Dragon Roar Master at Hogwarts

Chapter 209: Dudley’s presence certificate is perfect

After emerging from the Room of Requirement, Dudley carefully walked back to the Slytherin common room.

He began to regret not asking Ariana or anyone to bring him an invisibility cloak, even if it was not as good as Harry Potter's Deathly Hallows, mainly in case he ran into Draco Malfoy disguised as himself. If so, the scene will be difficult to explain.

But luckily he did not encounter such a dilemma. When he returned to the dormitory, he saw Draco Malfoy had returned to his original appearance and was sitting on his bed, looking nervous.

"Malfoy."

"I'm...no, I'm not...no, I'm..." Malfoy raised his head in panic, looking incoherent and panicked. When he saw Da After a while, he breathed a sigh of relief.

"Why are you so nervous?" Dudley frowned, "You probably didn't reveal anything."

"Maybe... maybe... no, I think..." Malfoy's evasive eyes made Dudley feel uneasy.

"Let's put this aside, what on earth did you do?" Malfoy grabbed Dudley's arm and said with a pale face: "Someone just sent me a message saying that Dumbledore was looking for me... No, I wanted to find you, but the effect of my Polyjuice Potion was almost over, so I came back first with the excuse of having diarrhea..."

"I didn't do much. I just broke into Azkaban, fought with Dumbledore, and threatened the Minister of Magic." Dudley said lightly.

"I'm not kidding. You asked me to help you cover it up. I should at least know-"

Deng Deng stared.

There were rapid footsteps on the stairs. Dudley immediately made a silence gesture, and Malfoy immediately fell silent.

A tall figure appeared from the stairs. With his iconic greasy black hair and black robes like a big bat, Dudley recognized him at a glance as Severus Snape.

"Dudley Dursley!"

Snape's face was gloomy and displeased, and his deep eyes stared at Dudley over his hooked nose.

"Someone should have informed you that Professor Dumbledore is looking for you. Don't you know about this?"

Dudley looked calm and composed, recalling what Draco Malfoy had just said, and slowly replied: "I heard it, but there are three things that people have to worry about. What if I accidentally have diarrhea while talking to Principal Dumbledore?" It’s so rude.”

Snape narrowed his eyes, his sharp gaze seeming to see through Dudley.

"Are you okay now? Do you need me to take you to Madam Pomfrey? Or should I just prepare the potion..."

"No need to bother Mr. Dean." Dudley said quickly, "I saw that Professor, you suddenly got better for some reason. It seems that Professor, you have enough respect, even if you have a stomachache--"

"Don't talk nonsense to me. If you have nothing to do, come with me. Next time Professor Dumbledore comes to see you, it's best to go there as soon as possible. Don't make weird excuses. This is also good for you, do you understand?!"

Snape's face was stern, and when it was obvious that he was not joking, Dudley felt nervous, but it didn't show on his face at all.

"Did something happen? So serious." Dudley pretended to be confused, "Okay, I'll go now."

Snape's expression softened a little, and then he looked at Draco Malfoy, who was still on the bed.The latter noticed Snape's gaze and immediately turned over, lying on his side facing the wall.

"You haven't left your dormitory all day, Draco."

Hearing Snape's words, Draco remained motionless, but after a moment he whispered "Yeah".

Snape looked at Draco silently for a few seconds, then sighed unnoticeably.

"It's almost time for you to go back to class. Your father will be worried about you if this continues."

After saying that, Snape flicked his sleeves and strode out of their dormitory. Dudley glanced at Draco Malfoy, who was motionless, and immediately followed him.

Snape remained silent on the way to Dumbledore's headmaster's office, and Dudley had the good sense not to initiate the conversation.

Walking to the monster statue in the principal's office, Snape paused, but did not immediately say the password. Instead, he turned around and looked at Dudley seriously.

"Let me confirm again...you haven't left school today, right."

Dudley looked directly into Snape's eyes and said slowly: "As a student, where else can I go... Besides, I have been in the castle today, and many students should have seen me - —Did someone pretend to be me and do bad things?"

Snape pursed his lips and looked away after a moment.

"Nothing...just a casual question." Snape took a step forward and said sternly at the monster statue: "Dragon Pox!"

The monster statue immediately came to life and jumped aside, revealing a hidden door behind it.

Dudley and Snape took the elevator to the door of Dumbledore's office, and then Snape knocked lightly on the oak door.

"come in."

Dudley could hear the feeling of exhaustion and loneliness in Dumbledore's old voice.

After entering the circular office, Dumbledore stood beside his desk, stroking Fawkes the Phoenix.

After seeing Dudley and Snape coming in, Dumbledore took a deep look at Dudley and then turned to Snape's direction.

Snape shook his head slightly, and Dumbledore sighed softly after seeing it, as if he was relieved.

"Severus, please go out first. Next, I need to talk to Dudley alone."

Snape nodded, then strode out of Dumbledore's office, closing the door carefully.

"I'm sorry, Professor, for not coming over right away." Dudley said slowly, "Did something happen? I see Professor Snape is quite serious."

Dumbledore walked slowly in front of Dudley and leaned down to look at Dudley.

"I have something... I have to tell you, but I hope you stay calm and don't be impulsive, okay?"

Dudley frowned, looking puzzled.

"Is it bad news? And judging from your tone... Something happened to someone close to me?"

Dumbledore took a deep breath, and then said slowly and in a deep voice: "Just now, a serious accident happened... Azkaban was breached, and many prisoners escaped from the prison - —”

"what?!"

Dudley took a step forward and stared at Dumbledore, clenching his fists as if suppressing his anger.

"Don't tell me that something happened to Pansy." Dudley growled in a low voice, "What happened to her? Have you confirmed her safety?"

Dumbledore and Dudley's eyes met, and after a while, Dudley could catch the flash of guilt in his eyes.

"Pansy Parkinson was taken away...the man who breached Azkaban, the leader of the Death Eaters - the resurrected Voldemort!"
