Chapter 10: Tianxue Jingjie
Tianxue Jingjie—this is the name of the world Spark and co. had just transmigrated to.
It was a mystical and fantastic world, one where the impossible could be made possible. A realm where the word immortality wasn't a myth that humanity had to endlessly grasp vainly toward—it was something actually obtainable. All one needed was talent, time, and hard work.
A world where godhood was indeed possible. A world filled with almost endless mystery and wonders. A world that was also several times bigger than Earth.
But one of the most unique features that truly cemented the difference between Tianxue Jingjie and Earth was the unique celestial bodies that orbited around the planet—instead of the other way around like Earth. That unique constitution consisted of three suns and four moons.
Although Tianxue Jingjie's suns and moons were much smaller than Earth's sun and moon, these celestial bodies held an unbelievable amount of energy that undoubtedly dwarfed Earth's by far in quality.
The energy of one sun of Tianxue Jingjie was equivalent to five times that of Earth's sun—and it was the same for the moons.
The heat radiated by the three suns of Tianxue Jingjie was so intense that the planet had to use thick layers of clouds as a shield so its inhabitants could withstand it. Another medium the planet used to offset the intense heat of the three suns was by dividing and restricting the reach of each sun on the surface of the planet.
Just as Spark had noticed, though there were three suns in the sky, the reach and territory of each sun were different and limited. It was the same for the moons during nighttime.
Another interesting fact to note about these celestial bodies was that they had residents. Yes—each of the suns and moons had a divine emperor residing in it.
These divine emperors consisted of the five dominant races that ruled the world of Tianxue Jingjie, and they were:
The Eternal Ember Matriarch, who dwelled on the Spirit Flame Sun. She was the mistress of the phoenix race and went by the name Feng Yuhua. The territory of her sun encompassed the vast Northern Mines and the myriad flying islands of the West during the day.
The Empress of the Tri Solar Flight, who dwelled on the Sunfeather Sun. She was the mistress of the three-legged crow race and went by the name Sanri Wuhuang. Her sun encompassed the vast Southern Wastelands and the Eastern Jungles during the day.
The Heavens-Appointed Flame Bearer, who dwelled on the Sun of Endless Vitality. He was the human emperor and went by the name Jitian Yudi. His sun encompassed the lively Central Fields and the boundless Four-Ringed Ocean during the day.
The Heaven-Roaring Fang, who dwelled on the Moon of Sea and Tides. He was of the dragon race and went by the name Longdi Tianwu. His moon's territory encompassed the entirety of the Four-Ringed Ocean and a bit of the Northern Mines during the night.
The Sovereign of the Celestial Mandate, who dwelled on the Moon of Blood and Devouring. He was of the god race and went by the name Wanyan Shentian. His moon's territory encompassed the Central Fields and the myriad flying islands of the West during the night.
The Heavenly Dragon Turtle, who dwelled on the Moon of Stability and Gravity. He was also of the dragon race and went by the name Long Bo. His moon encompassed the Eastern Jungles at night.
The Lord of Myriad Illusions, who dwelled on the Moon of Mirages and Dreams. He was also of the god race and went by the name Lingdao Shendi.
These divine emperors ruled their territories and stood at the peak of the Tianxue Jingjie world.
But for the scattered heroes and villains now bleeding across this mystical realm, such grand knowledge meant nothing compared to survival...
