Doctor and His Glamorous Sister-in-Law

He's clearly craving my body, yet he manages to act as if nothing is wrong. Does he really expect me to spell it out for him? To tell him I want to mess around? No, if I say that, I'll lose the upper hand. I need to think of another way. I'll figure it out when we get to town!

Liu Ergou looked at the silent Feng Chunling and couldn't help but want to laugh. This woman has more schemes than a honeycomb has holes. I've got to be careful around her. Falling for one of her tricks would hurt more than a wasp sting.

With that thought, Liu Ergou stopped talking and quietly continued walking. Seeing that Liu Ergou had also gone quiet, Feng Chunling found it dull to talk by herself and did the same. The two of them walked along the road in silence.

Liu Ergou thought they would continue in silence all the way to town, but that was clearly wishful thinking on his part. They hadn't walked much farther before Feng Chunling started her antics again.

Suddenly, she said to Liu Ergou, "Er Gou, my back is so itchy! Please, be a dear and scratch it for me, Auntie is dying here!"

With that, she brazenly lifted her own skirt. The moment she did, a splendid view flooded his vision. A small patch of red fabric was particularly eye-catching, making Liu Ergou's eyes go wide.

She's trying to seduce me, Liu Ergou knew instantly. However, she seemed to have overlooked one thing.

"Auntie, you're wearing a one-piece dress. I can't reach your back if you just lift the skirt!" Liu Ergou pointed out.

Hearing this, Feng Chunling acted as if she'd just realized and quickly pulled her skirt down. Then she giggled. "Oh my, I was so itchy I completely forgot. Hurry, hurry and scratch my back for me!" She added, "See that zipper? Just pull it down!"

Hearing this, Liu Ergou no longer stood on ceremony. He stepped forward and pulled down the zipper on the back of Feng Chunling's dress. He slipped his hand inside and began to scratch her back. As he scratched, however, his hand started to get restless, beginning to roam all over her back.

Feng Chunling didn't stop him. Instead, she just gave him a playful, sidelong glance and smiled. "Behave yourself~"

Far from stopping him, her "behave yourself" only seemed to encourage him. Hearing it, Liu Ergou cast aside all restraint. The two continued to stroll slowly down the road, thankfully a route not many people traveled.

A full twenty minutes passed, and they had covered no more than a hundred meters.

By now, Feng Chunling was breathless, her cheeks flushed a deep red. Biting her lip, she said shyly, "Er Gou, it really is great to be young. So much energy, even just for scratching an itch!"

Liu Ergou just chuckled. "I've got even more energy where that came from, Auntie. Want to try it out?"

His words were blunt, pushing the already struggling Feng Chunling completely over the edge. She instinctively glanced at their surroundings.

Seeing this, Liu Ergou chuckled inwardly. He knew exactly what she was thinking. This woman wants to drag me into a cornfield. Unfortunately for her, the area was wide open, with only a few small patches of grass that couldn't hide anyone.

Just as Feng Chunling was growing anxious, the roar of a car engine suddenly sounded in the distance.

The sound snapped Feng Chunling out of her daze. The first thing she did was urge Liu Ergou to pull up her zipper. Then, she straightened her clothes, returning to her previous state. Just as she finished, a car sped past, kicking up clouds of dust that made them both cough and choke.

Watching the rapidly disappearing car, Liu Ergou said irritably, "Some people have no public decency. Don't they know how to drive slower? We're choking to death here!"

Covering her nose, Feng Chunling nodded in agreement. Soon, the dust settled, and they continued toward town. This time, however, neither of them dared to fool around. They simply lowered their heads and walked quickly.

After walking for a while longer, they finally arrived in the county town. Liu Ergou had planned to wander around with Feng Chunling, but he suddenly remembered the task Hu Jing had given him the day before: to find a farming team to deal with the wasteland.

With this in mind, he said to Feng Chunling, "Auntie, you go ahead and look around by yourself. I just remembered I have something else to do, so I need to head out for a bit. Let's meet up later at the entrance to the flea market up ahead!"

Without giving her a chance to reply, Liu Ergou took off like a shot.

Watching Liu Ergou's retreating back, Feng Chunling couldn't help but stomp her foot and huff irritably. "Hmph, that little brat Liu Ergou! He's avoiding me again! I'm so mad!" With that, she turned and sashayed away.

After parting ways with Feng Chunling, Liu Ergou headed straight for the agricultural machinery co-op, where he could find what he needed. On the way, however, the sound of a noisy argument reached his ears. Hearing the commotion, Liu Ergou frowned and instinctively tried to walk around it. His business was urgent, and he didn't want any unexpected delays. With this in mind, he quickened his pace.

However, to Liu Ergou's great surprise, the very trouble he was trying to avoid seemed to actively seek him out. Just as he picked up his speed, a middle-aged woman staggered in front of him and collapsed. At the same time, a short, fat man with beady green-bean eyes wobbled up to Liu Ergou. He looked up, seeming to size Liu Ergou up with his nostrils.

The man spoke, "What's this, kid? You gonna play the hero for this woman? I can't believe it. A guy in his twenties with such a heavy taste. You've got some nerve!"

Liu Ergou couldn't be bothered to engage with the man. Without even giving him a glance, he prepared to walk away.

But he was blocked before he could even take a full step. The short, fat man swayed in front of him and sneered. "You think you're hot stuff, huh? Didn't you see I was talking to you?

"I'm talking to you, and you have the nerve to ignore me! I guess you don't plan on sticking around this town for long, is that it!"

Hearing this, Liu Ergou stopped in his tracks.
