Crimson System of Vampire Prince

Victor growled, baring his fangs at the silver wolf. He crouched, hands wide open, claw glimmering in the firelight. He lunged at her. She-wolf howled as she felt offended and pounced at him. Her eyes turned red in frenzy. He ducked low, dodging her wide swing.

As he spotted the extended arms, he punched, jumping up from the ground.

An Upper cut was hurled toward her stomach.

Bam!

She stumbled a few steps backward. "Howl!"

An enraged howl escaped her throat, and she leapt at him, running on all fours.

Victor tried to move aside, but

SLAM!

Her head slammed into his chest, and he crashed into the wall.

"GRRR!"

She growled above him, her claws piercing his chest and forcing him to the ground.

"Argghhh! Fuckkkkkkk you bitch!" Victor screamed, his exhausted core pulsed, and energy pumped from the heart to all over his limbs.

She leaned over, and its mouth was wide open. Saliva dripping. She went for his neck.

Bam!

He punched her face. Its face turned the other way, then another punch came.

Bam!

Victor didn't stop; he rained the punches on her.

She-Wolf backed away, feeling dizzy, but He didn't let her go.

He grabbed her by the neck and slammed her into the tile floor.

SLAM!

CRACK!

Blood dripped from the towering wolf, and it went limp.

Victor didn't stop; he grabbed her by one leg and slammed her again.

BOOM!

Wails and groans escaped from its throat.

But he didn't stop, he sat above its chest and rained it with punches.

"Fucking bitch, you want to play with me, huh!" He screamed and punched her face nonstop.

She-wolf transformed back into Feena, but Victor lost himself in his anger and kept punching her face.

"Bitch, Bitch, Bitch!"

Enraged shouts of Victor reverberated in the hall, followed by groans of Feena.

Feena's face covered in blood, she opened her heavy eyelids, and in her red, shaking vision, she spotted Victor.

Bam!

Her already blurred vision turned blurrier with another punch. But she mustered all her energy and screamed, "Victor!"

He froze in mid-gesture, his eyes widening, and he lowered his stiff neck.

"What!" he exclaimed and crawled away.

Feena exhaled, relaxing her body. The pain she felt was overwhelming; she couldn't think straight. She could feel that several ribs had been shattered, and her jaw bones were also fractured. With a groan, she raised her hand, and golden energy wrapped around it. As it cleared in her hand was a small bottle of golden potion. She drank it in one gulp, and her hand went limp. A yellow energy covered her like a cocoon.

Victor glanced at her with ashamed eyes and remained at a distance from her. As her pain vanished, Feena opened her eyes and took a deep breath. She closed her eyes again and reached for her inner beast. She felt something different from it. As she dived into her heart, the beast was curled up with a dreamy smile and eyes. There was no familiar ferociousness. It noticed her and growled at her. It stood up on all fours and howled. It encircled her and pointed outward with its nuzzle.

Feena, confused, crouched near its eye level and examined it with curiosity.

'Grrr, Fe!"  A sound echoed in her mind. Feena panicked and got pushed out. She jerked up and looked around her.

'That sound, I always used to hear when I was little, but it stopped many years ago.' She thought.

'Fe, GRRR, me… Chandi.'  she heard the voice again in her mind.

"Wait a minute, Chandi, you were my inner beast," Feena exclaimed.

"GRRR, me…Yes."

Feena's eyes widened, and she froze.

The Solaris tribe believes that the beast part and the human part are different from each other. They were born at the same time and merged to form a werewolf, but both had a unique nature. The beast part lives in the soul space, and the human part controls it from an early age. When the two parts merge, an intelligent werewolf comes into existence. A ferocious and deadly creature. The Lycan tribe is the opposite; the human side relinquishes its control to the wolf.

A rare occurrence was happening with Feena; her other side was communicating with her. It changes all the facts and history she had read in her family library.

"Ahh, Chandi… Why…Why are you talking to me now?" Feena whispered.

"GRRR, me tired…sleep."

Feena heard the sound again in her consciousness and exhaled. Her shoulders relaxed, and she thought. 'Maybe by talking to her, I would be able to control it.'

She shook her head and muttered to herself, "No, no, Chandi was my only childhood friend. I can't do that."

"Are you…alright?" He asked hesitantly, standing beside her.

As his voice fell on her ears, her heart thumped, and she heard a howl in her mind.

"Chandi, what happened?" She asked with a puzzled expression.

But no reply came, and her heart calmed down. Like a storm had passed, she felt unusual calmness. Feena squinted her eyes at Victor. He avoided her eyes and looked away, observing the walls.

Feena relaxed and stood up, "Thanks for the help."

She examined Victor's body, covered in blood, and took out a vial of high-grade healing potion.

"Here, drink it." She said.

Victor glanced at it hesitantly.

"Take it. And don't feel guilty, if you haven't beat me, I wouldn't have left you alive." Feena insisted.

Victor took it and drank it in one gulp. Cool sensation enveloped his wounds, and they closed one by one.

"Victor, I think I got the new direction. Next—"

Swoosh!

Suddenly, a golden aura enveloped her, and her eyes turned feline. She glanced at Victor and licked her lips.

"GRRR, Victor…me..Chandi."

Whoosh!

Aura retreated, and Feena's face turned normal.

"Chandi!" Feena exclaimed in horror.

She fell on her butt and her head in both hands. She couldn't believe it; her inner beast came out and talked to Victor. 'Why?'

'GRRR, Fe, me like Victor.'

"What!" She screamed at the top of her lungs, jerking upright.

Victor stared at her, confused, 'What's going on? Does she have a split personality?'

Feena glanced at him, and her heart raced at just one glance. She felt warmth bubbling inside of her.

She shook her head furiously and muttered, "Chandi is influencing me?"
