Yan Lihua didn't like this idea, "Elder—"

Also, if you are worried, then go and prepare some disciples who will act as his guards. Leave..." Gao Ling didn't like the idea of totally protecting the geniuses from everything. They had to get some experience if they wanted to understand the world better.

Yan Lihua sighed and nodded, "As you wish." She said and vanished.

Lin Feng sighed inwardly. He had planned many ways to make sure they agreed, but it seemed nothing was needed. Elder Gao was more thoughtful than he had assumed.

Gao smiled while looking at him, "You should cultivate more. It will be better if you break through to the Soul Sea realm in the first few days of entering the inheritance site, because those who did earlier will have advantages.

Also, even though I have allowed you to go, make sure to not act arrogantly just because you are stronger than others. Always remember this. Strength isn't the only way to kill someone."

Lin Feng nodded, "I understand, Elder Gao."

"Alright then, take care. I have some work to do." Gao Ling said and left.

They had just come from the mission, so Lin Feng understood that they transferred the blood or resources they had gathered till now.

There was one more thing he should have done earlier. There was a chance that Elder Gao might enter their abode. So he had to hide that teleportation array some way.

Although the possibility was quite low about her coming inside their abode, it wasn't zero.

Hiding the array was simple unless it was an active array. He could just put the meditation mat above it. His teleportation array wasn't big. It could be hidden with the two meditation mats they had for themselves.

He also had to go and inform Elder Dong about the fact that he was going to the inheritance site and wouldn't be able to look at the spirit field for the time being.

The time period of how long one could stay inside the inheritance site depended upon the spirit conciousness of the site.

One thing was for sure, they would probably stay there for a few months. It was normal time if the spirit conciousness wanted them to benefit from the high spirit qi density present inside.

Lin Feng came back inside the hall and looked towards the two working outer disciples, "You two, come here."

The disciples were watering the herbs which needed water, and when they heard him, they left everything and came to him.

"Yes, senior, do you need something?"

Lin Feng pointed towards the wooden seat, "One of you stay here. I will be back in a few minutes."

The disciples nodded, and one of them came to the hall. It seemed they had already discussed who would do this kind of work when the time came.

Lin Feng didn't care who sat on the chair. He immediately flew up and left.

He came to his abode and entered inside gently. He didn't want to disturb his senior sister if she was cultivating instead of normal meditation.

He sighed in relief as it really was the case. He could feel spirit qi entering her body. He quietly walked and collected the two mats and put them in the middle, covering the array perfectly.

After doing so, he left and came to the Alchemy Faction and made his way towards the main pavilion. He didn't have to walk inside as Dong Huirong appeared in front of him.

"What happened?" Dong Huirong asked immediately. She doubted he would come to the Alchemy Faction to meet someone else other than her.

"Elder Dong, I have gotten permission from Elder Gao to enter the inheritance site, so I won't be able to manage the spirit field for the time being," Lin Feng said.

Dong Huirong frowned. She didn't like this decision of letting him go, but if it was a decision made by Elder Gao, then even the sect master wouldn't be able to change it.

"Alright, go ahead, and congratulations on reaching the Late Stage of Core Formation realm." She had a little smile of approval while saying the last sentence.

"Thank you, Elder Dong." After saying that, he left and came back to the spirit field.

Tang Zhi, who was sitting lazily on the wooden seat, immediately straightened up. He was about to stand up when Lin Feng gestured for him to stay seated.

Lin Feng wanted to see the whole spirit field. Now that he had gotten permission to enter the inheritance site, he wasn't in a hurry to cultivate right now. He wouldn't be able to breakthrough anyway, so there was no need to worry about it for the time being.

He wanted to see which herbs he could take from here while devising a plan to destroy the whole spirit field once he decided to leave from here.

There were multiple ways to destroy a spirit field. The first was to destroy the spirit gathering array beneath the soil.

This would effectively make the spirit field a normal field. Of course, it wasn't much damaging as once the array was fixed, then everything would become normal.

No doubt some herbs might get affected as some strong spirit herbs might absorb spirit qi from all the mountain, leaving nothing for small ones to absorb.

And if those spirit herbs weren't plucked, then those strong herbs would suck them dry too.

All in all, destroying the array would only create trouble for the sect. It would have some loss in fixing the array, but that's it.

Not to mention, this option wasn't possible for him even if he wanted to do it. The reason was similar to why he couldn't deactivate the detection array around the Eternal Dao Lotus.

His strength wasn't enough to tamper with them.
