If both parties exploring the same region return at the same time, to claim the Maritime Bureau's reward, those survivors capable of assembling deep-sea Pioneering Groups are not ones to show mercy or leniency.

It should be known that even before the Natural Disaster, in a time when legal systems were sound and supernatural entities did not exist in the sea, ordinary seamen going out to sea could disappear without a trace for no apparent reason.
