As more Resentful Spirits joined the battlefield, the surrounding Bat Monsters fell from the sky like raindrops. At this moment, Dong Tianyu resembled a character in a grass-cutting game, with endless Bat Monsters converging towards his location.

In front of Dong Tianyu, the Hundred Ghosts Banner and the Bloodthirsty Banner under the sea were like those props in the game, the more Bat Monsters they slaughtered, the stronger the power of the Hundred Ghosts Banner and Bloodthirsty Banner became.

With the increasing number of Resentful Spirits joining the battlefield, Dong Tianyu no longer commanded the Flying Swords to clear the surrounding Bat Monsters, as controlling so many Flying Swords for attack at one time was a considerable expenditure of Spirit Power after several rounds of attacks.

The converging Bat Monsters, after all, were not the brainless monsters in games, and as more and more of them died, those still converging felt fear in their hearts.

However, those Bat Monsters were very clear that if they did not enter the Plane Transmission Channel before its closure today, they would essentially lose the chance to return to their original Plane.

Because of this, all the Bat Monsters understood that they were at a point where they needed to fight desperately, and now they only had three possible outcomes in front of them.

Either they die in battle on the spot.

Or they break the Bone Ball blocking the Plane Transmission Channel to return to their original Plane where they lived.

Or no longer hope to return to their original Plane and instead turn around and leave to preserve their own lives.

At this point, those originally calmer Bat Monsters, driven by anger, had their clear eyes gradually turn red, like another Bat Monster fighting with humans on a different battlefield, giving up all defense for a last-ditch struggle.

Standing on the Bone Ball, Dong Tianyu saw the Bat Monsters' eyes turning red and immediately tossed aside the supplies he was carrying, then crazily charged towards Dong Tianyu's position.

But those Bat Monsters were not bosses from the game, their eyes turning red did not suddenly cause an increase in all attributes.

The red-eyed Bat Monsters fueled by rage were actually more susceptible to damage from the Resentful Spirits, and even though those Bat Monsters gave up all defenses, shedding all restraints, and crazily charged towards the location of the Bone Ball, at this point, Dong Tianyu didn't need to rely on Flying Swords for defense anymore; merely using the Resentful Spirits, he could easily eliminate those Bat Monsters.

Although the ensuing battle was extremely brutal, with Bat Monsters dying every second, since it was a one-sided suppression by Dong Tianyu's side, the remainder of the battle became very dull and boring.

Upon confirming that the surrounding Bat Monsters could not break through the blockade of the Resentful Spirits, Dong Tianyu curiously fished some of the packages discarded by the Bat Monsters from the water, eager to see what those Bat Monsters initially had packed inside in such big and small packages.

Dong Tianyu used the Flying Swords to pry open the packages, and upon seeing what was inside, his expression instantly became somewhat incredulously amused.

Dong Tianyu would never have thought that the items packed inside the Bat Monsters' packages would be very common materials like dirt and trees.

He had expected that those large and small packages carried by the Bat Monsters might contain some valuable items, but when Dong Tianyu really opened them, he realized those Bat Monsters were even less useful than rag-pickers, as after all, no sane person would pack soil or timber to carry around.

After prying open several packages still afloat on the sea without discovering any valuables for Dong Tianyu, he became uninterested in bothering with those stuff anymore.

Although Dong Tianyu knew that the Magic Capital Base had been plundered, and those discarded packages by the Bat Monsters certainly should contain some highly valuable items,

but faced with the massive quantity of packages, Dong Tianyu had no interest in wasting time picking through trash.

As the number of Bat Monsters dwindled, Dong Tianyu noticed that most of the Resentful Spirits released by the Hundred Ghosts Banner had evolved into Fierce Ghosts after devouring many Bat Monster Souls.

And the original Fierce Ghosts had all evolved to the level of century-old ghosts in this battle as favorable as fish in water.

When only a few scattered Bat Monsters remained in the air, Dong Tianyu returned to the Bone Ball, first glanced at the Ghost Creatures wandering around, then weighed the Hundred Ghosts Banner in his hand.

If he were to collect all the surrounding Ghost Creatures back into the Hundred Ghosts Banner all at once, the Hundred Ghosts Banner in Dong Tianyu's hand would definitely burst from suddenly absorbing a large number of Ghost Souls.

Moreover, another point worth noting was that at this moment, both the Banner and the pole of the Hundred Ghosts Banner had begun to show fine cracks, which was a precursor to the Magical Weapons potentially breaking.
