Light ended up spending his 600 fate points to improve his level of existence to a higher level, leaving his mind satisfied with the result he had achieved and was about to give his all as the predestined villain.
"Feeling this powerful energy flowing through my veins... it's something inexplicable." Light said with a surprised tone, but with a sense of pleasure.
Eventually, the system panel switched off and he decided to meet up with Asia Argento, who hadn't met for some time.
Leaving the [Inner World] dimension, he wears the same clothes he wore when he met Utaha and organizes his hair using his comb... with everything finished, he walks down the sidewalk to Asia's house.
"Triiiiim... Triiiiim...!" His cell phone started ringing loudly and Light realized that the call was from someone he really wanted to talk to and meet.
"Good morning, Asia, I wasn't expecting your call." Light greeted her as he glanced at the watch on his wrist.
She was glad that Light had taken her call, as she wanted to share the experience she had had during her time away.
"I'm feeling that my Haki training is paying off, that makes me happy!" Asia said with a cheerful tone as she lay on her bed in her pajamas.
Light's slight smile stands out on his face, and without answering anything... he decides to spread his wings and flies quickly to Asia Argento's bedroom window in the blink of an eye to see her.
She falls out of bed with shock and realizes it's Light at her window, so he comes in and decides to sit on the bed to talk.
"Would you agree to go on another date with me?" Light asks as he stares intently into Asia's kind eyes.
Her face ends up reddening a little, as she remembers when she last went out with Light and had enjoyed his company... and she couldn't predict what she might have in this next encounter.
"I accept! Where do you want to go this time?" With a cheerful tone, she accepted Light's request and asked what their current destination would be.
"Let's walk to a square." Light replies and he places his palm in front of Asia as a form of chivalry and leads her out.
Asia's smile was noticeable, feeling happy with Light Yagami's chivalry, which she had never received from someone as polite as him.
However, in Light's mind, he was asking her out in order to deal with a personal matter; an agreement had to be made so that the Church would not interfere with his plans too deftly.
The girl with the blonde hair and gentle beauty got off her bed and began to get ready to go for a walk with Light. She wore the same clothes that she wore on her first date with him... making it clear that both of them had really left their mark on these moments.
For Light, this was just a way of making things easier, he wouldn't go to great lengths for someone else... since it goes against his principle of selfishness to evolve his destiny as a villain.
Light Yagami straightened his wings, an action as automatic as the cold glint that usually danced in his eyes... everything tended to be calm and advantageous, so that Asia would feel convinced of his next move.
The two of them climb out of the window and Light takes her in his strong arms to a nearby square where it is already getting dark.
With his feet on the ground, Light lets go of the beautiful little Asia and she stands up, realizing that everything on her face and clothes is intact, feeling beautiful even though she flew quickly into the sky with him.
"Light, I'm... glad you came to call me again so we could be together. I don't think I ever imagined I'd have this same chance as today." Asia said in a serene and happy tone, looking at Light
He kept his gaze serene, a calculated smile spreading across his lips.
"That's good Asia, I believe that talking and having the company of those you're close to can bring a lot of aspirations about other people." Light reciprocated, further complementing her surprise as he walked straight across the square at dusk.
The atmosphere in the square was a dance between hidden intentions and unarmed sincerity. Asia didn't know it, but Light had already pondered its usefulness in his plans. But there was something else - something he couldn't define. Her innocence and unwavering faith seemed to defy his cold logic, something that gave rise to a restlessness he hated to acknowledge.
"Light, can I ask you something? - she asked suddenly, her blue eyes searching his with unexpected intensity.
For a brief moment, he was silent, waiting for his partner's answer.
"Do you or have you ever believed in redemption?"
Asia looked straight ahead, observing all the bright buildings in the city as she waited for Light's answer, and he responded with a few words.
"Redemption is synonymous with weakness and cowardice, so no." Light pondered the word, leaving her unable to add anything.
