Criminal X : Epitome Of Evil

Chapter 541: Fear Wears No Crown

In front of everyone's eyes, it finally happened.

The fight between the dragon king and the demon king ended.

And the winner of that fight was El'Dorado, the dragon king.

The demon king got too overconfident and he died.

He had appeared behind the dragon king thinking the dragon would either dodge his upcoming sword or vanish again or would do nothing and die.

But the demon king didn't even get the chance to raise his sword as he couldn't move his body at all.

The reason for that was because the dragon king had used his long thick tail to make the demon king unable to move at all.

The dragons use their tails as a part of their body and they know how to use it well.

The demon king also had a tail but he never got to use it. And even if he had used it, he couldn't have used it better than the dragon king.

The dragon king's tail was also a weapon and it worked like that as well.

The demon king hadn't used his tail for so long that he became completely blind of the fact that the dragon king might use his tail as well.

As a result, Dravakos couldn't see it coming and got captured by the Being's tail.

The dragon king wasted no time after capturing the demon and turned around.

Then, with a smile, he swung Widow, his sword, at the demon.

He swung it right in the head of the demon king and the dragon king had enough power to behead the vile creature.

The head of the demon king fell on the ground and Pablo believed it couldn't be the end of the demon king because, well, he was the demon king after all.

But when Pablo saw the clones of the demon king vanishing and turning to ashes, Pablo changed his mind.

And soon, the dragon king let go of the demon and the Being fell down on the ground like his head.

That was all it needed to know that the dragon king won.

The dragon king killed the ruler of hell.

His clones clapped for him and after that, for Pablo, real war began.

After killing the demon, the dragon looked right at Pablo.

Pablo flinched but he stayed rooted on the spot.

The dragon king slowly descended on the ground, still in his humanoid form and walked towards Pablo.

Everyone became vigilant and Draxus was ready with his shadow to suck Pablo inside it if the dragon king suddenly started attacking.

Silence reigned in the Crucible as only the footsteps of the dragon king resounded.

And if the dragon king wasn't enough, his clones came down to the ground as well.

Now they also walked towards Pablo and the soldiers, following their real dragon king.

No one said anything and let them come towards them.

And the next second…

WHISH!

The dragon king was in front of Pablo.

The Being teleported or used his real speed, Pablo didn't know. All he knew was that the dragon king was right in front of him.

Pablo only reached the chest of the dragon king and he kept his eyes on his chest as well. He didn't look up to look in the eyes of the Being.

Now he waited for the dragon king to say something and Pablo had an idea about what the Being would say.

"Human," he said. "I killed that demon."

"Yes, your grace. You did." Pablo replied.

"No need to respect me. You don't mean it."

Pablo went silent. He was surprised that the Being was smart enough to know when someone truly respects him or not.

Pablo said nothing in response to that as it was a trick question. He couldn't just say, yes, I don't respect you. I am only calling you 'your grace' out of fear.

So he chose silence and fortunately, the dragon king didn't press on that matter as well. Instead, he asked what he wanted all along.

"Call those ten bastards here. I want my revenge."

The dragon king demanded the ten Gods.

Pablo had no way of calling them as no way they would come just because he called them. Also, there were only five Gods. Five were already dead.

After ordering that to Pablo, he shifted his gaze at Malvador.

"You too. Call them here. Whoever calls them here first between you two, I promise that person would receive painless death."

Malvador gulped. He looked at Pablo but Pablo was only looking at the chest of the Being.

The vampire king didn't know what to do as what he thought would happen in the war didn't happen at all. The moment the demon king asked for an offer from Malvador, the war already started going out of his way.

He was thinking the demon king would come out, do what Malvador said and then go back to hell. That didn't happen and if that wasn't enough, the dragon king appeared as well and killed the demon king.

Malvador eating all those hearts went down to the drain as his purpose of eating them fruited to nothing. All because of the dragon king joining the war.

In a sense, Malvador summoned the Demon King and Pablo summoned the dragon King, even if indirectly, and Pablo's summon killed the summon of Malvador. Even in summoning, Pablo defeated Malvador.

Malvador found more anger for Pablo after realizing this but he couldn't do anything at the moment. The dragon king was on the loose and he needed to be dealt first.

The dragon king stared at both Pablo and Malvador.

Pablo also raced his mind to get out of the situation and he had to do it fast as he didn't want to die by the hands of the dragon.

For all these hundreds of years, the dragon king wanted revenge from the Gods and if Pablo made him wait even one more minute, the dragon king might lose his patience.

Pablo had to do something very fast and in such a hurry, he jerked his head at the dragon.

He looked the Being in the eye.

The Dragon King opened his mouth but before he could say something, Pablo blurted:

"I will call them here."
