered by a massive iron hammer, immediately twisting and deforming, the buzzing sound resonating continuously.
This caused the two bodyguards to jump back in shock, unable to believe their eyes on Yang Fei.
Both were skilled fighters, yet they'd never seen such hard Qigong before.
Yang Fei lazily glanced at the two bodyguards, focusing on Chu Liang, with eyes full of provocation.
"Come, let's see how you'll be impolite to me!"
