Atsuki followed Raiden through the expansive halls of the Celestial Concord, the organization that had watched him closely since his mysterious encounter with Raiden. It wasn't long before they reached the central chamber, a grand, awe-inspiring place where leaders from all the dominions gathered.

The room was adorned with banners representing the different dominions, and the air was thick with the energy of power and resolve. Atsuki stood silently beside Raiden, feeling the weight of the moment. As Raiden stepped forward, a calm and commanding voice filled the room.

"Welcome, Saito Atsuki," said a tall figure, his voice echoing. The leader of the Celestial Concord stood before him—Daichi Takahara (高原大地), a powerful, composed man with silver hair that seemed to shimmer like the moonlight.
