The aura Cell was emanating was truly terrifying, enough to shake anyone to the core.

But how could Vegeta ever be the kind of man to back down in the face of overwhelming odds?

Vegeta raised both hands to his chest, where golden energy particles rapidly gathered.

The 'Final Flash' roared toward Cell like a relentless tidal wave. This was an attack Vegeta had been charging for a full minute. But shockingly, Cell stood there like a mountain, calm and immovable.

He had no intention of dodging.

BOOM BOOM--!

The golden energy beam washed over Cell's body, and a few seconds later, he finally collapsed to the ground. His limbs had been completely blown off, leaving only his head and upper torso intact.

The once-proud and smug Cell, reduced to this miserable state?

Even Bojack, who had been calmly watching from the side, couldn't help but question what he was seeing. But on the other side, Son Gohan and Vegeta, who had both fought Cell firsthand, knew better, this was far from over.

And sure enough, Cell's nearly vanished aura began to flare up again. Incredibly, his severed limbs began to regenerate.

Even Bojack was stunned by the sight.

"What?!"

This terrifying regeneration ability reminded Bojack of supernatural powers, and it was in this moment he truly realized how horrifying Cell was. What unsettled Bojack even more was his own assessment of Cell's strength, Cell was at least equal to him. If they truly fought, it might be a toss-up who would win.

But now, with this insane regeneration, Cell could potentially outlast him through sheer endurance alone. Cell's revival also caused Son Gohan and Vegeta to suddenly understand what was going on.

'Regrowing limbs?! That's an ability only Namekians possess!'

And since Cell had Piccolo's aura, this must have come from Piccolo's abilities! From Cell's combat style to his regeneration, it was now clear, Cell not only possessed everyone's aura, but also their techniques and special abilities.

But now wasn't the time to be shocked. Vegeta, refusing to stay down, rallied himself to attack Cell again.

Just as he was about to move, Cell's arrogant face suddenly appeared right in front of him. With a sinister smirk, Cell's whistling fist came crashing down on Vegeta's temple.

In an instant, Vegeta saw white, his vision blurred, his mind spinning. His entire body was sent flying like a ragdoll.

Like a runaway missile, Vegeta's body slammed into a distant mountain, pulverizing it on impact.

"Vegeta Ojisan!!" Son Gohan let out a sharp, anguished scream.

In that moment, his aura surged violently. He wanted to rush to help Vegeta. But just then, the previously passive Bojack suddenly stepped in front of him.

"You trying to help him?" Bojack gave a wicked smile, clearly enjoying the look of pain on Son Gohan's face. It was probably one of his twisted pleasures, as a galactic tyrant, to watch others suffer.

He wanted to see Vegeta beaten to death by Cell, while Son Gohan stood by helplessly.

Furious, Son Gohan shouted: "Get out of my way!!"

But Bojack remained unfazed. With a cold smirk, he reached up and removed his headscarf, letting it flutter away in the wind.

The two immediately began to brawl.

...

Vegeta staggered to his feet, his vision starting to blur. He shook his head with all his might, but no matter what he did, he couldn't see clearly. A stream of red liquid, his blood, was clouding his vision.

Suddenly, he felt a wave of heat in front of him. Through the haze, a vague green silhouette appeared before his eyes.

It was Cell, waving his hand in front of Vegeta's face, pretending to show concern.

"Are you alright, proud Saiyan Prince?"

Vegeta gritted his teeth and, mustering all the strength he had left, threw a punch. But Cell easily sidestepped it and followed up with a voice dripping in mockery: "Vegeta, if that's all you've got… I must say, I'm terribly disappointed. Even though you haven't beaten me, I'll still be generous enough to tell you, why I have both Goku's and your aura."

Cell's tone turned dramatic, like he was giving a speech. He laid out his origins to Vegeta without holding back.

A supreme android from the future, who devolved into a cocoon and rode a time machine to the present in order to achieve his perfect form, in Cell's own words, it sounded almost like an inspirational tale.

"What do you think, Vegeta? My body is the embodiment of perfection!"

Vegeta smirked, spat on the ground, and cursed: "You're nothing but a thief who steals other people's cells!"

As soon as the words left his mouth, that burning sensation from earlier intensified.

At that moment, Vegeta's vision returned. What he saw stunned him: a surging blue energy dancing in Cell's palm, it was none other than the Kamehameha wave!

Cell had been charging it for a long time.

Vegeta tried to react, but his injuries had sapped his speed, he was nowhere near fast enough.

Wherever he flew, Cell followed right behind.

Cell taunted him again: "Vegeta, I truly pity you. Do you know why I chose the Kamehameha wave to end you? It must be excruciating to die by the very move used by your lifelong rival, right?"

With that, Cell unleashed the fully-charged Kamehameha.

In an instant, Vegeta's world turned blue, time seemed to freeze. His mind entered a carousel of memories.

From his first arrival on Earth… To meeting Bulma… To the birth of their son, Trunks...

Visions of Bulma and Trunks filled his mind.

'Is this... really the end?'

A bitter unwillingness surged in Vegeta's heart. But deep down, he knew, he had truly given it his all. His thoughts began to drift, recalling the days he had trained with Trunks in the Hyperbolic Time Chamber.

"I'm sorry, Trunks… In the end, I still couldn't change any of this. I must've let you down. And that Super Saiyan 2 you mentioned… I guess… I never got the chance to reach it after all."

The massive energy beam blasted Vegeta's body high into the sky. After enduring over ten seconds of relentless impact, his heavy body began to fall back down in freefall.

A sharp, thunderous explosion shook the heavens as it echoed across the clouds.

"Vegeta Ojisan!!"

Son Gohan's eyes turned bloodshot, tears flying from them as he stared in despair at where Vegeta had fallen. In an instant, Gohan's mind went blank, like it had been wiped clean.

The next moment, Vegeta's image filled his every thought. If it hadn't been for Vegeta, he never would have met Mr. Popo, nor discovered the Hyperbolic Time Chamber. If Vegeta hadn't told him about the way Piccolo had died so horrifically, he might never have broken through to Super Saiyan.

If Vegeta hadn't arrived just in time, Gohan would've already been killed.

To Gohan, that once evil Saiyan no longer existed.

He had witnessed Vegeta's transformation with his own eyes. Everyone else was dead, only he and Vegeta had been left to fight.

And now… only he remained. At that moment, several chilling little monsters flew in and surrounded Vegeta's body.

Five Mini Cells lifted him up. One of them placed its hand over Vegeta's chest.

It sensed the faint beating of a heart.

"Reporting to Father! He seems to still be alive!"

Cell, calm and unbothered, placed his hand on his chin and gestured with a slicing motion. The five Mini Cells immediately understood, they each grabbed one of Vegeta's limbs and his head.

This scene, Son Gohan had seen it before. The Mini Cells had already demonstrated it on Bojack's subordinate, Peter, who had been brutally torn limb from limb the same way.

"No!!! Stop!!!" Son Gohan roared in fury.

Watching Gohan's pained and furious reaction, Bojack grinned with cruel satisfaction. Gohan's eyes had turned a terrifying shade of red, as though they were about to bleed. His already tightly furrowed brows raised even higher, veins bulging like writhing worms crawling across his forehead.

His eyes were full of despair, but that despair quickly turned into searing hatred and unquenchable rage.

He couldn't accept what was happening.

He didn't even want to imagine how Bulma would react if she ever found out that Vegeta had been cruelly dismembered.

The pain in Son Gohan's chest was as if a million ants were gnawing at his heart.

He clenched his teeth tightly, fists balled so hard they trembled, and at that moment, a devastating power erupted from within him.

Fzzzz! Fzzzz! Fzzzz!

A golden aura surged around him! The intense shockwave instantly blasted Bojack away, knocking him off his feet like a rag doll. Bojack stared, dumbfounded. He couldn't believe his own eyes, he thought it had to be an illusion.

Still unwilling to give up, he once again stepped in front of Gohan, but that's when he realized: Son Gohan had transformed.

His golden hair now shot skyward, thicker and more intense than before. Around his body, faint arcs of electricity crackled and danced.

Son Gohan had broken through Super Saiyan Full Power, he had reached Super Saiyan 2.

In that moment, the entire battlefield fell silent. Everyone was drawn in by the divine brilliance radiating from him.
