Demonic Pornstar System

Chapter 482: Absolute Cinema

The window peeled away from his mind and expanded into the room like a holographic cinema screen. It hovered above the coffee table, wide enough for everyone to catch every detail.

Kaiden pushed a little more will into the command. The feed widened again, splitting into four clean angles for each squad.

Eight moving frames.

Two teams of twenty-five.

All of them on his turf.

And just like that, the show rolled.

Luna's shoulders tightened at the first glimpse, and a low growl escaped from her chest as she shouted, "Aren't these the same fuckers?!"

Nyx was quick to agree. "Yeah. The ones who ambushed us just as the global dungeon break phenomenon hit Earth."

Alice shot to her feet so fast her sofa almost buckled.

Her pupils tightened, and her fingers curled like small claws.

"I'll kill them! I'll kill every single one of them!"

Kaiden didn't raise his voice.

He didn't need to.

"Sit down."

Alice whipped toward him, eyes wide. "B-but!"

"Sit yourself down, Alice. I'm not going to ask a third time."

The air around his words wasn't loud or angry. It was the quiet kind that carried true weight.

The kind younger siblings learned never to test.

Alice froze.

Her thoughts spun out in a messy spiral.

Was he going to get mad at her?

Would he scold her in front of everyone?

Would he call Mother to drag her out of the dungeon?

Or…

Her face drained.

No more headpats?

What kind of little sister could survive that?

She dropped into the open spot next to Calypso as if gravity gained a tenfold stronger hold on her. The demoness hid a snicker behind her hand, finding the sibling pair's interaction very amusing to observe.

Bastet, however, was more focused on the display. She soon noted her own observation as she responded to Nyx and Luna. "Their outfits match the ambushers, but it could be a trick. Copying another group's uniform isn't hard, especially when it's just dark robes and featureless masks."

Nyx nodded in understanding, pondering the implications. "Framing, huh?"

"We searched for who the uniform might belong to, but got nowhere. They're either a very secretive group or this is not a proper uniform," Aria whispered more so to herself than anyone else.

The identity of the people who attacked them back then was still a riddle yet to be solved.

The archer and thief crept forward on the right-side corridor feed, inching along the narrow rock path. The thief tapped the floor with a metal rod while the archer's eyes scanned ahead for magic threads or pressure plates.

They were successful thus far, locating them all before anyone stepped on them.

Luna narrowed her eyes. "Why are 'they' not coming out?"

Aria looked worried as she snapped her expression toward her lover. She was about to ask if something was wrong, but what she saw made all her worries melt away.

Her man was in control.

Kaiden leaned back comfortably between his monster girl lovers and let a slow grin build on his features. "I made a few changes after talking to my mother. Moved the first traps closer to the dungeon entrance, without changing 'their' patrol area."

Alice blinked up at him instead of at the screen, studying her brother's face. "Huh? Why? Why would traps be alone? Spike traps, especially, are not hard to dispel… Big brother, you need to rethink your design!"

"Tell me," Kaiden mused. "Who's usually at the front, Alice?"

"Tanks," she answered quickly. "In a tight path like this, vanguard is always the tank line. But with traps-"

Her focus snapped back to the projection.

The front wasn't tanks.

The front was the archer and the thief.

Usually, that was the norm. Someone needed to check the path.

But here… Wasn't that bad?

Like, really bad?

Her mouth parted as the realization clicked.

Every girl in the room caught on as well.

Smiles sharpened.

Expressions twisted into ones of cruel delight. Suddenly, the room full of bubbly fun turned into a den of wicked grins, as if it were a gathering of sadists.

Then it happened.

"SCREEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!"

A shriek tore through the projections. It was like metal scraping lungs, something feral ripping through the corridor. The archer whipped his bow up. The thief drew a dagger.

Too late.

Kaiden's flying monsters exploded from deeper inside the path with their wings beating hard enough to whip dust forward. Their bodies hit the two squishier scouts before they could dodge. Blood sprayed across the stone as talons and fangs carved into exposed flesh.

Or, well, covered flesh too. Before these nightmare creatures with levels in the 90s, light armor might as well have been silk pajamas.

The thief screamed once before a row of fangs clamped around his throat, ripping it out together with his dark attire.

The archer didn't even get to fire.

Two tanks lunged from behind to intervene, but the narrow hallway worked against them. Their steps fell sloppy and desperate.

But they had to fight back, so they forced their way ahead of the dying pair, pushing them aside… And both stomped straight onto a hidden trap plate.

Metal spikes snapped up from the floor, digging into greaves and shins. The tanks staggered, caught off balance.

The flying monsters' eyes shifted.

A sudden, vicious glint appeared, reflecting that of their master and his lovers.

Predators sensing easy targets.

They plunged down at the trapped tanks.

From the backline, rangers and casters shouted to open fire while spearmen tried to stab from behind the tanks. But the monsters stayed low, hovering just above the traps, blocking nearly every angle, dodging the line of sight of anyone but the pair at the front.

No one could shoot or stab properly without hitting their own men.

And just like this, the hallway became a meat grinder.

Calypso sucked in a slow breath, the kind that trembled with excitement. Her eyes darkened, pupils sharpening as she admired the carnage with something between nostalgia, admiration, and pure, all-encompassing hunger.

"Darling~" she murmured with her hand drifting toward Kaiden's crotch. The demoness became far too agitated, seeing the clever destruction her lover had wrought. "This is the kind of dominant display that makes any proper woman-"

Kaiden caught her hand before it reached its target.

She blinked, startled.

He inclined his head toward Alice.

The message was clear. 'Later.'

Calypso's lips curled with a slow, wicked promise, but she obediently nestled closer against his side and rested her palm on his thighs while never looking away from the slaughter unfolding on the holographic screen.

Pure cinema was being put on display right now.

And Kaiden had yet to see or utilize his other new dungeon tools!

Just then, a new type of kill confirmation rolled through Kaiden's vision.
