"What's the matter?" Lin Xuan Qi turned around to face the guard and asked.

The guard bowed to him and said, "There is a young mistress requesting a visit. She says that she is Lu Ting from the Lu Clan."

She bowed and cupped her hands to Lin Xuan Qi.

Lin Xuan Qi stood up and returned the gesture.

"I'm sorry but I don't think that I know you..."

Lu Ting put down her hands, gave a smile at him and said, "Sorry for the intrusion.

"I was travelling around in the city, and I've stumbled upon this mansion by accident.

"I can't help myself but wanted to see its interior.

"Thankfully, I did so.

Lin Xuan Qi nodded his head and replied, "Thanks for the compliment."

He wasn't sure what Lu Ting really wanted.

"What's the purpose of your visit to the city?" Lin Xuan Qi asked.

He tried to divert the topic away from the mansion to see if he could figure out anything.

Lu Ting glanced at Xue Cong and the other servant girls and thought that they were Lin Xuan Qi's wife and concubines.

Lin Xuan Qi wanted to roll his eyes at this stranger, but he decided to see what Lu Ting had to say.

At least in the mansion, he wasn't too worried about being defeated.

Lin Xuan Qi glanced at the herb, and it was something that he had never seen before.

"This here, is the Dragon Tail Herb," Lu Ting pointed at the herb and said.

That herb rang a bell in Lin Xuan Qi's mind.

It was one of the ingredients for the Five-Element Concentration Qi Pill.

"How much is this?" Lin Xuan Qi asked.

"This? Oh, it's not too expensive, only one spirit stone. Its Yang energy is too much to be used with other herbs," Lu Ting said.
