Special property selected:

Sacrificial Summoning: When you create a summoning spell, you can summon multiple creatures from the bottom list and sacrifice them to summon a more powerful creature! If you sacrifice three creatures, you can summon one creature one level higher than the level of the summoned creatures.

If you sacrifice five creatures, you can summon a creature two levels higher, and if you sacrifice seven, you can summon a creature three levels higher.

Note: With this ability, you can summon creatures from a list that exceed the maximum level of the spell you can cast.

Note: Creatures summoned by "Sacrificial Summoning" cannot be used as additional sacrifices in turn.

Special: When using ninth-level creatures, this ability allows you to summon a sixteenth-level creature for three sacrifices, an eighteenth-level creature for five sacrifices, and a twentieth-level creature for seven sacrifices.

"- D-damn it!"

I shake my head and summon a bunch of horses, quickly remaking one creature. It lets out a happy squeal and runs around me, and then the Jurassic Park miscarriage lies down next to my chair.

Deinonychus

Pet dinosaur, baby!

Speed Builder: While you are creating something, be it constructing a building, growing magical plants, crafting magical items, or even getting tattoos, you will gain double the experience.

I create an invisible servant with my devilish magic and nod at the door.

*Knock-knock-knock*

My creation opens the double doors, letting the sorceress girl into the house.

My new pet, who has a lifespan of about two hours, slowly raises his head, looking warily at the stranger, seemingly trying to determine her threat level.

Poor little dumbass... he just can't comprehend the difference in their powers.

"- Sera-chan!" I wave at her with a grin. "- Welcome to my home!"

She walks inside and looks around slowly.

"Please excuse the fact that it's a bit empty here now, I haven't had time to buy furniture."

In front of her there is a fairly large hall, with enough room to hold a banquet if I wish, and to the left and right are two large, slightly curved staircases that lead to the second floor balcony.

"- Hello, Gai-tan!" Serafall waves her hand automatically, blinking in surprise. "- I see you built yourself a house, that's amazing! Even the best devil construction crews would take at least a day to do that! How did you do that?"

I scratch the back of my head and smile shyly. "Oh, I have a couple of tricks."

I gesture towards the table, summoning a wooden chair from my inventory.

A moment later a pillow falls on the chair. "Would you like some tea?"

She shakes her head with a smile. "Unfortunately, I can't. I'm not here for long, I have other things to do, and I was just going to show the construction crew where to build."

Satan looks around the room slowly. "But it looks like all you need right now is electricity, huh?"

"- Hm... yeah, sorry, I overdid it a bit."

"- No, no, it's okay. Everything is fine, it's even impressive. Most devils wouldn't do the construction themselves."

"- I don't have any subordinates yet, so I'll have to do everything myself, at least for a while... fortunately, I'm a quick learner. And considering you have more important things to do, I'll quickly move on to a few things I wanted to ask. First, may I know what happened to that devil that attacked me?"

"- He was put in prison."

"- Good. I wouldn't want him to go back to whoever hired him and ask them to send more assassins after me. Secondly... can I have one of these... computers... installed here? I think it would make it easier for me to understand the changes in the world than by reading books."

"- Easily".

"- And finally... this last question requires a little context... I've always kind of been interested in alchemy, and recently... uh... more like five hundred years ago, just before the attack, I made a breakthrough."

With another click, two vials appear in my hand.

"Technically, it should heal the wounds."

I've already tested it on myself and it didn't do any damage to me, so it seems the positive energy in it only harms the undead.

"- A healing potion?" Serafall wonders. "- Like Phoenix Tears?!"

"- Yes and no... it's not as strong as Phoenix tears, but it still heals. And instantly."

I scratch my cheek slowly. "Hmm... maybe I should set an example."

I look back at my dinosaur. "Do you mind?"

The predator bows its head.

"- Thank you for your cooperation, Dino-chan."

A dagger appears in my hand and I quickly stab him in the back. "As you can see, the wound is quite deep. It will require at least a few stitches to heal using normal methods."

I pull the stopper out of the potion and the predator opens its toothy mouth, allowing me to pour the red substance into it.

Serafall tilts her head, watching as the wound slowly closes, but not completely.

"- You see, the potion heals, but not at the level of phoenix tears."

My hand catches fire and I place my palm on the raptor's wound. Within moments, all damage is completely gone.

"- I'll give you a couple of samples because I hope you can figure out the price I should sell them at since I'm... somewhat inexperienced in marketing."

"- Okay. But won't that cause problems for the Phenex family? Something you said you didn't want to do?"

"They profit from extremely large sales to the wealthy, and I'll be targeting a completely different market. Not the very wealthy, but the lower class, who may not even have access to the means to get adequate treatment... I'm also a little bitter that the man I was engaged to just a MONTH after I died is going to bed with his own damn brother.

She looks over the potions again, completely ignoring the second half of my statement. "Well, we have large hospitals now where treatment is relatively inexpensive, but I'm sure they'd be interested in your invention if you could mass-produce them."

"- It's quite possible... but I also feel that the formula is not complete... they can be made more effective if we try."

The former Sitri nods slowly. "I'll check the samples. But now we really have to go, and in the meantime, my construction crew will sort out the electricity here."

She's just ignoring my prehistoric pet, and I summoned him to impress her!
