Sera and Hena stared at Pablo like hungry and determined beggars.

Pablo didn't usually feel intimidated by anyone but these girls were very close to achieving that.

They asked him to choose between themselves.

Sera wanted Pablo to choose her.

Hena wanted him to choose her.

Heck, Hena found courage inside herself after her fight with Sera. The elf girl wasn't able to look at Pablo's eyes before but now she was staring at him head on.

Sera was the same as usual but this time she was more aggressive. And their appearances weren't helping Pablo either. Their hairs were disheveled, looking like an overused broom which made them look scary.

Andrezj and Cupid floated behind Pablo but the male Angel thought something and floated towards Sera. Now he was behind Sera and also staring at Pablo. The stare was intense and Pablo felt the male Angel would kill him if he chose someone other than Sera.

But of course, Andrezj wasn't the only angel in the room.

"That's not fair. Hena is alone. I will help her." Cupid said and went to hover behind Hena.

Now Pablo was being stared down by four people.

"Answer me, dear. You love me, right?"

"Yes. Answer my dearest."

"No. Answer me, master. I am ready to be your slave forever. I will do anything for you. And I am better than a regular human. My mom had told me I can make any man happy just by a smile."

"Yes, Pablo. She is very pretty and you know that too. She will age slower than most humans. She will always stay young. If you have even a little bit of perverted intentions inside your heart, choose her."

"No. Choose my dearest. She loves you to death!"

"Yes, dear. I love you to death. It was love at first sight!"

"Love at first sight doesn't exist. Choose me, master. You changed my life. I will make sure your life changes too."

Silence.

Pin drop silence.

All four people shut their traps. Even Andrezj, the strongest Angel, went shut, mostly because he thought Pablo was going to give an answer.

Meanwhile, Pablo…

He panted heavily and glared at everyone present in the room.

The situation had become absurd and he had no choice but to shout.

First, he jerked his head at Cupid.

"You come here and stand behind me."

"Bu—"

"No! Shut up and come here."

Cupid sensed the situation and especially Pablo's mood so she didn't argue and floated towards Pablo.

Hena wondered whom Pablo was talking to but she didn't ask. She was still focused on Pablo's answer.

After Cupid went behind Pablo, he shot his glare at Andrezj. He couldn't see him but he was sure the Angel was behind Sera.

But before Pablo could say anything..

"I am silent. Focus on these two. I won't say a word." The male angel spoke first.

Pablo nodded and finally focused on the two lovesick girls.

"You want to know my choice?"

"Yes!" Both girls shouted.

Pablo shouted back:

"I choose peace!"

"Wha-"

"Shut up. I will speak now."

Sera closed her mouth.

Pablo continued:

"There are more important things than love in life. There is money, health, power, respect, and fame. I don't want girls in my life to distract me. Lust is a powerful emotion and I would kill myself, if I found myself driven by it. You both are beautiful, pretty, sexy, hot and all that shit, but I don't want to do anything right now. I have a mission, I have a job in the world. I would do it and when I feel like I have done everything I wanted, only then will I think who to choose between you two. So till then, keep your pussies dehydrated and let me do my work with utmost focus."

Silence.

Again.

Everyone stared at Pablo and most of all, Sera. She had her eyes wide open, not leaving Pablo's face at all.

"What is it? Why are you looking at me like that?" Pablo barked.

Sera snapped out of her stupor.

"It's just… you answered so calmly. I thought you would choke me like old times. I was even ready for that with my breath on hold."

"No. I only choke you when you cross the line. What you both did just now is natural. You just want to know who I love. That's nothing to get choked for." Pablo said and hearing this, Cupid snapped.

"Who are you? Where is Pablo? What did you do to him?"

Pablo rolled his eyes.

"Try to be friends with Hena, Sera. She is not as rich as you and she has suffered in her life more than you. I don't want any problems with you two from now on. Got it?"

Sera looked down. "I will try."

Pablo laughed. "But you know, you did one great thing."

Sera's eyes lit up. "What?"

Pablo darted his gaze at Hena.

"You made her come out of her shell, she fought with you, she expressed her feelings without any fear. All of this will help her in life. She became a confident woman because of you."

Sera's eyes lost her light.

"I feel sorry for that now."

Pablo chuckled. "Don't hate her this much, girl. She is younger than you. I am not saying act like sisters but just don't act like step sisters."

Sera meekly nodded. "I will try."

"And you?" Pablo asked the elf.

Hena nodded as well. "I will also try."

"Good. And I know, right now you are in passion but when what you did today will hit you, you will be very embarrassed. Good luck with that."

Hena's cheeks flushed and she stood up from the bed.

"I am going. Call me if you need anything." She said and bolted towards the door.

She pushed the door open, she stumbled but she didn't stop until she was far away from Pablo.

"You go too, Sera. I am doing some important work."

"Okay."

Sera stood up and without any antics, she left the room as well.

Pablo sighed and closed the door of the room.

Then he came back to the bed and held the thing he created with Nike's Ego.

And after holding it in his hands, he finally went on to do it.
