Chapter 52: Tragedy Brewing
"To think you're unwilling to accept the olive branch this young master has offered to some nobodies like you all, Ha ha ha ha ha ha, looks like the jokes on me, but it won't be for long!"
The young master turned around and was about to leave when he felt like something akin to an abyss behind him, he immediately spun around and noticed Horo walking towards him slowly.
Horo spoke as he approached Felix "Is that supposed to be a threat or something?"
Initially was concerned due to that extreme dark and negative pressure he felt, but then he laughed hysterically because he was certain his stage was much higher then Horo's since he was much stronger then a lot of his peers.
On top of that he had a guardian with him at all times, an extremely powerful guardian.
Speaking of that guardian, before Horo could continue approaching Felix, a pressure so immense gobsmacked him causing him to kneel and hold his chest.
Horo had no Idea where the pressure came from but he was sure it wasn't the young man, and he immediately guessed that there must be someone secretly protecting a young master like Felix.
Little did Horo know Felix could completely overpower him hisself due to being at the peak of the Expert Stage, which is the second stage of power, on top of being a true prodigy for his age, groomed by a super power like the Empyrean Sun, with an extremely special technique.
Horo knew that there was six stages in the power system of Azure Moon world. The order began with the Foundation stage, and then the Expert, Lord, Ruler, Legend, and lastly the Mystic stage.
He didn't know much about the power system after the mystic stage except that one would reach divinity when exceeding that stage of power.
He also didn't know all of the benefits of the stages beyond the Lord stage, on top of that he couldn't appraise anything or anyone to much of a higher level then himself, which is why he didn't know Felix could crush him.
Even if he did know, Horo's actions probably would have remained the same since he didn't take threats lightly whatsoever.
After Felix finished laughing he walked up to Horo and whispered in his ear while he was still clutching his chest and said "A dog should stay in a dog's place and let the kings claim what's bound to be their's eventually."
After saying that he turned and walked off while saying loudly so the surround onlookers could hear him "Enough master Adrian, no need to cause trouble to these disrespectful ingrates, some people just can't see the sky above them."
A deep voice that carried authority spoke "As you wish young master".
No one knew where the voice came from but it sounded omnipresent. The bystanders witness the end of the exchange and was muttering words of contempt for Horo's idiotic actions. They wondered how could he not know off the second empyrean young master.
Once the pressure was released off of him Horo's got up from his kneeling position. He didn't feel any pain from the occurrence but he felt a dull throbbing in his soul, the throbbing he felt very familiar, and he was unmistaken about the cause.
Tragedy was approaching, unfortunately it was much sooner than he could have expected.
