Date a Witch: Reborn as the Witch of Lust! (GL)

Chapter 164: Push-and-Pull With Greed!

The sun dressed the snowy path orange as Mel and Rosana walked side-by-side.

Occasionally, flowers, fountains, and structures passed by on their way back to the dormitory, yet both were too comforted by the silence to admire.

The summer dress fluttered alongside the noble, crimson dress; a company of a fairy with a noble.

"Rosana."

Mel's right hand lingered on Rosana's left; her whisper a careful question.

"Sorry for troubling you."

Blinking, Rosana shook her head; her lips blooming into a cheerful smile.

"I was a little surprised at how enthusiastically you offer me the Letter of Withdrawal, but then again, it's not the first shameless deed you've managed."

"Ehehe..."

With a glance at Rosana's relaxed look, Mel cheered up with a grin.

She has requested Rosana's assistance to stamp a letter of withdrawal and 'negotiate' with the teachers afterwards, in exchange for how Mel would accompany her Sparring Request whenever the Heiress requested it.

Of course, those Requests would be the usual 'lose, and you need to give something' type, so Mel took a huge risk (not really) in doing so!

How noble a sacrifice! Mel pumped her fist inside, knowing full well how pouty Lila would be if she knew of this.

"Of course."

Mel raised her nose high. "I do like it if all my girls fully enjoyed their school lives."

Then, she shot a mischievous glance at Rosana. "Including you, my Rosana. Better if the reason was me."

"Then you must be gravely mistaken."

An unserious response came from Rosana, as her palm opened to catch the dripping snowflakes.

Slightly cold, yet not tingling or painful on her skin, as if the caster wielded it.

"My goal was to beat you and all the others behind."

She looked into Mel's golden eyes; yet the teasing glint was unmistakable.

"Though," she raised her left hand to Mel's chin, before tugging it upward to lock their gazes.

"I wouldn't mind you surrendering right now, body and soul."

A faint blush bloomed on Mel's cheeks, then her golden eyes curved.

"Would you promise to take care of me well, then?"

"I would." Rosana tilted her head; her locks of golden hair now hovered over her expression that carried a hint of seriousness.

"I never know how to take care of my possessions well." She confessed. "But I feel I'd not ruin you so... easily."

"That's nerve-wracking."

With a chuckle, Mel's right hand hooked onto Rosana's left hand at her chin.

"But."

She then cast the interwined hand down, settling just in between them.

"Don't you think it's much, much better to taste me slowly, nibbling at each spot of my skin as yours?"

Then Mel heard it; the slight hitch of breath in Rosana's throat.

"You gave yourself too much credit." Rosana retorted, yet the grin remained.

"And I'm confident in fulfilling every bit of my worth."

Mel clutched her chest; a resolute spark glittering in her golden eyes.

Their staring contest never broke away, yet the competitive edge was now tinted with a hint of tenderness.

"Would you choose to let go then?" Mel whispered, tightening the grasp on Rosana's hand.

A brow from Rosana was raised, as if challenged.

Then, with a gentle strength, her hand slipped away from Mel's fingers; the warmth still lingering at each inch of her palm.

A disappointed moan escaped Mel, not expecting the rejection.

She thought she often chipped down the Heiress's barrier, yet Rosana unexpectedly kept her distance.

Yet as she withdrew her hand too, her waist was quickly tugged.

"Hic!"

A yelp, then her waist crashed into the soft yet firm side of Rosana's dress; the Heiress's left hand now holding Mel firm.

"I prefer this way."

Rosana's finger then booped the tip of Mel's nose; a teasing gesture hidden beneath her possessive smile.

"Now," she said, her voice hushed as her eyes observed Mel's flushed cheeks. "You look a lot cuter."

Mel fidgeted slightly under Rosana's touch; her shoulders relaxing as her chest felt unbelievably full.

"Mm..." She softly smiled, staring back at Rosana with a doting gaze.

"All thanks to you, Rosana."

Then it was Mel's turn to catch it; the faint reddened cheek of Rosana as her smile widened slightly.

"You know," Rosana's eyes broke away, her steps steadying in sync with Mel's as she grasped her tight to guide them.

"You were a more easily hurt individual than I thought."

Mel blinked, then pouted. "In what ways?"

"That disappointment from earlier, when I shook off your hand."

"Well, of course." Mel raised her head high. "I do like you, Rosana! And.... it pains me to see if you still distance yourself from people."

She pursed her lips, then confessed in earnest. "From me."

Rosana's face fell a little; Mel's words' implication marred her mind.

Yet as she was about to ask, Mel's face beamed again with her traitmark, foxy smile.

"After all the time we get acquainted," Mel's eyes glittered with sentiment.

"It would be a shame if you didn't get to touch me properly, you know?"

Another breath hitched in the Dragoness's throat, and so another chuckle escaped from Mel.

"Heh." Rosana puffed out a laugh. "You've a way of words."

And then, another response, this time hinting at Rosana's subtle surrender.

"Thanks."

And as if to reward her, Mel squirmed into Rosana's hug; her cheek squeezed up her arm before burrowing onto the tight shoulder.

"I won't give up until you lose all control of your body over me, Miss Rosana."

"A bold challenge to seduce the Heiress."

Rosana licked her lips; her other hand's nails digging into the palm.

"Don't tempt me too much, Mel."

"Then don't test my body's patience too much, Rosana." Mel brushed against Rosana's shoulder, enjoying how her cheek sank deep, and rubbed against the dress's fabric.

"Or I can't wait any further..."

Rosana gritted her teeth; her fingers on Mel's waist dancing at the thin fabric of Mel's summer dress.

In hindsight, it was as if the pink fairy was enraptured by the cold noble.

Yet even Rosana knew deep inside, every bit of her movement was controlled by Mel; by her temptation to surrender and devour her.

As Rosana contemplated another response, a low growl stood out from the front.

"Hey."

In their tug and pull, Rosana and Mel had already arrived at the dormitory building, greeting a furious blue head at the entrance.

Her emerald eyes narrowed; cold mana seeping out as the snows around Lila crumpled.

"Get off Mel." Lila smiled, her fingers dancing at the side to prepare a spell. "Right. Now."
