Mathew quickly swerves out of the way of the dagger, grabbing valtaks arm and throwing him in a reversal of momentum

"Could you be any less serious" Mathew says as he smirks

"I see, to compensate for they difference in power you use my strenght against me" Valtak says as he flips his knife into a reverse grip

" I won't matter though" Valtak says as he glances over at the wisp before slashing at Mathew, a lengthy series of attacks are direscted at Mathew but are promptly redirected and dodged by Mathew

"Now !" Mathew thinks as he falls to the ground, regaining his balance with his hands and launching at kick at valtaks hand

"Is that it" Valtak says as he moves out of the way but the wisp quickly unarm's Valtak while he was too focused on dodging

"Despit me dropping my ballade I haven't given up on swordsman ship" Mathew says as he pushes himself away from Mathew using his arms, quickly followed by the wisp

"Allow me to introduce to you, volitile armory" Mathew says as the wisp changes from a bright blue to a dark red

"What you are seeing now is offense mode" Mathew says as he taps the wisp

"In exchange for a greater amount of mana this wisp temporarily performs of the level of the persons who's weapon it has stolen, ofcourse to reach this state a few requirements have to be met" Mathew says as Valtak snarls in anger

"Firstly either me or the wisp must receive the proper amount of damage from the opponent, secondly either me or the wisp must view the opponents fighting style, and lastly the weapon must be stolen" Mathew says as Valtak leaps forth at him

"Cowardly fool !" Valtak says as he throws a punch at Mathew's head

"Bleugh" the wisp gurgles as it slashes at Valtak, cutting his forehead

"Call it what you want, all I need is victory" Mathew says before sprinting at valtaks and delivering a volley of blows followed by slashes of the wisp

"NO !" Valtak screams as he attempts to grab the wisp but is stopped by Mathew who put his arm into a cross arm lock

"Now what will you do" Mathew says as he smiles

"The more you resist the more I apply pressure, so just surrender and run off somewhere" Mathew says as valtaks lifts his other arm in an attempt to clobber Mathew's head but his fist is severed by the wisp, the resulting blood splashes onto Mathew's face

"Either way I was going to break your arm" Mathew says as twists valtaks arm into breakage

"And don't attempt to get revenge" Mathew says as he takes the holster of the dagger from valtaks belt

"And I'll be taking the dagger" Mathew says as he disarms the wisp and sheathes the dagger, resulting in the wisp reverting to bystander mode

"Dismiss sprite" Mathew says as he sighs

"I've exerted more than I expected, I suppose the spell ritual is still incomplete" Mathew thinks as he goes to grab grab his sword

"I'll just ask Lelovia for help" Mathew thinks before walking towards the location of Lelovia

Ugh you're so heavy" says Aurora annoyed

"Well your the one who choose to carry me" says Benjamin as he grabs his stomach with his left arm, the other across auroras back

"Whatever, either way I can see the top of the elder root through the canopy" says Aurora relieved

"Well thats good I can finally rest" says Benjamin similarly relieved

"I wonder if Mathew made it" Benjamin thinks as they reach a large clearing, Mathew, Lelovia waiting under the gentle orange light of the elder root, the stump of the last of its kind the giant mana clovers

"Oh you made it !" Mathew exclaims

"But you look quite beat up" Mathew says in concern

"Long story" Benjamin says as Aurora lays him down on the tree stump

"Lelovia could you kindly patch these two up" says Mathew

"Sure we aren't enemies anymore, well not for a while" Lelovia says as she heals Benjamin and Aurora

"Hey hey let me out you bitch !" Shouts Maximus in the rock tomb with Valtak laying unconsious beside him

"Whos that" benjamin asks

"Sore losers" says Mathew smiling in triumph

"We should prepare just incase one of incoming teams picks a fight" Benjamin says as he stands up looking off into the forest

"No no please stop" says a student desparately clinging onto another student, a loud thud signals the nod of that altercation

"Ugh some of these people disgust me, they beg there adversaries for mercy after being vested" says a boy with golden brown hair and hazel eyes

"Well thats just the natural behaviour of the weak" says another boy with red hair and red eyes

"It matters not, we should take our place at the elder root before there is no more space left, I sense the Elden presence of the root" says the boy as he bolts in the direction of the elder root with inhumane speed

"So hasty you are" says the other as he follows suit

"Come on Marica we need to hurry" says a girl with white hair and orange eyes

"I'm trying my best Helga" says Marcia as she wisp her long brown hair out of her face

"Leviate !" A girl chants as multiple trees are uprooted and thrown into the air
