Yeah, I fell for a romance scam, no jokes here, it's true, I actually did. It completely blindsided me with how complex it all was set up to be. There was the relationship, then there was the investing side mixed with cryptocurrency and layers on top of that. None of the rules we are taught to look out for applied here. (Sort of)

All of this is to say that while I was being careful with what I believed was a trading platform, something happened that forced my hand. Subsequently, I had to put more money into the account there.

Long story short, all the money I have saved over the years is now gone.

I have contacted all the different agencies I can think of. (IC3, FTC, CFPB, Local Attorney General)

Needless to say though, my desire to do anything but lay in bed and feel like a piece of shit is pretty much nonexistent since this happened.
