Eternal Heavenly Emperor

Chapter 569: The Fall of the Dragon Crown Prince

Two great geniuses clashed in battle.

One was a Heaven Talented from an Alien Race, who stepped into the War God Realm in his thirties, a truly rare sight in both ancient and modern times. The other was a monstrous talent from the Human Race, merely a War Emperor, yet he could contend with a War God without defeat, an utterly eye-popping reality.

What was most unbelievable was that War Gods should be those who could touch upon the Laws, yet now, a War God was relying on pure strength to bridge the gap in the Laws with the War Emperor, a truly baffling occurrence!

In fact, it wasn't that the Dragon Crown Prince was weak in comprehending the Laws, it was just that there had never been a freak like Chu Hao who had mastered the Laws as a War Emperor, even more powerful than most War Gods.

Boom! Boom! Boom! Boom!

The two continuously exchanged blows, with Divine Patterns intertwining, radiantly spectacular.

Such a fierce battle was incredibly astonishing even among the War God level, leaving many War Gods feeling ashamed, lamenting their hundreds of years of arduous cultivation as inferior to two young people whose ages combined were not even a hundred years old.

Beams of Divine Light spread out, collapsing mountains and drying up the seas, showcasing the terrifying destructive power of War Gods.

Fighting on a smaller planet, the might of a War God could even shatter a planet, fortunately, Sky Martial Star was a supreme existence, further reinforced by the remains of the Great Emperor of He Family, granting it an exceptional ability to resist impacts.

The battle went on for a day and a night, both sides were covered in wounds, injured by terrifying forces and principles.

In such intense combat, it wasn't just their offensive power that was tested, but also their defensive and healing capabilities. The Dragon Crown Prince, with his Dragon Race bloodline, and the Purple-Gold Holy Dragon, an overwhelmingly powerful entity among the Dragon Race, had an astonishingly tough physique with an extraordinary self-healing ability.

In theory, he should have been able to withstand more than Chu Hao.

But that wasn't the case.

Chu Hao's physique truly couldn't compare to the Dragon Crown Prince's, given the gap of a great Realm between them, but within his body lay a fragment of the Laws of Life, granting him an astounding healing ability.

More crucially, he had mastered the Space Law, allowing him to avoid much of the damage.

Both seemed to be heavily injured, but the Dragon Crown Prince's wounds were substantial, the kind inflicted by the blasting of the Laws. Chu Hao's injuries were primarily from the impact of strength, the result of the Dragon Crown Prince's overwhelming power that he couldn't completely neutralize.

Both types of injuries resulted in bloodshed, yet the effects were entirely different.

The Dragon Crown Prince trembled, Dao injuries penetrating his body like bone-sticking maggots, unable to be expelled and causing him constant, indescribable pain. And the Space Law in his body turned into countless blades, ceaselessly slicing through his flesh, making him want to howl in agony.

War Gods, transcending the limits of mortals, can undergo Elemental Transformation, and one step further, is Laws Transformation. This means that during the cultivation process, the Laws within a War God's body will grow more numerous, completing that one leap.

Yet within such a body were now foreign fragments of Laws, completely incompatible, and when these two Laws collided, only one outcome was possible: either you annihilate me, or I you.

Therefore, one can imagine the pain that the Dragon Crown Prince was suffering.

"Damn humans, I refuse to believe I can't kill you!" roared the Dragon Crown Prince, the strongest Heaven Talented of the Alien Race, whose proud self-esteem wouldn't allow him to lose to anyone, let alone a human and merely a War Emperor at that.

Chu Hao became increasingly composed, his body shimmered with streaks of the Light of Laws, and though not a War God, he exuded the charm of the Great Dao, appearing even more like a War God than the Dragon Crown Prince.

He smiled faintly and said, "From today onwards, there will be no more Dragon Crown Prince!"

His words landed with weight, like a clap of thunder.

This was Chu Hao's resolution, and also a sort of vow.

The Dragon Crown Prince let out a long howl and his entire body emitted a purple divine radiance. With a rumbling sound, he underwent a tremendous transformation, turning into a Divine Dragon with a length of just over a hundred zhàng, his whole body a purple-gold color, floating in the air, emanating a tremendous authority capable of suppressing the nine heavens and ten earths.

The True Dragon, the Divine Beast among divine beasts, with a combat power that shocked the heavens.

"Finally resorting to your ace up the sleeve, huh?" Chu Hao sneered, aware that the Dragon Crown Prince had received an ancient inheritance from a powerful figure of the Dragon Race, and his strength was far beyond what he had shown so far. Now that his opponent finally played his ace, he actually felt relieved.

"Betting on the dignity of the Dragon Race, I will surely kill you!" The Dragon Crown Prince extended his claws and struck towards Chu Hao.

With a rumbling sound, the Might of the Laws surged, the power of that strike increasing at least tenfold!

An ace truly was an ace; once revealed, it shook the world.

"How will you block this?" the Dragon Crown Prince sneered. Before, he was evenly matched with Chu Hao; now his might of the Laws had increased tenfold, sufficient to subdue Chu Hao in the shortest time.

"Really?" Chu Hao smiled calmly, unleashing the Western Wind, deriving the Chaos Infinity, boom, his Sword Qi soared skyward, transforming into countless strands of the Space Law.

"What!" exclaimed the Dragon Crown Prince. The power of Chu Hao's sword had also increased tenfold, as if he had been holding back all along, waiting for him to reveal his ace before boosting his combat power.

"How much combat power do you guess I'm using now?" Chu Hao asked with a smile, seeming enigmatic.

"No matter how much combat power you've used, before the divine might of the Dragon Race, you have only one path—a path to death!" The Dragon Crown Prince declared, as a golden orb of light began to condense on his dragon claw, growing larger and larger, merely one glance at it made one's heart chill, its explosive potential undoubtedly terrifying.

Chu Hao shook his head; this fellow was always proud of the Dragon Race, yet the Dragon Race was merely the King of Divine Beasts. Did he not know that anyone who could step into the War God Realm could be called a Divine Beast? What's so great about being a king among War Gods?

The ancient might of the Dragon Race had only reached the King of Stars, yet what about the elder of the He Family?

He was an Immortal Emperor, the gap between them was so vast it was beyond description!

Talking to him about bloodlines and origin was simply a joke. Except for the descendants of the Heavenly Emperor, no one could surpass Chu Hao in terms of bloodline.

His gaze sharpened, and 'whoom,' the Western Wind was instantly activated.

Having stepped into the War Emperor realm, Chu Hao was fully capable of bringing forth the power of this Divine Artifact. The Laws intertwined, with the Space Law and Fire Series Laws perfectly merging. It was as if two War Gods were joining forces, and they were even in perfect harmony.

"Go!" He swung his sword to strike, but alas, the power of Infinite Chaos was determined by the Five Elements, and since he had only mastered the Space Law and had not yet grasped the Laws of Five Elements, the power of this move was only significant due to the integration of the Space Law.

With the Western Wind's display, the Fire Series Laws also merged, creating a collision between thunder and fire.

Although the explosion caused by the two sets of Laws was not as strong as that produced by all five, it was still incredibly powerful.

"Go!" The Dragon Crown Prince formed a light orb that had reached a hundred-zhang in diameter, and with a fierce swipe of his claw, the massive golden light ball bombarded towards Chu Hao, rolling with innumerable Divine Patterns.

It was a powerful move that he had condensed in a single breath's time, thus its force was naturally immense.

"Is that all?" Chu Hao pushed out his sword technique, and the Infinite Chaos immediately met the gigantic light orb head-on.

Boom!

An astonishing explosion occurred in the sky, clear enough to be seen by the entire Earthflame County, with even the surge of the Power of Laws being felt.

Countless fragments of Laws fell from the sky, each twinkling with their own unique brilliance, as colorful as rain.

Separated by a thousand zhang, Chu Hao stood off against the injured Dragon Crown Prince, whose dragon scales had fallen off by at least one third. Where was the noble stature of a Divine Dragon now?

"Ahh! Ahh! Ahh!" The Dragon Crown Prince roared in fury. He had entered the War God Realm and was supposed to be invincible from the start, yet he was being completely suppressed by Chu Hao. This was too unreal.

"If this is the extent of your skill, then you can rest in peace. Tonight we feast on dragon meat!" Chu Hao spoke coldly.

"This old cat loves it!" Fat Cat appeared; it had wandered off somewhere and likely was alerted by the aura of the great battle and had suddenly raced back.

"You wish!" the Dragon Crown Prince roared in anger, emanating his residual might and attacked Chu Hao once more.

Chu Hao shook his head and said, "War Gods are all about mastery of Laws, between the First Tier and the Tenth Tier, the gap is as vast as the heavens and the earth. You're not up to it!"

This was the absolute truth; the Heaven Devouring Beast was a Tenth Tier War God, and he could also operate Tenth Tier level Space Laws. Just this point alone was enough to crush the Dragon Crown Prince, not to mention the fact that the power of Space Laws was even above same-tier Five Elements and Thunder Series Laws.

"Your life, I take!" Chu Hao attacked once more, and this time, he held nothing back. Nearly Level Five Laws light shimmered, representing the strongest combat power of the War God level. Unless a Tenth Tier War God who mastered Time Law appeared right then, there would be no one on the same level as Chu Hao.

Of course, his frail physique was a major weakness, but mastering Space Law allowed him to teleport, making it difficult to lock onto his form. Unless Time Law was mastered, stopping his time, it would be easy to inflict harm on him.

This was also why Time Law was the strongest. However, no one in this world could master Time Law—not even those who could utilize the Three Phases Technique could get more than a glimpse of the mysteries of Time Law.

"Fight, fight, fight!" The Dragon Crown Prince bellowed, with the power of Divine Dragon's body exuding the Might of the Laws. He surged his combat power without regard to the costs, for if he lost this battle, he had only the path of death.

Similarly, if Chu Hao were defeated, he too would be blasted to death.

Today, one of these two geniuses was destined to fall, and naturally, it would be the Dragon Crown Prince.

After clashing hundreds of times, the Dragon Crown Prince could no longer maintain the form of a True Dragon. Only after reaching the Tenth Tier War God could he permanently stay in that state; forced to revert to human form, his strength also plummeted significantly.

"One last punch, to send you on your way!" Chu Hao launched himself forward and punched out. The Laws light was dazzling, with streaks of Sword Qi bursting forth, shooting into the air and making the sky sparkle like rain.

It was the grand formation sealing Sky Martial Star, without which Chu Hao's attack could have reached the nearby stars.

This punch was the ultimate display of Chu Hao's strength, unleashing almost the entire Level Five Laws.

Boom!

The Dragon Crown Prince took the punch, locked by the Space Law. How could he dodge?

He looked at Chu Hao, stunned, his body like a broken porcelain, continuously falling apart. He spoke, blood gushing wildly: "Chu Hao, since you have defeated me, you must never lose to anyone else! Trample over my corpse and become the strongest in the world!"

Only by losing to the strongest could he be content.

Chu Hao nodded and said, "Of course!"

The Dragon Crown Prince laughed, but his entire body crumbled into fragments. (To be continued. If you enjoy this work, please go to Qidian (qidian.com) to cast your recommendation votes and monthly tickets. Your support is my greatest motivation. Mobile users please visit m.qidian.com to read.)
