Destiny Of Immortality

Chapter 1: Born of demon child

Rana World

In this world, there were four continents:

Kiran Continent

Gomal Continent

Hin Han Continent

Andor Continent

[Kiran Continent]

In the Kirat Dynasty, a child was born.

The butler of the dynasty informed the king, "Your Majesty, a son has been born to you, but there is a problem—his eyes are red, and his hair is white."

The king, shocked, replied, "Then bring the child here."

The butler bowed, saying, "Yes, Your Majesty."

Cough Cough

In another chamber, the queen was coughing as her maid asked, "Are you alright, Your Majesty?"

The queen nodded weakly. "I am fine. Where is the king?"

The maid responded, "His Majesty is coming."

Moments later, the king entered the queen's room, his voice booming. "Where is the child?"

The queen, startled, asked, "What is the matter?"

The king declared, "This child is a demon!"

The queen was shocked. "A demon? But how?"

The king explained, "It is said that anyone born with red eyes and white hair is a demon, a curse upon our lineage. Such a child must be killed."

Tears streamed down the queen's face as she pleaded, "Please don't kill him. He hasn't even seen this world. If you kill him, I will die, too!"

"You're insane!" the king bellowed.

Desperate, the queen begged, "Let me keep my child! If not, I will leave the palace and take him with me."

The king sneered. "If you choose to raise this demon, leave this kingdom. You will have no ties to it anymore."

Resolute, the queen replied, "So be it. I will leave with my son and never return to this place."

The king dismissed her. "Then leave by morning."

Angrily, the queen returned to her chambers and began preparing to leave.

[The Next Day]

At dawn, the queen packed her belongings, took some money, and left the palace with her son. They traveled for two days before reaching a small village on a hill called Kerabari.

The queen purchased a modest home there and began a new life with her son.

[Four Years Later: Kerabari Mountain]

The queen was preparing rice when her son hugged her tightly and said, "Mother, let me help you with your work."

The queen smiled and replied, "Don't worry, my dear. You don't need to work. Sit down, and I'll feed you once the food is ready."

The boy obediently sat down, but then pulled out fifty copper coins from his pocket and said, "Mother, I can work now. You don't have to do everything."

Tears welled up in the queen's eyes. She patted his head and said, "You're too young to work. Go fetch some water instead."

The boy nodded and went to the village well.

The queen watched him leave and whispered to herself, "Forgive me, my son. I couldn't even give you a proper name."

At the well, the boy saw a young girl struggling. She called out, "Help me! Someone, please catch my ball!"

Without hesitation, the boy leapt into the water, even though the current was dangerously strong.

The girl screamed, "What are you doing? It's too dangerous!"

She looked up and saw a large log rushing downstream. Frightened, she shut her eyes. When she opened them, she saw the boy emerging from the water unharmed, holding her ball.

The girl ran to him, shouting, "Are you crazy? You could've died!"

The boy smiled. "Don't worry, I'm fine. Here's your ball."

The girl, still shocked, said, "You're so small, yet you jumped into such a dangerous river!"

The boy laughed. "I'm used to it."

She sighed. "You're really crazy."

The boy asked, "Can I play with you?"

The girl thought for a moment before replying, "Sure, but…what's your name?"

The boy hesitated. "I don't have a name. My mother just calls me 'son.' What's your name?"

The girl replied, "My name is Sithara Gautami. Hmm...since your eyes are red, I'll call you Red-Eyed Boy. Is that okay?"

The boy smiled. "Alright, you can call me that."

The two played together for hours.

When it was time to leave, the boy told Sithara, "It's late. You should go home now."

She nodded and left.

The boy returned home, but as he entered the house, he froze. His mother was lying motionless on the floor.
