After that, the dread notification came.

[ Taking a large amount of life force from the Target! ]

Sera was still around his arms, embracing him and the next second, she fell on Pablo's chest.

"I feel weak again, Dear." She said, resting her head on Pablo's chest as she let out heavy breaths. She didn't care about the other soldiers hearing her calling Pablo dear anymore. They were already at war. What could happen now anyway.

Pablo also let her be.

"You can rest inside Draxus' shadow if you want." He offered.

Sera shook her head. "It'd be dis-loyality to you."

Pablo rolled his eyes. "Consider him like your brother. Not another man, Sera. You can take help from your brother, right?"

"What if he is into incest?"

Pablo went silent for a second but then he laughed. "You surely overthink."

"I am certainly not into incest, my lady. You can rest assured." Draxus chimed in.

"See?" Pablo said.

"But he had promised Hena to keep her inside the shadow." Sera argued more. She just couldn't bring herself to stay inside the shadow of another man beside Pablo.

Pablo sighed. "You are tired. You are feeling weak. Stay inside his shadow. He won't even touch you and I don't mind you staying there. I believe his shadow has enough space for two girls?"

"Yes, Czar. My shadow is always open for girls."

"Careful now, Draxus. She can kill you in a second. You shall treat her like you treat me."

"Sure I will. Sorry if you didn't like my joke." Draxus apologised.

"Alright. Now come here. You have also seen that light, right? Follow it." Pablo ordered.

"I'll be there in a second." Draxus obliged and moved his shadow faster than ever.

And like he had said, he reached Pablo and Sera in a second.

He came out of the shadow and stood behind Sera without any words.

Sera was still around Pablo and she wasn't letting him go.

"He is here, Sera. Go on. I have to tend to more things." Pablo said, lightly pushing her away.

Sera fought for a while but she was weak at the moment so she couldn't resist Pablo's push and the next moment, her arms weren't around him.

"Go." Pablo said, sternly.

"Okay." Sera obeyed like usual and turned around.

She looked at Draxus.

"My lady." Draxus bowed and gestured to her to step on the shadow.

Sera did that and with one nod to Pablo, Draxus swallowed Sera inside his shadow.

Then Draxus also went inside and the shadow moved away.

Now Pablo was alone and the first thing he did was to let out a tired sigh.

That was a pain. If not for her Ego, I would have killed her today.

Pablo wasn't like who he normally was. He had snapped to a Commander of a war just after the war had begun. He had turned to the real Pablo Castillo and if not for Sera's Ego, the real Pablo Castillo would have killed her the moment she hugged him.

Cupid also heard his thoughts but she said nothing as she also knew that Pablo wouldn't listen to her preaches as long as the war was going on. He had told her himself. War gives men the right to murder. It won't be counted as a crime but a deed. So her good heart could do nothing to Pablo at the moment.

After copying the Ego, he knew he had it for twelve hours and he would use it full well.

He looked around the Crucible and there were still too many soldiers around.

The Cannibals were lesser as it had become child's play to kill them. But the Vampires were too many and they were fighting well too.

They could heal so that helped them. Some soldiers of the Forza kingdom would miss their hearts or brains and die by their hands. Pablo watched all of that and he came to a conclusion.

There is too much crowd.

Pablo would like to kill many of them at once and he could do that as well. But he wasn't sure if he should use them or not.

He was thinking about the Special Skills given to him by the five Gods. Out of which, he could only use three as he had already used two of them in the past.

He had used the Special Skill given by God Demeter. Its name was Freak Of Nature. It allowed him to control Nature in any way he liked. He had used it to kill one of Fozier's soldiers. One of the five rapists of the sister of the boy whose body Pablo now had.

Also, he hadn't killed that soldier. That soldier was still alive. That soldier had an Ego of healing from any wounds so Pablo had used this Freak Of Nature skill to make him stay deep in the underground, right inside the magma crust of the planet.

That soldier was still burning and healing while being deep inside the planet. He might also be suffocating as Pablo had left no room for the man to change his position by even a hair's breadth.

This Freak Of Nature skill had a condition and it was that Pablo could use it only once per year. And since the year wasn't over yet, he couldn't use it right now.

But before this Freak Of Nature skill, Pablo had used another Special Skill.

That was the strongest Special Skill given by the strongest God. God Altor.

A God In The Flesh.

He had used this skill when the Demon had arrived with his full power. Pablo had no choice but to use his full power as well. This Skill allowed him to become a God for fifteen minutes. Pablo was a God for fifteen minutes.

He had killed that Demon using that Skill and he can't use it again as that skill could be only used once in every two years.

So that left Pablo with only three usable Special Skills.

And he planned to use one of them… right now… probably.
