Zi Luo City was situated at mid-west of the Mo Lan Continent—one of the two continents on Heaven Luo Planet—and was one of the top ten cities here at the Mo Lan Continent.
Heaven Luo Planet is a planet colonised by Federation. Whether it was the climate or environment, it was very suitable for humans to live in.
Zi Luo City was a very modern city and no soil could be seen here; it was mostly tall buildings made out of metals.
The winding and snaking tunnels in the sky allowed the soul guidance vehicles to travel around at high speed.
At this moment, Lan Xuanyu was seated in his father's soul guidance flying car while he looked out at the tunnels.
Lan Xuanyu sighed. In past few days he made a few discoveries. One is that during meditation, he found that a pure energy suddenly appears in my body, which somewhat increases the efficiency of his cultivation.
After investigating, he found that this pure energy is released by Blue Silver Grass that is wrapped around the Origin tree, inside his little world. From there it absorbs energy and releases it in his body.
Maybe Blue Silver grass is bloodline of his, so its easily able to transfer energy to him. After a little more research, he found out that Blue Silver Emperor have two attributes:- One is 'LIFE' attribute and other is 'DEVOUR' attribute.
So most likely his Blue Silver Grass awakened both of these attribute. By devoring energy from his little world it tranform it into pure life energy and release it in his body.
Another major discovery was after he created an cultivation technique using Mythical rank item: TECHNIQUE CREATION.
So his parameters were simply, he wants a technique that is perfectly suited for his body. It needs to increase all three: Soul energy, Body and Spiritual energy. It also need to help me in creating a dragon body. Afterall with two dragon bodies,he wants to tranform into dragons and fly freely.
Maybe the fact this item was Mythical rank item, after the technique was created, its called 'DIVINE DRAGON SCRIPTURES' it also listed various hidden dangers and problems of his body.
Major problem is that, Golden Dragon King bloodline and Silver Dragon King bloodline are fighting against each, trying to devour each other. Since they are of equal rank, the battle is in statement.

His train of thoughts was broken when the navigation system in the car drove the flying car out of the high-speed tunnel and reduced its speed before it made a turn. A metal door had already been raised, and they entered into the tunnel of a huge building.
Lan Xiao operated the settings on the display and followed the instructions which led him to the carpark in the building.
The car came to a stop slowly and released the safety belts. Lan Xiao ruffled his son's hair and said, "We're here, let's go."
The father and son got off the car, and Lan Xuanyu held Lan Xiao's hand and followed behind.
After getting on two lifts, they finally arrived at the enrolment office located on the 9th floor. As a matter of fact, this metal building was 32-story high and a branch of Zi Luo City.
There were a couple of parents who were registering their children at this moment. Lan Xiao brought his son to queue up at the back.
Xuanyu looked in front of them, there was a senior colonel with two stripes and four stars holding a little girl's hand, and he seemed quite close in age with Lan Xiao.
The registration process was very quick. The main thing was to verify their identity and go through a few simple spirit-power tests. Then, the children would go inside and the parents would go back. The parents would be back at night to fetch their children back home.
Very soon, it was that senior colonel's turn.
When the teacher in charge of registration saw the military rank of the little girl's father, her attitude toward her was particularly nice, and she smiled widely as she asked, "Little beauty, what is your name?"
The little girl was very beautiful indeed. She had long and naturally curly brown hair, her skin was fair, and she was average in height among children her age. Her eyes were a beautiful shade of light green, and her pupils appeared to have a shade of deep emerald blue.

The identity verification was the same as the rest, but during the spirit power test, it caused the parents in the queue to let out a gasp.

Ye Lingtong's father bid her daughter goodbye and he nodded toward the teacher before he turned around and left.
He saw Lan Xiao the second he turned around, and he glanced at the military rank on his shoulders.
Lan Xiao immediately stood upright and saluted him. "Senior."
In the military, ranks were strongly regarded, and an officer with a lower rank had to salute the officer with a higher rank.
The senior colonel returned the greeting. "You're a civilian soldier?"
"Yes," Lan Xiao said.
The senior colonel said to Lan Xiao, "My name is Ye Feng."
"Senior colonel, I am Lan Xiao," Lan Xiao replied, his jaw tightening when he realized that he had heard of the senior colonel's name before.
Ye Feng nodded politely before excusing himself to go join his daughter.
"Little friend, it's your turn to register," the teacher in front of them said.
"Hello Teacher, my name is Lan Xuanyu."
"Lan Xuanyu... six years old, and just awakened, Ok. Come, test your Spirit Power."
When the soft white glow reached one chi, the parents behind them went completely silent.
As a subsidiary of Zi Luo City, Heaven Luo Elementary Spirit Masters Academy was undoubtedly the best elementary Spirit Masters institute in Zi Luo City. People there were used to seeing beyond average abilities. However, Lan Xuanyu's abilities exceeded their expectations.
Lan Xuanyu tested as a rank 10, a Spirit Master level. People who are in this rank are officially known as Spirit Masters as they have the ability to own Spirit Rings, Spirit Skills, and have honed their fighting skills.

"You're... well, you're a rank 10. You may enter," the teacher declared, still quite stunned at what happened.
After everbody got registered.
There were over a hundred newcomers and they would be split into six classes.
The class allocation test was easier than expected since all they had to do was release their spirit. It was made easy on purpose as the school only wanted to understand the students' spirits so they could be put into the appropriate classes.
Lan Xuanyu was sorted into Class one- Grade-A along with Ye Lingtong. This class is made up of those students who have offensive or attack type martial spirits.
Today they didn't do much other than introducing themselves. Xuanyu came to know that Ye Lingtong have a dragon type martial spirit.
After that Lan Xiao came to pick Xuanyu up and they left.
