Chapter 141: Dimension of Handsomeness Part 4

"To your right!"

Anna reminded.

The next moment, Tyler raised his sword. Several lightning bolts appeared on the edge of the blade.

When he moved, he left behind a trail of lightning arcs as he slashed through the Gamma from the middle, splitting its body in half.

[Thunder Shadow Sword]

"It's my turn."

Justin shouted and jumped. His body was covered in lightning bolts as he appeared above several Gammas.

He clenched his fist, charging a massive amount of lightning energy in his arm as he punched down.

[Three Quarter Thunder Drum]

Bang!

His fist released a pillar of lightning that struck the ground, and instead of piercing through, it jumped and exploded.

Crack! Crack! Crack! Crack!

The lightning scattered in three different directions. Each scattered lightning bolt had the power to shatter the bodies of those Gammas.

Boom!

Justin landed on the ground, creating a small quarter as he raised his arm and stared at his fist.

"Damn it! I still can't throw a Four Quarter punch."

Four Quarter Thunder Drum was a Fourth Rank Elemental Art that could explode the lightning and release it in all four directions.

Because of the explosions, each lightning strike carried enough force to destroy a small mountain.

But it wasn't so easy to do that. Because he needed proper control over lightning to make it bounce back, while gathering enough kinetic energy and releasing it in four directions.

Otherwise, this technique wouldn't work, and the explosion wouldn't send those lightning bolts around.

So, this elemental art was divided into four parts. One Quarter, Two Quarters, Three Quarters, and Four Quarters.

"Haha! Justin, watch me!"

Dev laughed and dashed towards the remaining Gammas. All of them had Core Formation strength, but he wasn't afraid.

Just like how Justin used Fourth Rank Elemental Art to take down several Gammas, he could do the same.

Click! Snnnnn!

Ten blades appeared around his hand. They were like a glove, but each glove had five blades, twice the size of a finger.

As he started running, the lightning energy around him started gathering in his legs.

Soon, the lightning spread towards his upper body and to his head, forming the shape of a dragon.

[Thunder Dragon Dash]

Whoosh! Clack! Clack! Clack! Clack! Clack! Clack!

His body was like a fish in the water as he coursed through the remaining Gammas while his ten blades kept tearing them apart.

By the time he reached behind them, those Gammas seemed to have stopped working. He stopped and raised his right hand in front of his chest.

Boom!

The lightning trail left by him started vibrating at an extraordinary speed before causing a massive chain explosion that engulfed those bodies.

Whistle!

"Wow! They are quite a poser, Tyler. If you don't take them seriously, they are gonna steal your points."

Anna whistled as she spoke.

But when she turned her eyes around, she saw Tyler sitting on the corpses of the last of the Gamma, with his hands on the hilt of his sword.

She clicked her tongue and said.

"Tsk! I was wrong. They can't surpass you."

"Are we done already?"

Justin walked towards Anna and asked.

"Yeah, we are done here, and we are getting closer to the Fourth Pillar."

Anna nodded. Except for her, others had a significant boost to their scores.

For example, Tyler's points increased from 3500 to 9800.

Justin had around 4300, while Dev had around 4600.

Anna's points did increase, but it was only by 200, making her points 250.

"Miss Anna, don't you want to get more points?" Dev also appeared next to her and asked.

"Nah! I know my strength. My goal is the Trial Ground." Anna shook her head and replied.

"By the way, Mr. Tyler, are you only at the Energy Refinement Realm?"

Justin gave the guy sitting on top of the corpses of Core Formation strength Gamma and awkwardly asked.

Despite his senses telling him that this guy hadn't established his Foundation, he still couldn't believe it.

"Haven't you figured out his identity yet?" Anna looked stunned as she asked.

"What do you mean?"

Dev scratched his head.

"Tyler! I have been calling him by this name for a while. Can't you figure out his identity even then? Or, did you not hear any new news about the top geniuses of Earth?"

Anna speechlessly asked.

Suddenly, Justin's eyes widened as he gave Anna a look and turned back at Tyler.

"A…a.a.a.are you Tyler Carlos?"

Tyler nodded his head with normal expressions. He stood up and said.

"Let's go! We need to reach the Trial Ground before sunset."

Hearing that, Anna nodded and quickly followed after him.

But Justin and Dev were frozen in shock. They couldn't believe it. Not because he was wrong or anything.

Simply because it was too shocking.

"Mr. Tyler!"

Justin immediately came to his senses and ran towards Tyler with a cry.

"Mr. Tyler, please let me tell you something!"

"I have been a huge fan of yours. I joined the Holy Trident Guild, but I always felt like I should've joined one of the families."

"They always give more resources, but at the same time, they also take a lot of freedom. So, I still believed my choice was good."

"Until I saw the news about Artificial Constitution. I was stunned and even felt regret. But when I saw your news, that regret inside of me vanished."

"Like it was never even there. Knowing the top genius of the World comes from one of the Guild, I reflected on my past work."

"I knew I wasn't talented enough, but I was always afraid of taking risks. I never tried any other dimensions."

"But you gave me the courage to enter this dimension."

When he finished speaking, he realized that he had been talking for too long and embarrassedly rubbed his head.

"I'm sorry for blabbering that nonsense. I just wanted to say that many people like me sometimes regretted not joining the families or clan."

"But after your performance, I have talked to many of my friends and they all felt the same. They all want to achieve something in cultivation without sacrificing their freedom."

Hearing his words, Tyler cracked a smile and said.

"Then, I'm glad I helped you guys."

Saying so, he continued walking.

Tyler never regretted his decisions, but he almost lost his life in the trial. That had been his pain for a while.

So, Justin would've never imagined that his words would make that pain fade away.

As he said, there were many people who wanted to get stronger without sacrificing their freedom.

In this world, cultivation had only been established for fifty years. Three Families and Five Clans of each region held the largest resources.

Guilds didn't have many resources. Because they would need to give a lot of their resources to the public in the name of salary.

While families and clans also had to do the same thing, the difference in numbers was quite big.

So, Families that kept more resources than the guild could easily give out more resources to those who join their families.

This kind of news couldn't be kept secret, so many people were secretly jealous of those who joined the families.

After all, the realms lower than the Law Condensing Realm mostly required resources like Energy Stones.

So, that jealousy kept growing until it almost exploded on the news of the Artificial Constitution.

But then, the news about Tyler appeared to the public. In an instant, their resentment and jealousy disappeared.

While many people didn't have talent like Tyler, some people had even stronger talent than Tyler.

But none of them surpassed Tyler.

They didn't know whether it was the result of accidents, talent, or hard work.

But they knew that even someone from the Guild could become the First Talent in the world.

This inspired many people like Justin.

"Feeling happy?" Anna asked with a smirk.

"Yeah! It feels good."

Tyler replied, unable to hide his smile.

"Your presence gave a new life to the guilds. The existence of the Guild was to help those who don't have enough talent."

"But that often makes the guild weakest among all other powers."

Hearing that, Tyler replied.

"I can see that. Thirteen Young Leaders of Ditto Family, Ten Captains of Lin Family, Nine Shadows of Esobi Family."

"I have never heard that from the Guild. It is clear that the Guild lacks a lot of talented people."

Anna sadly nodded her head.

"Yeah! We don't get recognition."

Tyler suddenly raised his hand and patted her head.

"But it doesn't matter, does it? When the war comes, the guild will be the first line of defense, right?"

"At that time, your name will shine brighter than those."

Anna shook her head and slapped his hand away.

"I don't care about the fame. My only goal is to help humanity survive the coming war."

Tyler put away his hand and nodded.

"Yeah! It's not just your goal."
