Drake's hairs stood on end as he felt a horrifying sense of impending danger from that fist.

His face turned grave but his eyes only sharpened more. Drake once again glanced at his status with the 'Eyes of Order'.

Drake admitted that he had only been a mage for a few months, but in just that short time he had never shied away from any adversary. No matter who it was he was up against Drake never cowered and he wouldn't start today.

He did not retreat. Instead, Drake launched his own punch forward at the same time Drake shouted.

"Cosmic power - Earth pulse!"

"Tyrant Force - King fist!"

The Violet starlight energy covering Drake's arm flared and the next moment both fists; one glaring Crimson and the other majestic Violet collided.

Drake felt that mysterious sensation again. He could feel a special wave of force pass through his legs from the ground. It ran through his body and merged into his magic power then flowed into his fist.

That's right, this was Drake's special 'Earth pulse' attack. In all honesty, Drake could have used this attack from the very beginning and vanquished all his opponents with just one punch each. Unfortunately, he was unable to do that. Or at least he did not dare to.

Why?!

Because using 'Earth pulse' required him to build up for a second. It was exactly that second that he could not afford.

In a fight between exerts, just a split second's delay was more than enough to give the enemy the opening they needed to kill you. This delay was exactly the reason why despite the fact that they were 3 Star mages, their fights were all mostly close quarters combat, instead of spell bombarding.

Drake was not able to use 'Earth pulse' all this time because he had been entangled with his opponents and they would definitely not give him time to channel such a powerful attack. But now that Wu Sheng was not able to interrupt him, it allowed Drake to finally use the current strongest move in his arsenal.

A mage that used spells would usually only do so on the prerequisite that thy could put some distance between themselves and the enemy.

BOOM!

The impact caused a massive explosion, it was like a meteor had suddenly fallen out of the sky and struck the ground leaving nothing but devastation in its wake. For a second, it suddenly looked like the world had been dyed in the two colors.

However, this only lasted a very brief moment, and the next instant, the Violet light exploded in power and completely devoured the crimson domain until the whole world was completely dyed purple.

Right before everyone's eyes, Wu Sheng's body began to disintegrate starting from his arm all the way through the rest of his body including his head were completely vaporized.

Soon the Violet light receded. Paragons figure was once again visible in the battlefield that now had a giant crater with Paragon standing in the middle.

Paragon Wins!

The officials voice resounded in everybody's ears.

An uproar instantly erupted among the spectators. There were all kinds of reactions; shock, excitement, joy disappointment.

You name it!

Drake took a deep breath and dispersed the power of the Taurus constellation and his mind relaxed. He had won, it was finally over.

Suddenly, a terrible pain struck him like a bolt of lightning and a wave of exhaustion washed over him. The intensity and the sudden impact from the two nearly knocked Drake out cold and he fought to maintain consciousness.

"What's going on? Why does it hurt so much?" Drake exclaimed inwardly.

He was surprised by the sudden pain and exhaustion and glanced at his body with the 'Eyes of Order'.

Ah!

What Drake saw scared him.

His internal organs and bones were all completely covered in cracks. Even his blood vessels were ruptured in several hundreds of places.

Drake's heart jumped. 'What the fuck is this?'

It was only now that he realized just how terrifying that attack by Wu Sheng was. Even though most of the effect of that attack had been canceled out by the 'Earth pulse', the nature energy had still managed to get through and caused severe damage to Drake's body.

But that was only the tip of the iceberg, what had really caused most of the damage to Drake was actually the power of the 'Earth pulse he had used.

If you gave a little child a sledge hammer, the child would be able to attack with strength and power he could not with under normal condition. This was great news, however, just the weight and the impact from wielding the hammer was more than enough to gravely harm the child.

The same could be said about Drake's current situation.

The Taurus Constellation had raised his attack power drastically, but it did nothing about strengthening his body.

That power was way too strong for his body to bear. In fact, if it were not because his magic power did its best to retract its energy so that it would not harm its host, Drake should have exploded at the instant that he and Wu Sheng's fists clashed.

The impact from that collision should have killed Drake, but he had escaped by a hair's breath thanks to the power of recovery granted by the Virgo Constellation that had kicked in automatically and the power of the Aquarius constellation holding his body together.

Drake was lucky that the fight had ended after that attack, otherwise just a single flick of a finger was probably more than enough to kill Drake right now.

His situation was so delicate right now a single touch would make him crumble like a house of cards.

A drop of sweat fell from Drake's head as he imagined what could have happened. Of just how close he was to going to visit King Yama.

The white light from the Arena covered Drake at this moment and he was transported out of the battleground.

Drake could no longer see anything when the white light covered him. It was like all his senses had been sealed off, preventing him from perceiving anything else in his surroundings.

He suddenly felt a foreign energy that caused a soft and comfortable sensation invading his body. The system of the Arena had detected Drake's injuries and was helping him recover.

This was not the first time Drake was experiencing the healing power of the Arena, so he did not panic.

'Eyes of Order!'

Drake looked at his injuries. But the sight that welcomed him shocked him.

Drake was surprised by the effectiveness of this healing energy. In the few times that the Arena's healing power had helped him recover, it had only been from slight bruises and minor wounds. But this time he was already nearly having a foot into the gates of death. Yet, the Arena restored half of the damage to his body in just a few seconds.

"Damn, this thing is amazing. How does it have such a potent healing power?"

Drake exclaimed and opened his eyes to scan the surroundings with the 'Eyes of order'.

He realized that he was currently submerged inside what looked like a sea of milky white colored magic energy.

There was so much condensed magic energy that it could no longer be called a form of energy, that is because it had practically gained substance.

The healing energy emitted a bright radiance that blocked off all the five senses, but Drake had the 'Eyes of Order' so it was unable to block off his sight.

Drake looked around and found that there were several transparent vial like containers in this space. And each of these vials that contained the liquidized 'Healing energy'.

Even Drake himself was in a restoration vial. And he was not the only one. Many of those vials had people inside them, this absolutely shocked Drake.

Before he could get a clear look at who they were inside those vials, the restoration fluid was done with healing all of Drake's injuries completely. The light flashes and Drake was teleported out.

Somewhere in the spectators stands two people were staring at the spot where Paragon had just vanished from.

"He called that skill ''Infinity'. Right?" Said one of them.
