Cave Refuge

Chapter 731 Grandmaster

Zachary Dong never expected that a mere low growl from Grayson Todd could directly repel those intruders.

Initially, Zachary Dong and Robinson William, who had no specific sense of what the Grandmaster Realm entailed, suddenly had a concrete concept of it at this moment.

Zachary Dong walked the path of Cultivation and had even stepped onto the invincible route of the Nine Refinements Golden Core, naturally having no concept of the Grandmaster Realm of the Martial Path.

Meanwhile, Robinson William, who was Grayson's roommate before the Natural Disaster, and despite only recently reaching the Path Entry Realm in his Cultivation, didn't feel Grayson's Grandmaster Realm's might due to Grayson intentionally suppressing his aura.

The reason Grayson concealed his aura from the start was that upon arriving, he encountered Dong Tianyu who was in Sword Flight, and soon after, his former roommate Robinson William appeared.

Grayson may willingly suppress the overbearing pressure of the Grandmaster Realm when facing these two, but that doesn't mean he will deliberately do so in the face of others, especially when the opposition has already shown overt hostility.

If a Martial Artist in the Path Entry Realm can initially harness nature's spiritual energy to increase the power of their techniques, then a Martial Artist in the Grandmaster Realm can actively control nature's spiritual energy.

Regrettably, although Grayson scared off those intruders, the survivors who had survived the battle elsewhere started to converge here, accompanied by four other Grandmasters from the Imperial Court.

After all, everyone had seen the scene where Bat Monsters continuously converged here, and after they had finished battling, all the Bat Monsters that had gathered here mysteriously vanished, which was an undeniable fact.

The mysterious disappearance of so many Bat Monsters left those unaware of the Secret Realm's intelligence anxious, while the other four Grandmasters guessed that a Secret Realm likely existed nearby.

Moreover, the Secret Realm space must be vast to contain so many Bat Monsters, and the notion that these disappeared Bat Monsters could have been destroyed by someone else hadn't crossed their minds.

After all, from their experience at the site, if a large number of Bat Monsters were killed, their keen observation would have certainly spotted traces of blood in the surrounding waters.

Of course, if the Secret Realm were indeed discovered, even if Grayson found the entrance by himself, it would still be reported in the name of the squad when the time came.

The reason they were in such a hurry to get here was because, even if they followed reporting protocol, they could enter the Secret Realm and take all the resources before the verification team arrived.

To put it bluntly, most unexplored Secret Realms indeed offer plentiful resources upon initial entry, but for the individuals involved, while these resources seem abundant, they're just trivial to the Imperial Court.

Thus, the act of the discoverers looting the Secret Realm before verification personnel arrive is tacitly permitted by the Imperial Court.

After all, fundamentally, if the discoverers had the ability to control the Secret Realm, who would willingly hand over something that could be a family's foundation to the Imperial Court?

The four Grandmasters that came with Grayson naturally recognized Grayson's Companion Spiritual Treasure and, upon noticing him chatting with others on the deck, immediately broke away from the group and jumped onto the deck where Zachary Dong and the others were.

Seeing that his teammate had already resolved the troubles on that side, Grayson was delighted and promptly began to introduce his good friend Grayson Todd and Zachary Dong, who possessed the ability of Sword Flight, to the people around him.

Just as Grayson was about to introduce Robinson William and Zachary Dong, he heard one of them ask: "Grayson, what is your friend's current Cultivation Realm?"

Hearing his teammate's question, Grayson immediately understood the implication and responded with a slightly indignant tone, "Both of their Martial Cultivation has reached the Path Entry Realm."

Upon hearing from Grayson the Cultivation Levels of Zachary and Robinson, the smile on that person's face became more genuine, and they directly suggested to Grayson, "The Bat Monsters vanished around here, so it could still be dangerous. For the safety of your friends, it's best if you arrange for them to stay away from here."

No sooner had the person finished speaking than Grayson discerned the seemingly concerned statement as an intent to urge Zachary and Robinson to leave the area.

Originally intending to coax information out of Zachary Dong, upon understanding his teammate's mindset, Grayson weighed his options and then directly spoke, "Robinson, let's exchange contact information. Once things settle here, I'll come find you at the Magic Capital Base.

Then, I'll call up the schoolmates we can still contact, and we'll all gather together for a good time."

Realizing what Grayson was implying, Robinson quickly exchanged contacts through the communicator with him, and then he promptly led Zachary Dong away.

The five Grandmasters remaining on Grayson's deck watched as Zachary and Robinson left and one of them suddenly asked, "Grayson, when you arrived, what was the situation here? Did the Bat Monsters return to their original Plane through a Plane Transmission Channel, or is there a Secret Realm nearby for them to hide?"

Upon his teammates' inquiry, Grayson pondered silently for a moment before replying, "When I arrived, the Bat Monsters had already all disappeared, and there was only one person here.
