Currently, the entire Tian Xing Academy consisted of only five people.

It had become their private training ground, with Ye Buyi occasionally visiting. The place was extremely quiet and secluded. If not for the villagers of Holy Spirit Village, no one would even know that a junior soul master academy existed here.

However, today marked a change. The seeds Ye Wen had planted years ago had finally sprouted.

Five boys and girls, each just over six years old, stood timidly before Ye Wen. Their eyes were filled with admiration, reverence, and absolute trust.

They were all children born under Ye Wen's soul master cultivation plan, each possessing innate soul power no lower than Level 5. In this remote Notting City, they were undoubtedly top-tier prodigies.

Moreover, Ye Wen had personally awakened their martial souls.

After all, it was unusual for a small village to suddenly produce five exceptionally talented soul master candidates. Something about it seemed off.

While helping these children awaken their martial souls, Ye Wen became acutely aware of the unfairness of this world. Although the Spirit Hall sent officials annually to awaken martial souls for children in rural areas, those with soul power were still a step behind the wealthy merchants and nobles who could afford to awaken their martial souls in the city. Though this "step" might seem insignificant, it undeniably widened the gap between commoners and the elite.

These five children, born around the same time and belonging to families affiliated with the Ye family, had formed a close bond early on, referring to each other as siblings.

The eldest sister was Su Qiaoqiao, a delicate girl from the family with the Needle martial soul. Originally, her martial soul wasn't considered powerful, but after Ye Wen's nurturing, her innate soul power reached Level 5, and her martial soul underwent a mutation.

It transformed into a high-level martial soul known as the Embroidered Cloud Needle, recorded in the Martial Soul Compendium. This martial soul had once been glorious, producing at least one Soul Sage-level expert who founded a sect centered around textile arts. Unfortunately, the sect eventually declined.

The second sister was Hu Rou, an adorable little girl. Unlike Su Qiaoqiao's refined demeanor, Hu Rou was lively and mischievous. Aside from being well-behaved in front of elders, she was a little troublemaker—chasing geese, teasing dogs, and causing all sorts of mischief.

Fortunately, Ye Wen didn't want Hu Rou to grow up as spoiled and arrogant as Xiao Wu from Douluo I, so he frequently instilled moral lessons in her.

As for Hu Rou's martial soul, whether by luck or fate, it underwent a significant mutation. Her family's traditional Rabbit martial soul transformed into a top-tier martial soul closely resembling a Super Martial Soul—the Soft Boned Rabbit.

Her innate soul power reached an astonishing Level 6.5, nearly approaching Level 7.

Although the original story didn't provide much detail about the Soft Boned Rabbit, its two game-breaking abilities—teleportation and the Invincible Golden Body—spoke volumes. Even if its combat prowess was lackluster, its defensive and escape capabilities were among the best.

The third sibling was Xu Teng. His family's inherited martial soul was *Climbing Ivy*, an ordinary parasitic plant. However, upon awakening, his martial soul underwent a dramatic transformation. The originally green leaves turned a dark purple, and the climbing tendrils grew dense, menacing thorns.

Based on the soul imprint, Ye Wen quickly identified the true form of this martial soul—it was a peculiar spirit beast called the Demon Vine.

Unlike ordinary plant-type spirit beasts, the Demon Vine was highly aggressive. It appeared harmless like any other plant, but once weaker spirit beasts entered its hunting range, its vines would lash out, attaching themselves to the prey. The terrifying thorns ensured that captured spirit beasts were either killed or severely injured. If the prey couldn't escape immediately, the subsequent vines would strangle and scrape them to death.

Though it still fell short of the truly top-tier martial souls, it was undoubtedly among the best within its tier.

Xu Teng's innate soul power reached Level 7.

Ye Wen found this situation perplexing. While his medicinal supplements certainly played a role, the simultaneous awakening of two top-tier martial souls seemed suspicious. Unable to find an explanation, Ye Wen attributed it to the favor of the Douluo Continent's fortune, which somehow bestowed an inexplicable boost on those connected to him.

The fourth child was Wang Bao, a chubby little boy whose martial soul was an Alchemy Furnace.

Indeed, alchemy furnaces existed in the world of Douluo. Otherwise, Tang San wouldn't have been able to refine medicines at the Ice-Fire Dual Eye later on. However, since no soul rings had been added yet, the furnace only reached Ye Wen's waist. Still, his innate soul power was quite high at Level 6—a high-level martial soul.

The fifth child was Dongfang Jiaojiao, a frail-looking little girl.

During her awakening, another epic-level enhancement occurred. She inherited her family's staff martial soul, which was as tall as she was.

The surface of the staff was intricately carved with floral patterns, and atop it rested a dazzling golden gemstone with sharp edges, radiating a strong aura of light.

Her innate soul power was the highest among the five children, reaching an incredible Level 9.

Based on Ye Wen's research, this martial soul came with a built-in Light Serenity Domain, allowing practitioners to focus without distractions during cultivation. Ye Wen concluded that this staff martial soul was an entirely new Super Martial Soul, unrecorded in the Martial Soul Compendium.

Since Dongfang Jiaojiao lacked education, she asked Ye Wen to name her martial soul. After some thought, Ye Wen named it:

Ning Guang Staff, symbolizing tranquility, auspiciousness, and light.

{T/N: Light Condensing Staff}

Upon learning of their children's extraordinary talents, the parents of these five families became even more deeply respectful of Ye Wen. Their gratitude and loyalty toward him grew daily, fostering the deep respect these five children now showed him.

Before their martial souls were awakened, Ye Wen hadn't formally taken them as disciples. However, he had taught them various methods, such as long-distance running, to gradually strengthen their bodies. Though these exercises didn't enhance their soul power like Tang San's pseudo-full innate soul power, they did give the children robust physiques, laying a solid foundation for their future cultivation.

After Ye Wen spent some more time consolidating his strength and prepared to hunt for his fifth soul ring, his five disciples also reached the threshold of Level 10 soul masters.

However, since Tian Xing Academy wasn't an officially established institution, Ye Wen couldn't obtain free permits to enter the Spirit Hunting Forest.
