Chapter 5: I need a guide
Bom dia pessoas,
I've been noticing in the comments that some of you think that the current Gohan is already "too powerful" and that Frieza won't pose any challenge.
It's true that this Gohan is already stronger than the original in the Frieza saga, but he's still not at the same level as the two most powerful at the end of the saga.
Gohan end of chapter 4 = 662,000 PL
Normal Goku vs Frieza = 3,000,000 PL
Frieza final form, 100% = 120,000,000 PL
Super Goku against Frieza = 150,000,000 PL
On the other hand, no member of Frieza's army would give Gohan any trouble, Captain Ginyu being the strongest of them with a PL of 120,000.
Ps: I still need a beta reader for the English version. Anyone interested send me a message.

Krillin landed on the celestial platform with a soft thud, his eyes scanning the area for any signs of life. A familiar figure approached, smiling at him. It was Popo, who had come to welcome him.
"Greetings, Krillin." Said Popo, his voice echoing in the silence. "I see you came to visit young Gohan."
Krillin nodded, his eyes still searching for any sign of movement within the platform.
"Yes sir. His parents are worried, especially Chichi who-" He cuts himself, swallowing hard as he remembered the conversation with his best friend's wife. Continuing, he said "She told me to check on him as soon as I woke up."
With a nod and with an outstretched hand, Popo pointed to the entrance to Kami's abode, leading Krillin deeper onto the platform.
As they walked, Krillin couldn't help but feel a sense of unease wash over him. The platform seemed strangely silent and there was no sign of Gohan or even his ki.
"Is Gohan sleeping by any chance? I can't feel his Ki."
The smile disappeared from Popo's face and the look on his face became more serious, Krillin noticing the change in the atmosphere began to suspect that something bad might have happened to Gohan.
"Did something happen? Is Gohan okay?"
"Nothing happened to him." Popo said, breathing tiredly. "It's what could happen that worries me."
Without understanding what he was saying, Krillin was guided by Popo to the room inside the platform where Gohan was training.
After a few minutes, Popo and Krillin arrived in front of large double doors.
"This room is made of materials stronger than steel." Mentions Popo approaching the great black stone doors. "We would have made the entire Lookout out of this material if it weren't so rare."
The black rock material is opened without difficulty by the gods' assistant, but the monumental weight of the material dragging on the ground was still evident.
With the door open, Krillin comes across a large room with an intimidating atmosphere. Its walls and floor were made of a strange black stone, unlike anything in the Kami's abode.
When the door is completely open, the image of Gohan sitting in the center of the room is revealed, meditating with waves of energy oscillating throughout his body while his eyes appear white.
"Now, young Gohan is training to control his own Ki, at the moment he is focused on learning how to hide his power." Explained Popo in a deep and dark voice.
Surprised by the explanation, Krillin turns to Popo.
"But he already mastered controlling his Ki with Piccolo, hasn't he?" Krillin asked in confusion"
Popo shook his head before continuing to explain.
"Two days ago Gohan didn't know how to hide his Ki." Mr. Popo says, looking at Krillin. "Furthermore, he also does not know how to adjust his power level to face weaker people, he does not know how to transfer ki to other people and he also cannot sense the Ki of other individuals."
Amazed, Krillin widens his eyes in shock at the young warrior's lack of skill. The surprise was due to the fact that during the fight against Vegeta and Nappa he had demonstrated all these skills.
"In addition to his lack of Ki control abilities, his strength has grown so much that young Gohan's body is having difficulty containing his vast power. If he doesn't learn more Ki manipulation techniques, Gohan could overload his body using his power causing a massive explosion."
"But I've never seen anyone have this kind of problem before, not even Goku after a special training or when he drank the Ultra Divine Water."
"In none of these examples was there such astonishing growth as that of young Gohan."
Krillin's jaw drops at the answer.
"But I feel almost none of his Ki." Krillin comments. "Now with the door open I should be able to clearly feel if he doesn't know how to hide Ki."
The human warrior's last comment brings a smile back to Popo's lips.
"It's because he's close to mastering Ki concealment."
"WHAT?" Krillin shouted in surprise. "But he's only been training for three days."
"It's been three days since young Gohan left the hospital to train on the celestial platform, but it was only yesterday that he started training in concealing his Ki."
Before Krillin could ask how the young warrior was so close to mastering the technique with less than two days of training, his attention was pulled to the center of the room because in that moment, Gohan's Ki spiked.
His energy began to emanate from him in waves, lighting up the black stone room with his Ki aura.
In order to observe him better, Krillin approached the young warrior, noticing that his appearance was different from what he remembered. His hair was longer and besides being taller he also looked older for some reason.
The ground began to shake as Gohan's power increased, a shiver ran through Krillin's body as fear took over him. Gohan's power grew exponentially, making his ki reserve feel like an ocean of energy that threatened to swallow him whole.
As the room started to shake, Gohan's energy reached new heights, his Ki aura pulsed around him like a living entity. Krillin felt the weight of Gohan's power bearing down on him as the air around them crackled with energy.
"This is impossible." Murmurs the veteran warrior. "Is he stronger than Vegeta?"
"I wasn't present at the fight with you, but from my observations young Gohan must be three times stronger than him in his giant ape form." Said Mr. Popo, who didn't seem affected by the pressure of Gohan's Ki.
When the Ki intensity seemed to reach its peak, Gohan opened his eyes.
Slowly, his energy began to stabilize and the room stopped shaking.
Krillin stumbled backwards, falling on his butt, overwhelmed by the intensity of Gohan's power. Feeling in his own skin what Popo had declared about the boy's power.
'He really is stronger than that monster in his Oozaru form.' Krillin confirms to himself, sweating cold.
Standing up, Gohan notices Krillin sitting in front of him. Walking slowly he approaches the veteran warrior and with a smile on his face extends a hand to him.
"It's a pleasure to see you again, Mr. Krillin." Said the young man smiling friendly.
At the same time, all fear and fear of the human warrior evaporated from his mind.
'He smiles just like Goku.' Thinks Krillin as he accepts the help.
"Actually…" Gohan says, hesitating for a second before continuing. "I would like to ask you a favor."
"What do you need?" Krillin questions, curious.
The young warrior puffs out his chest and responds with a smile.
"I need a guide."
[DBI:GG]
Gohan and Krillin flew to Paozu Mountain, a place rich in history and meaning for Goku, who was raised there by his grandfather Gohan.
Despite their importance to Goku and perhaps even to the original Gohan, the two warriors are not in Goku's old house but in the heart of the mountain forest, looking for something that will help them in the near future.
The dense foliage around them rustled softly in the gentle breeze, casting dappled shadows on the ground. The air was thick with the smell of pine and damp earth, a stark contrast to the sterile environment of the Time Chamber. Gohan felt a calmness wash over him as he breathed deeply, taking in his surroundings.
Krillin, on the other hand, looked uneasy. He fidgeted nervously with his sleeve, looking around cautiously, as if expecting an attack at any moment. Gohan noticed his friend's discomfort and placed a reassuring hand on his shoulder.
"You don't have to worry about anything, Mr. Krillin." He said calmly. "We're here to find the capsule that brought my father to planet Earth, not to fight."
Krillin nodded hesitantly, but still looked uncomfortable. They continued their search in silence for a while longer until they found something.
A large crater in a clearing and at the bottom of it was the object of their search.
Gohan slid to the bottom and lifted the spaceship off the ground with just one hand.
"Lighter than I thought- OH SHIT!" Gohan cuts himself off mid-statement when the ship trembles in his hand. "Spoke too soon."
Luckily Krillin was nearby and helped him balance her on his side and didn't let itfall.
"Thank you, Mr Krillin. I may have the strength, but I don't have good balance."
"Don't worry Gohan." Krillin comments, trying to calm the young man. "This kind of thing comes with training and time, you don't need to keep diminishing yourself."
Sighing, Gohan gives a wry smile.
"I understand, it's just that this kind of situation proves that strength alone is not enough to overcome all challenges." Gohan murmurs, loading the ship. "But in addition to training and experience, we must also use intelligence and creativity."
"Damn." Krillin comments, surprised by the young behavior. "I had no idea you were so mature."
"Thank you, Mr. Krillin." He thanks Gohan with a sincere compliment.
"You look like a completely different person from three days ago." Krillin adds in a casual tone.
Luckily for Gohan, Krillin wasn't looking directly into his face. Because his wide eyes, pale face and open mouth clearly revealed, to anyone who could see them, that the young warrior had his greatest secret exposed.
The young man laughs embarrassedly and tries to change the subject.
"It's like Mr. Popo said, my power has increased, but I still need to train the basics."
"Hmmm," The young bald man mutters, chewing on the young man's words. "I think he's right."
Gohan sighs in relief, as Krillin keeps talking.
"Sometimes I have to use telekinesis myself when trying to carry big things that are difficult to balance with only my hands."
The young man stops when he arrives outside the crater and lets the ship fall to the ground with a loud thud. He quickly turns to the bald veteran and grabs him by the shoulders.
"DO YOU KNOW TELEKINESIS?" Gohan shouts, shaking Krillin.
The veteran warrior nods.
"How?"
"When I trained with Kami-sama, Chiaotzu and Tien taught me the basics of telekinesis with Ki." Krillin comments as if it wasn't a big deal. "I'm not as good as them, much less Chiaotzu who is a true master at this, but I can still do some tricks like helping me carry large objects, protect fragile items, unwrinkling clothes, remove dust from objects and opening or closing windows."
Jaw dropped by the applications of such a versatile skill, Gohan does the obvious.
"Would you teach me?"
"Of course." The veteran responds as if it were no big deal. "But I doubt I could teach you well enough to use in a fight."
Giddy, Gohan didn't even try to contain the smile of a child who got what he wanted for Christmas. After all, the applications of telekinesis were broad and had the potential to give him access to more Ki Skills that he wouldn't have access to on his own.
"As soon as we leave this ship, I intend to talk to Master Karin, after that you could train with me in the time chamber."
"No problem." Krillin responds quickly, without even thinking about questioning his best friend's son's reasons."But what is the time room?"
"I'll explain it on the way." Gohan comments, taking off carrying the ship. "Good thing we have a few hours to kill until we get to Capsule Corporation."
[DBI:GG]
Bulma was working tirelessly on Kami's spaceship inside a large laboratory garage. The blue-haired scientist's clothes were covered in grease and grime, her hair was tied back, and her forehead was drenched in sweat.
The blue-haired genius was currently installing the ship's engine that she had repaired.
She was exhausted from not sleeping for almost two days, but Bulma refused to even take a break. The fate of her dead friends hung in the balance and since she couldn't fight she was determined to do everything to get them to Namek, even if it cost her own health.
"Now let's get to the hard part." Bulma mumbles to herself getting ready for a very delicate part of the job, connecting the power supply to the ship's engine.
With a steady hand, Bulma began to slowly connect the cables. She knew that any mistake could result in a catastrophic explosion.
"Slow and easy."
"BULMA!" Shouted a shrill voice from outside. "ARE YOU HOME?"
The tip of the last cable touched an uneven metal surface, generating a spark in front of Bulma.
"Oh no…" The blue-haired woman lamented.
A flash of light took over her field of vision, followed by an explosion that shook the entire block.
Outside, Krillin and Gohan stare wide-eyed at the light that leaked through the windows and by the garage door that was blown off by the impact of an explosion.
"We should have called before coming." Gohan comments worriedly.
"I hope she didn't realize I was the one who screamed."
Within seconds both warriors have their answer, when the garage door falls forward revealing a charred woman.
"KRILLIINNNNN!"
Frightened, the warrior tries to run away, but Bulma, without wasting time, throws a heavy wrench towards him. Hitting him in the back of the head as soon as he turns around, but before he takes a step.
"FU-!" He screams in pain, only to then fall to the ground unconscious.
The young half-Saiyan, giving an embarrassed smile, turned to the furious woman and greeted her with a small bow.
"Good afternoon, Miss Bulma."
The young man's polite tone catches the woman's attention, and upon noticing Gohan's presence she calms down a little.
"Ah… Gohan? Why are you here?"
Looking up, Gohan points to the large spherical object placed in his garden.
Bulma widened her eyes in surprise and approached slowly, not believing what was there. Confused, she turns to Gohan and questions him.
"What is that? I thought all the Saiyan ships had been destroyed."
Gohan agreed with her and informed her.
"Except this one, this is the ship that brought my father to Earth."
Intrigued, Bulma looked out the window and saw the space that once housed Goku as a baby.
"This is amazing!" Exclaimed Bulma, taking a remote control from the pocket of her grease-stained overalls.
As soon as she presses the button, the ship responds by opening its airlock.
"It's in better condition than Kami's ship, maybe it still works." Bulma concluded.
"So you can use it?"
"For sure! I already managed to translate their language into ours using the scouter. It will be a breeze to use her data to speed up my work on Kami-sama's ship."
The young man smiles with relief at being able to facilitate the work of one of the most iconic characters in the series, and for him, second only to the protagonist in importance.
Now that Gohan was closer to her, he noticed the scientist's dark bags under her eyes. As if she didn't sleep since the encounter at the hospital.
"Miss Bulma." Gohan comments worriedly. "Are you okay?"
"Yes." Bulma responds, trying to calm the young man down. "I'm just a little tired, nothing you need to worry your pretty little head with."
She gave a forced laugh at the end of the sentence, but it wasn't enough to convince the boy in front of her.
The original Gohan may have believed this statement, but what was in front of her was someone much older than he looked. And coincidentally, he also had experience with colleagues who had injured themselves working to the point of exhaustion.
In a calm and gentle tone the young man begins to speak.
"Bulma, you need to rest. You're working too hard."
The concern in his voice was so genuine that it caught Bulma off guard, after all, what kind of child understands stress and burnout? That made her pay attention to everything he had to say.
"You're going to get hurt that way. You need to take a break."
As much as the young man's statement came from his concern for her well-being, the scientist did not receive his request well. Bulma swallowed hard and clenching her shaking fists, she faced the hybrid.
"I can't stop! I'm not like you and Krillin. I'm just weak and useless." Her voice was filled with emotion as tears flowed from his eyes. "My friends were injured or died as heroes defending the planet. And what did I do?" She asked, crying. "NOTHING!"
Bulma's voice was shaky as she screamed, her anguish, frustration and sadness were taking over her.
Gohan felt a pang of guilt as he remembered those who died.
'It was so easy when they were just characters in a series.' Gohan thinks to himself.
But in front of the young warrior was not a fictional character but a real person. Her feelings, dreams and pain were as real as his.
Bulma falls to her knees with her hand over her face, trying to stifle her own crying.
The young man knew that she was far from weak, she had saved others countless times with her inventions and at the risk of her own life. But Gohan also understood that she was going through great emotional turmoil at that moment and that he needed to help her.
"Bulma." Gohan said in a firm tone, placing a hand on his shoulder. "You are much stronger than you think." He looked into her teary eyes, trying to convey his sincerity through the gaze. "The only thing I'm good at is destroying our enemies, but you have the knowledge and talent to take us beyond the stars."
Bulma sniffled and wiped her tears with the back of her hand. She looked at Gohan with a mixture of gratitude and curiosity in her eyes.
"You are working on alien technology that is more advanced than anything on our planet." Comments the young man, helping her to get up. "Technology you translated yourself."
Bulma blinks her eyes in surprise at the eloquence of the young man who until recently was only four years old.
"To tell you the truth, I can't wait until we get back from this to see what you do with all this knowledge." Gohan comments, trying to emulate the typical smile of a shonen protagonist. "You are amazing and I consider myself lucky to have met you."
"Thank you... Gohan." She whispered in a slightly hoarse voice.
Gohan's eyes lit up with happiness.
"You can count on me whenever you need me." The young man's voice was full of warmth and sincerity.
It is because of his warm and kind tone that Bulma is caught off guard when he gives her an ultimatum.
"Now if you don't eat something, take a shower and sleep at least eight hours, I'm going to stay here disturbing you instead of training." He threatened the young man while maintaining his friendly smile. "Putting our journey and our lives at risk."
"Haha" Bulma laughed awkwardly. "So funny."
"That wasn't a joke, not even a threat." Gohan then furrowed his eyebrows, staring intensely. "It's a promise."
Bulma's blood ran cold and in a panic she grabbed Gohan's hand tightly and pulled him running into the building.
"Wait!" Exclaims Gohan worried. "What about Krillin?"
Despite being stronger, Gohan was still much smaller than the blue-haired scientist, so he was ignored as he was dragged into the kitchen. Leaving Krillin unconscious on the Capsule Corporation lawn.
[DBI:GG]
After the initial shock, Bulma calmed down and let Gohan go get Krillin while she went to get them something to eat.
In a few minutes Gohan enters the Briefs family kitchen accompanied by Krillin who was awake and nursing a big bump on his head.
"What was that wrench made of?" Questions Krillin, suffering from a slight headache.
"Katchin?" Suggested Gohan without being sure.
"Bless you." Krillin replies, unaware that the young man had suggested the strongest metal in the universe.
Despite shaking his head in disappointment at the veteran warrior's response, Gohan didn't correct him and turned his attention to the kitchen where Bulma and her parents were gathering. Doctor Brief was smoking a cigarette and reading his newspaper, Mrs Brief was washing the dishes and Bulma was devouring a stack of pancakes, with a few plates piled up next to her.
It wasn't a Goku level pile, but it was still impressive to see that she had eaten so much.
"May I know which one of you two is threatening my daughter!" Said a female voice.
Both fighters turned to Bulma's mother, Bikini Brief, who was staring at them intently with her arms crossed as she tapped her left foot impatiently waiting for a response.
Krillin's eyes widened in surprise that someone had threatened Bulma in her own home, but before he could speak Gohan stepped forward to take the blame.
"It was me." The young man said without hesitation, but without looking at the blonde mother in the eyes. "And I don't regret it, she needs-."
Before he could explain further, the young one was pulled into a tight hug.
"Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!" Mrs. Brief said, suffocating Gohan in her cleavage while her husband gave a serene smile at the seemingly innocent scene. "I know Bulma's work is important, but I was getting worried about her health."
The matriarch of the Brief family pulls Gohan away from her chest, holding Gohan by his armpits as she lifts him up to look him in the eyes.
"I was so relieved when she said you made her take a break and eat."
"It's not just a break to eat." Said Gohan, despite remaining serious, his face was completely red with embarrassment. "She's also going to take a shower and sleep for at least eight hours if she doesn't I will come back here and bother her until she does."
In response, Bulma stopped eating only to glare at Gohan, as if she hoped he had forgotten the rest of his own threat. Her mother was even happier and smothered the young warrior in her cleavage again.
Krillin sat at the table smiling, although his head still hurt, he was in a better mood since his attacker was the target of the tease.
When Bikini finally released Gohan he was sat on the table a little dizzy and marked with the smell of Mrs. Brief's expensive perfume.
"I know my wife has already thanked you, but I would also like to express my gratitude to you, young man." Mr Brief said. "I'm very proud of my daughter's talent and dedication, but as you informed her, she was going to end up hurting herself at this rate."
Gohan shakes his head, recovering from the dizziness and turns towards the patriarch before answering him.
"It was nothing sir, I know she would do the same for any of her friends. And it is also important to stop for a rest when working on such complex projects, after all, with a tired brain they make more mistakes, have more difficulty with reasoning or finding solutions to difficult problems."
The Doctor's eyes widen in surprise at the young man's words, but then he lets out a hearty laugh.
"You are absolutely correct." The gentleman comments with good humor. "In fact, if you need anything just let me know, it would be a pleasure to help such an intelligent and polite young man."
Surprised by the proposal, Gohan thinks about dismissing the offer, but he remembers something.
"Did Bulma explain to you about my father's ship?"
"Yes." The doctor responds in a surprised tone. "While she's sleeping I'll give it a look over."
"I understand." Murmurs Gohan to the doctor. "Could you make another ship for my father to go to Namekusei later?"
"Hmm." The curious doctor mumbles. "Yes, I can, but it will take a few weeks, even using Goku's original ship."
"Neat." Gohan comments with a relieved smile. "But tell me, how long would it take you to build a gravity machine?"
[DBI:GG]
After finishing eating, Bulma went to rest while Gohan and Krillin left towards their next destination, the Karin Tower.
The trip took a few hours of flight, making the pair arrive at the tower at dusk.
"I didn't expect to see you two here so soon." Said an old voice from inside the surly tower. "From what Yajirobe told me, I thought they were preparing for the trip."
Gohan's eyes widened as he saw the ancient and peculiar figure approaching them. It was Master Karin, a strange bipedal cat, known for his wisdom and being 700 years old.
"If you came for senzu beans, I regret to inform you that they need a few more weeks."
Before speaking, Gohan hesitated for a moment, but swallowed his fears and went ahead with his plan.
"Master Karin, I came to ask for something." The young man declares, bowing. "Please let me drink the Ultra Divine Water."
Master Karin analyzed Gohan with suspicion. The young man's request was strange and the old master felt something was wrong.
"Why do you want to drink Ultra Divine Water?" Karin asked, arching an eyebrow. "Do you know the risks?"
Gohan pursed his lips and looked at his master with a determined look and nodded.
Karin looked at Gohan with a mixture of admiration and concern.
"And why do you want to take that risk now? Why do you want so much power?"
Without hesitation, Gohan talks about his biggest concern about the trip.
"Because the master Vegeta serves is a thousand times stronger than him."
Master Karin and Krillin reacted shocked by Gohan's statement. The old master opened his eyes widely and Krillin's mouth fell open.
"It c-can't be t-true." Krillin stutters.
Master Karin, despite being apprehensive, manages to control his reaction better than Krillin and stares at Gohan in disbelief.
"It's hard to believe that someone so powerful exists." Says Karin in her old, hoarse voice.
"And just to be clear, I'm comparing him to Vegeta's Oozaru form."
…
"WHAAT?!" Karin and Krillin shout together.
If before they were shocked, now they are completely terrified.
"Im-po-possible," Karin babbled. "How can someone be so powerful?!"
Laughing awkwardly, Gohan thinks that they are lucky Frieza never bothered to train, as the frost demon had the potential and talent to rival Super Saiyan Gods in a short time period.
Karin breathed tiredly, still surprised by the declaration of the young warrior in front of her.
"Now I understand your urgency to gain more power." Karin said thoughtfully. "I'm going to get water."
While Gohan was waiting, Krillin tried to convince the young man not to take the risk and not drink water.
"Have you lost your mind?" Krillin said, lowering his voice so the feline master couldn't hear. "You'll end up killing yourself."
Gohan looked at Krillin with a determined look. He knew the veteran warrior was worried about him, but he couldn't stop now. He needed power to face Frieza and the future enemies to come.
"I know the risks." Gohan replied, turning to his colleague. "And to be honest, I would like you to drink it too."
The veteran warrior was speechless and watched Gohan with a mixture of concern and confusion.
"You are crazy!" Exclaims Krillin raising both his hands. "Why would I do that?"
Gohan takes a deep breath and responds without looking directly at him.
"Because I know you don't consider yourself strong. I also know that lately you feel inferior to everyone, that you are afraid, I know that you think you are always surrounded by friends and enemies much more powerful than you."
Krillin is amazed at the young warrior's statement. It's been a few years since his first doubts arose, but since the arrival of the Saiyans they have intensified.
"And even with these thoughts haunting you, you always fought with courage and determination. To protect the weak and to defend what is right."
"But it's Goku who always defeats powerful enemies." Krillin argues with a trembling voice.
"My father is always willing to fight for what is right." Says Gohan, turning to him. "A genius when it comes to fighting and dedicated when it comes to training."
Breathing a sigh of relief, Krillin nods in agreement.
"But it is you who always challenges the enemy, regardless of whether he is stronger or how afraid you are. And that's why, at least for me, you're the greatest hero on this planet."
Krillin's throat dried up at Gohan's words, he had interacted so little with the young warrior and yet he thought so highly of him.
"Wow Gohan, I didn't know that-."
"I'm back." Said the feline master, returning with a large white teapot and a glass, cutting Krillin off in the middle of his sentence.
Without wasting time on ceremonies, the cat poured the water into the glass and handed it to Gohan.
For a second Gohan hesitated, his eyes fixed on the swirling liquid in the cup. The risk was high, but he also knew that he needed this power. Taking a deep breath, he raised the cup to his lips and drank it all in one gulp.
As soon as the last drop touched his tongue, Gohan felt a searing pain course through his body. It was as if he had swallowed molten lava and every fiber of his being screamed in agony. He fell to the ground, writhing in pain as sweat ran down his face.
In horror Krillin watched Gohan convulsing on the ground, his body twisting and contorting in painful ways. Krillin quickly knelt down next to Gohan, sweating coldly with concern for the young man.
"Gohan…" He whispered desperately.
For hours, Gohan lay on the ground, wracked with pain and unable to move or speak. His body convulsed violently several times before suddenly becoming still, only to then relax.
When the moon was already high on the horizon, the pain suddenly dissipated from Gohan's body.
Slowly Gohan began to regain consciousness. His vision was blurry at first, but gradually it cleared until he could see everything around him with perfect clarity as the system's warning windows opened in front of him.
[+220K MENTAL]
[New Perk: Omnimind]
[Zenkai Boost(50%)]
Gohan's eyes widened in awe when he saw his winnings. A massive mental attribute bonus, a new Perk and the biggest Zenkai Boost he's ever had.
'In the original Goku also had gained the ability to sense Ki, why didn't I gain it? And what exactly is this Omnimind?'
But since he didn't want to waste time, Gohan put his questions aside and got up to hand the cup to Krillin.
"I'm not going to make you do this against your will, but I still think you should drink."
Sweating profusely and shaking with anticipation, Krillin took the offered cup and carefully drank it after the master filled it with water without understanding the full context of what was happening.
As soon as the water touched his lips, Krillin felt a wave of pain pass through him and just as Gohan fell to the ground writhing in pain.
"I hope all this effort from you two is worth it."
"It will be worth it, master." Said Gohan, proud of the decision Krillin made. "While he's 'busy', could we talk?"
The ancient cat stares at Gohan with suspicion of what he might want.
"What would you like to talk about?"
"God Ki." The young man says, giving a friendly smile.
…
"I think I don't like you." The old cat complains in an irritated tone.

Boa noite pessoas,
Even though I don't respond to all the comments, I know that I read them all. And my goodness, how many people want the love interest to be Android 21.
COMMENTS:
-DJONGO(spiritfanfiction):
Tá tri. I wonder why there are so few stories about Gohan when he's such a great character.
-Renan: I haven't read many Dragon Ball fics, but if what you say is true, I'm sad to know that Gohan isn't as popular.
-Datdude58(archiveofourown):
Videl, but don't do her dirty like they did in super where she's just a housewife. At least make her a cop when she's older lol.
-Renan: In Super it looks like she runs fighting tournaments or is some kind of martial arts teacher. Which seems strange considering that she helped the police when she was a teenager.
To me it would make more sense for her to be from a special forces or something like that.
