Debauchery In A Woman's World

Chapter 82: Perfect Bait

Ethan huddled closer to Beatrix and Athena under the starlit sky, as if the plan were meant for a secretive lover. It's just that he liked their sweaty womanly smells after the Orc fest he lived through.

An owl hooted, making Beatrix jump. "Well, what's the plan? Did you already explain it?" she snapped impatiently.

Ethan crossed his fingers dramatically, thinking. His heart still raced from the narrow escape, but his mind was already churning with the plan he'd hinted at. It was risky, and borderline insane, but if it worked, they could snatch Luka Voltha right from under Garkash's snout. Or die in the process.

"Alright," the Cromwell heir began. "I noticed something during our first visit to Garkash's camp. It has natural fortifications from all sides, with armed border patrols that can raise alarms with their horns. A direct assault would be suicide, like you said, and we wouldn't even get very far."

"Tell us something we don't know," the witch urged with a scowl.

"There are three gateways, the least guarded among them being the northern one, nearest to the central bonfire. Because who'd attack the entrance where hundreds of reinforcements can arrive in a minute."

Beatrix and Athena listened intently, realizing the boy was finally getting somewhere. "Go on."

"What we need is a distraction—a diversion, so that the northern gateway guards leave their post. One of us can sneak in for reconnaissance and return with a concrete location of the Orc Queen. Then we plan the next phase of the rescue."

Athena nodded. "Your plan sounds good, but who will be the spy, and what distraction will work on these monsters?"

Ethan smiled thinly. "Something irresistible to those green-skinned brutes."

Beatrix crossed her arms around her petite frame, eyeing him with suspicion. The gothic ribbon she used to tie her short, silver hair had been lost during the fight.. "And what's this brilliant diversion of yours, princeling? More of your ghost hands magic? Or are you planning to summon a dragon from somewhere?"

Ethan strained his eyes under the moonlight and eyed both young women with a quick, scrutinizing gaze—especially the warrior. Athena leaned against a boulder. She had partially removed her armor earlier, and her linen tunic was damp with sweat, clinging to her ample breasts.

The fabric was thin enough that Ethan could make out the faint outline of her nipples, hardened perhaps from the chill or the thrill of battle. He forced his gaze away before the warrior caught him.

The pervert in him saw an incredible opportunity here. If he played this right, he might get a glimpse of more from these beauties.

"Dragons would be nice," Ethan replied with a sarcastic shrug. "But my plan is something simpler. Orcs are driven by base instincts—violence, food, and lust. We've all heard the stories and actually seen them happen. They raid villages not just for plunder, but for women. Human women are their favorites, especially beautiful ones like you two."

Athena's eyes narrowed, her hand instinctively going to her sword hilt. However, one could tell she was partially unarmed by being referred to as beautiful. "What are you suggesting, Count? That we prance in there like bait?"

"Exactly," Ethan said matter-of-factly. "I mean you don't have to go up to the gate exactly. More like lure them away from the entrance."

He peeked over the boulder they had found shelter behind. "There's a pond nearby, right? We spotted it on the way out, but the Orcs never used it because the location would make them an easy target for snipers."

"It's shallow, clear water, surrounded by reeds. You two could pose as lost maidens, who finally found a water source, and pretend to have a midnight bath."

Ethan gulped anxiously before he continued, because he imagined it happening as he spoke. "You two could strip down and make it look innocent and convincing. The guards at the gateway will spot you, get enticed, and leave their posts to investigate. While they're distracted, I'll sneak in through the gap, find Luka, and report back soon."

Beatrix's cheeks flushed a deep crimson. She uncrossed her arms and poked him hard in the chest. "Strip down? As in naked? You want us to bare our genitals to those filthy Orcs? Have you lost your mind completely, brat? I'm a witch, not some tavern wench!"

Athena chuckled lowly as if all of it were a joke, but there was a hint of unease in her voice. Did the Count really mean it? "He's got a point, Bea. Orcs are predictable that way. Lust intoxicates them faster than ale. But naked in front of them might be going too far."

She glanced at Ethan, her eyes flicking down to his crotch for a split second, as if assessing his reaction.

Ethan felt a stir in his pants at the mere thought. Seeing Beatrix and Athena nude, their perfect bodies glistening in the moonlight, and water lapping at their skin? It was a fantasy straight out of his Earth-side dreams.

But he kept his expression neutral and played it cool. "It's just a diversion. You don't have to go all the way, just enough to draw them out. And I'll be hidden, scouting from the bushes. Once the guards move from their positions, I'll slip in. You two can handle a few stragglers, right? Kill them quietly, out of earshot."

Beatrix paced a small circle as if about to throw a light tantrum. She muttered curses under her breath, something about perverted nobles and stupid risks.

Ethan could see the wheels turning in her mind. She was pragmatic, and a survivor, and that is why he formulated the plan. The witch cannot refuse.

Finally, Beatrix stopped and sighed dramatically. "Fine. But only because Luka's potential alliance is worth it. The thought of Garkash ruling the Orcs sends shivers up my spine."

"Great!" the Cromwell heir said enthusiastically. "I'll turn around while you strip naked."

The witch bit her lip. "You thought we'd just shed our clothes within your eyesight? Never! I'll use haze magic first. A light fog will obscure our bodies a bit. There'll be enough skin to tease, but revealing nothing precious to a maiden. That way, neither the Orcs nor you get a free show."

Ethan's heart sank a little at that. Damn, the haze would ruin his view. Stupid witch! Show me your precious things, damn maidens! But he nodded eagerly. Something is better than nothing. "Go ahead," he said grumpily.

Athena stood taller, rolling her shoulders. "I'm in."

The plan was rolled out at nightfall. They synchronized their timing over the next few minutes. Ethan would circle around to the camp's flank, hiding in the underbrush near the gateway. Beatrix and Athena would approach the pond from the opposite side, making enough noise to attract attention without seeming obvious.

Once the guards left their posts, Ethan would infiltrate with his stealth. The women would lure the Orcs further away and dispatch them silently. The trio would rendezvous on his return at a predetermined spot outside the camp.

"Five minutes," Ethan whispered as they parted ways. "That's all I need."
