NOVEL NEXT Chapter 4: Chapter 4: Arcana
" Hey! Why you became silent all of a sudden? You are fine, right?" Ark asked with a concern towards his companion. Amaya has been out for some time now, since he brought her near a boulder on the way, to both treat her wounds and escape from the rain which started happening all of a sudden.
He created a metal sheet to take a shelter from the rain. After that he started creating bandages, and quickly dressing her wounds. These are the times, when he thought how easy everything would have been, if his magic system had been created. He has been working on it for two years now...
He could clearly remember that beautiful Goddess of Magic, who commissioned him quite extra two years ago to teach about the magic systems. And, why won't he remember her, when all day he thinks about her *cough*(Author-san don't create misunderstanding)*cough* The reason, he thinks about her all day is because since last two years he has been constantly working on his magic system. He wanted to create the best magic system, which would complete with his abilities. Till now, through many observations he has at least realised that his power of creation isn't so simple.
If it would have been, then learning and progressing in 'creation magic' wouldn't have been an issue, as magic system for creation magic is already established. Although, he couldn't create much right now due to mental exhaustion, he has realised that his power of creation is at least a little different, because since awakening although he felt mental exhaustions, when he created too much. He never became physically tired or he never needed food to atleast restore his energy, now it is a different matter when he got cravings, but physically he never needed it. Although not completely, he believed he was kind of immortal now.
At first, he put everything happening on the reason that he is a God of Creation. Although not rare, but there are not much larger no. of God of Creations in existence. But, it was two years ago when that violet hair lady, pointed these things to him. She was a Goddess of Magic and she was also someone, with quite high position in Magic Academy.

[FLASHBACK]
He at that time, was accompanying Amaya, when she wanted to purchase some necessary goods. He met her on the door of a ling*cough**cough* Women clothes shop. At that time, he didn't read the title of the store, if he had he would have never went inside... at least back then.
But, as he has androgynous face many thought he was a girl, so everything went without hitch. But, just when he went out of the store, a beautiful violet haired women with violet eyes caught him.
" You know, although it is good to accompany your girlfriend to these stores, but at least, you should have went out when some women were trying those." At these words cold sweat dropped down, his back. He never.... at least intentionally.... wanted to go there. It was circumstances which led him... to see those naked beauties. But, arguing wasn't an option.
He as a good person, decided to tell the truth. He thought like this at least, he would escape the situation, but he was ready to be disappointed " But at least, you could have left the place when you saw some women changing their clothes." She said with a smile.
Ark look at this women emotionlessly. At that time, he doesn't even knew about much of those stuffs. He felt exceptionally guilty at that time. " *Sigh* So, what should I do, then?" He decided to not argue, and simply questioned as what should he do, when from her eyes, it could clearly be seen she wanted something...
" I heard from some bird, that you are a famous supplier of Orichalcum. So, we could keep this as our little secret at the cost of 1 Orichalcum Brick." Finally, after all this shit, she revealed the reason, she was pestering him. At that time, he wanted to smack this woman, she made him feel guilty only for a brick of Orichalcum. It would have been, another matter if he was any other God of creation, because since his awakening, whenever he was free he always created Orichalcum and Admantine brick to both pass time and make money for his future endeavours. Most god of creations, can't create these metals, but he was always an exception.
So, he quickly summoned a brick of Orichalcum and gave it to her " I think, that settles our deal." He decided to quickly run from there, but a hand on his shoulder stopped him.
" Now what? you asked for that I gave it to you. That settles it doesn't it." He asked in a agitated tone.
" Surely, that settles it." She then put the brick in her ring. Then she closed the distance between them and wisphered in his ears " But, I didn't approach you here for that?"
" So, why you approached me?" He asked without beating a beat. He was quite angry to get scammed, after all.
" Well, I heard from a bird, you are searching about magic systems. So, I thought I could help you?" She said seductively, in his ears. This woman doesn't have shame to flirt with a 11 year old kid back then.
" Then, your bird has told you right. *Sigh* I have read quite a no. of books till now. But, I couldn't get what I wanted. But, what this has to do with you. How could you help me?" He asked seriously this time. As, it was an important matter for him. He couldn't use his powers completely until he created his own magic system. Till now, what he could do was only creating small stuffs. If he really wanted to use his powers for combat, he would need a magic system.
" Well, I think this would answer your question" she came more closer to him, now her lips were almost touching his ears."I am a member of Magic Academy, and I hold a high position there."
" Ok! Ok! I got it. So, come let's do further talking in a restaurant." He quickly, distanced himself from her. This woman was quite dangerous.
" Surely, let's go to FoodArch Palace." She suggested name of one of the most high class restaurant. Before, going he went to a shop to change a few Orichalcum Bricks, to Orichalcum Coins. They then went to the restaurant and after their food arrived, they conversed about magic system. It was mostly Ark asking questions and her answering them, while correcting him if he was wrong. He also explained the idea about his magic system which he wanted to create based on his abilities so that, she could suggest something good. He doesn't care if she wanted to replicate his magic system, as simply it was impossible to do that. After everything was done, she was ready to leave, so she spoke for the last time....
" You know, from what you have told me about the magic system you wanted to create. It is more like an ability in the form of magic. You know, at first, when I came to this town, I heard about a rich boy who was searching about magic systems, who only deals in Orichalcum. So, when I heard that I thought to earn some money, while giving you a little help. After seeing your cute face and petite body, I thoughts you are a clumsy boy, who doesn't know about world properly. But, after taking with you for more than 2 hours, I could say Mr. Ark, you are one of a kind. It was good meeting you. And, I hope to see you in the entrance exam of Magic Academy when you turn 15." She said with a professional smile, while standing up to go.
" Now, 2 Orichalcum Bricks for your knowledge. And, I would surely like to join the Academy with Amaya." Without even being asked, Ark paid her two bricks. He thought she deserved it because of how much she taught him in these two hours.
" Well, Thanks then. I wish you could complete your system before the entrance" The women said cheerfully after getting two bricks. She after hearing Anya's name, looked to the third participant on the table, who hasn't said anything since she appeared. She then said with a false smile "Oh! I forgot about the girl besides you. I also hope you could accompany him"
After that, she started walking, but then Ark remembered something, so he turned towards her " Oh! I forgot to ask your name."
" Verily, I am Arcana, the Goddess of Arcane" She said, without turning around.
" Arcana, huh? Let's meet again."
During all this endeavour, Amaya remain quite like a good doll.

He smiled, remembering about her. He then focused on Amaya " Hey? Wake up! Are you really fine?"
At that time, Amaya also broke up from her reminiscing. She then said with a smile "Yeah, I am fine. You don't have to worry about me."
" How I could not worry? You were captured, by a group from a most infamous pantheon. It is good, that during my magic system creation, I learnt to give some functions to my creations or I don't think, saving you would have been this easy." Ark said with angry tone. He was angry over himself to even let this little episode happen, which shows how he cares about her.
Naturally, Amaya was quite happy, having him concern about her. During these 3 years, her initial liking has turned into something deeper, and why wouldn't she, this boy fulfilled her every need without her ever asking. He also cares about her genuinely. During these 3 years, he also told about his past. And, what she could summarize is that although he never got familial love, he cares deeply about those, who treats him kindly. The best example is his Uncle Azrael, and from what she had grasped, Azrael considers Art as his young master, while Art sees him like a father figure who took care of him, until he was seven. He also told her that he has a mother, whom he never met.... because she sent him away when he was born to keep him safe. He says that's one of his reasons to become 'Lord of Godverse', because if he became strongest, no one would ever separate him from his family ever again, right? Then, how could she not fall in love with such a person? Although she knew his goal is a little bit overboard.... she still wants to believe in him. She wants to support him, no matter what.
Hearing him become angry over himself, she hugged him to calm him down, and said lovingly " I am safe, right? You saved me. So, everything is fine, ok! And, about you not being able to do anything, it won't be for long. You are working on your magic system, right? And I know, you would become very strong, after you are done with it. So, please calm down."
" I know! And, I am not panicking, about it. These two creations, have even helped me progress further. *Sigh* ok! Let's first make you some clothes, now. So, give me designs."
After this, Amaya took out a stack from her storage ring. And, after thinking for some time, she picked one design from the stack....
