After breakfast, Alex was eager to test his strength and weapon, but Nyx stopped him.

"Here, take this," she said, handing him a black arm. There was an ominous aura to it, yet it also felt oddly familiar.

As he accepted it, the black arm dissolved into a dark mass that quickly attached itself to his right elbow, forming a new hand. His innate regenerative ability activated, seamlessly assimilating the arm. Various nerves automatically connected, and as the integration progressed, he could feel his arm growing stronger.

He punched the air repeatedly with his new arm, discovering he could move it effortlessly. It was even more powerful than his previous arm, and a surge of excitement coursed through him as he realized the potential it held. Having lost an entire arm could be considered as a blessing in disguise.

Facing Alex's question Nyx simply nodded before vanishing.

Alex ventured deeper into the forest, determined to find the largest tree he could locate. Soon enough, he came upon a colossal trunk that would require at least four adult males to encircle it.

Without hesitation, he drew back his fist and unleashed a punch at the massive tree.

Bang! Boom!

The impact was thunderous, and the tree splintered apart, crashing to the ground in two jagged halves. The sheer force of his punch generated a shockwave that rippled through the air, sending leaves swirling and smaller branches snapping off nearby. The ground trembled beneath him, a testament to the raw power he now wielded.

"Not bad at all," Alex remarked to himself, of course he was really pleased with this little test.

He retrieved the magical gun from his item box, securing it in his holster and fastening it around his waist. As he drew the weapon, he felt his magical power siphoning away, forming a magic bullet.

Tapping into his Divine Sense, he scanned the area for something to hunt. About 300 meters northwest from his position, he spotted a giant rabbit. There were no monsters lurking on the outskirts of this ancient forest—only ordinary animals enhanced by mana.

Utilizing the Eagle View granted by his Super Accuracy skill, he observed the giant rabbit munching on grass, completely unaware of his presence.

Aiming his magic gun at the creature, he pulled the trigger. The magic bullet zipped through the air with breathtaking speed, making no sound as it traveled.

In an instant, the bullet pierced through the rabbit's head like a knife through butter, creating a clean hole in its forehead and delivering a swift death.

"For a regular bullet, the magic consumption is surprisingly low. I could fire millions of these," he mused. "Now, let's test some special bullets."

He aimed his magic gun at a tree fifty meters away, willing the magic power to manifest a flame capable of incinerating its target. His desire transformed into a Flame bullet through the Fire element.

Boom!

The Flame bullet struck the tree, igniting it in a fiery explosion that sent sparks flying into the air.

Without hesitation, Alex fired another special bullet, this time channeling the Ice element to create an Ice bullet. As it struck the burning tree, the surrounding area froze instantly, encasing everything within a few meters in a thick layer of ice. He realized he could amplify the destruction further by increasing the magic output when crafting the bullets.

After conducting a few more tests, he found the results to be incredibly satisfying. Each special bullet showcased the true potential of his magic, heightening his confidence in his newfound abilities.

As the sun began to set, casting a warm glow over the forest, Alex announced that he would be the one to prepare their evening meal. He could do this at least.
