Date A Live: Starting as Acheron

Hi~ did you miss me? Were you afraid I'd gone on a "permanent exam break," maybe?

Well, I'm still here. Actually, I've probably spent more time thinking about my writing this past week than any other week. Would you like to hear about it?

No? Yes?

Well, I'm gonna explain it anyway. So, you see, I broke my hip, my girlfriend abandoned me, I nearly drowned, and-

Yeah, as if. The truth is that I just had a severe writer's block. I wrote up seven different drafts of Chapter 48. Yeah. SEVEN. Over 8000+ words, only for 6000 of them to end up deleted forever.

Well, I technically was still writing. So maybe instead of writer's block, it should be called "plot block?" Eh, whatever.

I was debating over whether I should post a notice about it earlier, but I thought that seeing a notification only for it to be a "Delayed Chapter" notice would be infinitely more annoying than getting an explanation with a couple of chapters. But that's just me. Why don't you let me know your opinion, dear reader?

Anyway, I'd like to assure you that I am still very much invested in writing this story. Thanks for being patient!

And, of course, the most important part: what about chapters for last week? Well, technically, I never really promised any type of schedule…

…but that's a lame answer. So instead, (as long as I don't end up endlessly trashing chapters again) I will endeavor to bring you four chapters before next weekend! Yep, two extra to make up for the "official" break I took for exams two weeks ago.

Well, that's quite the big talk. Let's see if I can live up to it.
