Criminal X : Epitome Of Evil

Chapter 536: Walls of an Unseen God

The clone of the demon king had made the clone of the dragon king fall down on the Crucible.

But the dragon clone didn't die and took off in the air again.

And after reaching the air, he came in front of the demon clone that had punched him.

The dragon clone was angry and in anger, he flapped only one of his wings.

The demon clone suffered that blow to the right side of his whole body and the strength was enough to send the demon clone flying.

The dragon king's clone returned the favor.

The demon clone flew far and his speed was fast. He was about to cross the border of the Crucible.

The demon king would have stopped the clone but then he thought if his clone managed to get out of the Crucible, then he would get the upper hand on the dragon king.

The demon clone could go to the kingdoms, making the people fear him. The people will become ready to obey when they see the demon king. His clone could kill people to instill terror and before the dragon king could even come out of the Crucible to rule the world, the Demon king would already be the ruler.

So he let the clone keep flying and since his thoughts would reach the clone, the clone also didn't stop himself. He also got ready to leave the Crucible and rule the world.

However, the demon king thought too far.

Because the demon clone wasn't even able to leave the Crucible.

He slammed on an invisible wall and he slammed so hard that he fell on the ground.

The dragon king laughed at the scene and when the demon king gave him a questionable look, El'Dorado explained:

"You all came inside by my permission. What makes you think…"

The dragon king flashed his fangs.

"You can leave on your own?"

Everyone's brows shot up.

Pablo looked around the Crucible. He couldn't see anything. So he looked at the man who could see things better than normal humans. He looked at Andrezj. The strongest Angel.

Andrezj sensed Pablo's gaze and only after that did he look around as well.

In just one second, his expressions turned solemn, more than it already was.

"Yes. There is a wall around this place. No one can escape from here anymore. The dragon king created a dome around here. He had lived long enough in the Crucible that it had become his home. He is a God in this place."

Pablo gulped. "If we do nothing, he would be a God outside as well."

Andrezj nodded and went silent.

Pablo also said nothing.

Yes, all of them needed to do something, but they had no idea what. All of them were thinking and none of them had any better ideas.

Pablo had something in his mind and he would do it, but only after one less monstrous Being is left in the sky. No one would be able to fight both Kings at once. They would die as harshly as possible.

All they had to do now was to wait. Wait and see how things play out.

Also, everyone heard Pablo saying, if we do nothing, he would be a God outside as well, but none of them questioned whom Pablo was talking to. They knew by now there was someone whom they couldn't see other than Pablo and if they stayed alive, they would ask about it.

All of them stayed silent and in their silence, a voice broke out.

"Does anyone have any pair of clothes? I am your enemy but I am sure you won't like to see me naked." Malvador requested.

Everyone looked at him and Harlia too. She wanted to kill Malvador but she was smart enough to wait. If the dragon king won, or if the demon king won, they would need Malvador's strength as well to fight them off. So Harlia would wait until the two Beings were dead to kill Malvador.

But yeah, he needed clothes. She had no intentions of fighting a man who had his privates swinging along with his sword.

"I have." One soldier of Forza spoke.

Malvador raised his right hand towards that soldier while his left hand covered his manhood.

But the soldier didn't give Malvador the clothes yet.

"Oh for fucks sake. Give them permission, Pablo. I am only asking for clothes." Malvador cursed.

Pablo sighed and nodded. He didn't look at the soldier, just nodded.

That nod was enough for the soldier and from his bracelet, the soldier took out a pair of clothes and threw it towards Malvador.

Malvador caught them and wore them right away.

They were the clothes of a common man. The clothes most men wore in the Forza Kingdom. Peasants, mostly.

Harlia looked over her shoulder, at the soldier who had given the clothes to Malvador.

"Why did you bring clothes with you?" She asked.

The soldier scratched the back of his head. "I am an orphan, Admiral. But more than that I am a coward. The only reason I am alive till now is because I always picked my enemies wisely."

"So?" Harlia raised a brow. "That doesn't explain why you brought clothes here?"

"It's just, I brought them here because when I would have seen that we were losing the war, I would have run away from this place, threw my armor, wore these clothes and mixed with the common folk to save my life. Sorry for that. I am a coward and that's what I always will be."

Harlia sighed.

She stared at the soldier for a few more seconds and then averted her eyes. She focused on the dragon and the demon again.

Pablo couldn't care less about the soldier and no matter how brave anyone was, right now everyone was a coward.

But Draxus surely looked at the man and smiled.

"Now you can't leave from here anyway. So might as well fight if it came to that. Every coward gets a chance to be brave."

The soldier nodded and returned the smile.

But back in the sky, the Demon King wasn't smiling.

He was simply…

Angry.
