Douluo: Starting with the Signing in of Goddess Xiaowu

"Sloth, how could you speak like that!" the Greed God retorted.

"Sister Sloth is telling the truth, isn't she!" Two mature female voices resonated, and as the onlookers gazed forward, two stunning and exquisite figures emerged from the temple.

One of these individuals had pink hair cascading down freely, donning a mask that concealed her true appearance. However, from her explosively perfect figure and enchanting strides, it was evident that she was an utter knockout.

When she removes her mask, she'll no doubt dazzle all who lay eyes on her!

Meanwhile, the other figure stood at around one meter ninety, possessing a face so gorgeous it could topple empires, and a figure incredibly statuesque. Her legs alone might measure around one meter three, and rather provocatively, her skirt was quite short, unveiling those perfect jade legs that made it impossible for anyone to turn away. Likewise, her curves were distinct, and she was quite exemplary where it mattered.

Furthermore, beyond those long legs, the most captivating features were her eyes – a pair of sparkling sapphire orbs that seemed to hold stars within them, drawing gazes irresistibly!

"Desire, Envy, how can you both side with that Chu Qin in front of the Divine King!" Two men, both imposing in stature, walked in side by side, identified as the gods of Gluttony and Anger!

"But, Chu Qin really is quite handsome!" the God of Desire quipped with an alluring smile.

"What's the use of being handsome! These solid muscles are the true source of all desires!" the God of Arrogance replied.

"You're mistaken, the source of desire should be food!" the God of Gluttony interjected!

"No, no, no! It's kittens!" the God of Sloth countered, shaking her head.

"Enough!" At that moment, the God King of Destruction spoke indifferently, "What are you doing here? To mock me?"

"God forbid!" The Seven Sins Gods all straightened up, bending slightly towards the God King of Destruction in respect.

"Divine King, we heard that you were hurt by Chu Qin, so we specially came to devise a plan for your revenge!" the Greed God spoke up.

"Revenge?" the God King of Destruction sneered.

"Indeed! We can summon all the main gods and divine officers to kill Chu Qin together!" the God of Arrogance replied.

"I once thought the same!" the God King of Destruction said with self-mockery, "Do you all realize he is a late period God-King level powerhouse!"

"Late period of God-King level!" the gods exclaimed, taken aback.

"If that weren't the case, I wouldn't have been defeated!" the God King of Destruction nodded.

"Facing a late period God-King level powerhouse! Without the assistance of the Life God King, that would be quite troublesome!" the God of Envy commented, his complexion changing slightly.

"Who needs the Life God King!" the God of Arrogance shot back, "Are we helpless without that woman? Over the years, we've battled in all directions, seen all sorts of beings, and we're not afraid of him, just another human and soul beast risen from the lower planes!"

"Right, the woman who betrayed the Divine King, we'll get even with her eventually!" the God of Anger chimed in.

"What did you say!" the God King of Destruction glared at him!

"My lord, I misspoke!" the God of Anger immediately said, trembling with fear.

"In the future, if you dare speak ill of Life again, don't blame me for being impolite!" the God King of Destruction warned coldly.

"Yes!" the God of Anger bowed his head in response.

"However, Chu Qin must be eliminated!" the God King of Destruction added, "Otherwise, not to mention the Divine Realm falling into his hands, none of us will escape. His bringing so many Divine Powers to the Divine Realm is a clear sign that he's challenging us!"

"Divine King, I have an idea!" the Greed God replied.

"What is it?" the God King of Destruction inquired.

"Since we're no match for Chu Qin, why not release the giant dragon sealed in the forbidden lands!" the Greed God suggested, "Let it deal with Chu Qin and his allies!"

No sooner had the Greed God finished speaking than a bolt of black lightning struck him, blasting him against the wall with great force.

The one behind the attack was none other than the God King of Destruction. Looking coldly at the Greed God, the God King of Destruction said, "If you dare propose such a rotten idea again, I'll obliterate your divine essence!"

"What kind of lousy idea is that!" the God of Desire said, "The dragon imprisoned in the sealed land is terrifying beyond measure. If we release it, I fear the entire Divine Realm will be doomed. Greed God, what are you thinking!"

"I realize my mistake!" the Greed God immediately knelt before the God King of Destruction.

"We have no choice then!" the God of Envy said, "Divine King, the only plan for now is for you to have a good talk with the Life God King. With her cooperation, it's our only way to deal with Chu Qin."

The God King of Destruction's eyes shifted, but this time he did not object!

"Greed, I want you to have someone keep an eye on the Asura God Temple—remember not to startle the snake! Keep it covert, and don't let Chu Qin discover this!" the God King of Destruction ordered the kneeling Greed God.

"Yes, Divine King!" the Greed God nodded.

The next morning, Chu Qin, accompanied by the five women, stepped out of the room.

"You five are just too naughty, do you know that? A single night here in Soul Land corresponds to half a year!" Chu Qin said to the five women.

"Really? I thought you enjoyed it quite a bit!" Bi Bidong, walking with a limp, retorted, "On the contrary, we suffered a bit."

"Exactly!" Qian Renxue and Xu Shi Yun echoed.

"Who could resist when the five of you are so enchanting?" Chu Qin said to Poseissi with a smile.

"Oh, Chu Qin, Dong'er, Xue'er, Xi'er, Rhea, Shi Yun Sister, you're all here!" Just then, Xiaowu and Mei Wu came over with the Azure Oxpython.

"Chu Qin, didn't you say you were going to rest yesterday? Could it be that you and Dong'er Sister—!" Xiaowu's eyebrows frowned slightly, her expression a mix of sadness and reproach.

"No, Xiaowu, we were just going for a walk!" Qian Renxue explained.

"Oh, really?" Xiaowu naively believed them, while Mei Wu's eyes gave a subtle turn.

"Xiaowu, Aunt Mei Wu, Da Ming, what have you come to see me for?" Chu Qin asked.

"Chu Qin, do you remember what you once said?" Xiaowu inquired.

"What?" Chu Qin replied, puzzled.

"You've forgotten! You said that once we ascend to the Divine Realm, you would bring Er Ming back to life," Xiaowu answered.

"Oh, right!" Chu Qin's face shifted slightly. At the time, he said so only to prevent Xiaowu from being too sad, but even now, Chu Qin didn't know how to resurrect a soul beast that had become a Soul Ring.

Chu Qin paused and looked towards Rhea, who shook her head, seeming powerless to help.

Bi Bidong, Poseissi, and Qian Renxue also sighed softly.

"Chu Qin, does that mean Er Ming, now a Soul Ring, can never be resurrected?" Xiaowu said, her expression sorrowful upon realizing the situation.

"He will come back to life!" Chu Qin reassured her, "Trust me, Xiaowu, give me some time!"

"Chu Qin, you've never lied to me before, why would you lie to me now!" Xiaowu, aware of Chu Qin's character, knew he wouldn't say such things if he had a solution.

So, this meant Er Ming truly couldn't be brought back to life.

"Xiaowu, Chu Qin probably just didn't want you to be too heartbroken! You can't blame him for this!" Mei Wu comforted, wrapping an arm around Xiaowu's shoulders.

"Mom, I'm not blaming him!" Xiaowu, tears welling in her eyes, looked at Mei Wu and said, "It's just that Er Ming will never come back to life!"

Seeing Xiaowu cry, Chu Qin felt a pang in his heart and drew her into his embrace, "Trust me, Xiaowu, although I have no way now, Er Ming will surely come back to life!"

"That's right, Xiaowu, you have to believe in Chu Qin!" Qian Renxue added.

"Yes, Chu Qin, I believe you!" Xiaowu said. It was clear that she was troubled at heart; she knew that Chu Qin had deceived her once, promising that ascending to the Divine Realm would enable them to resurrect Er Ming. Yet, she still believed in Chu Qin!
