At that moment in the camp, the survivors who had lived through the ordeal were mostly hiding within their Companion Spiritual Treasures. The only area in the entire camp not covered by the torrent made up of black snakes was the small area where the Companion Spiritual Treasures were located. The loud gunshots alerted all the survivors within the camp; however, all of the survivors remained within their Companion Spiritual Treasures despite the disturbance.

Amid the black tide of snakes, the Companion Spiritual Treasures were like islands in a large sea, and some of the braver survivors stood on the deck looking in the direction of the gunshots, unable to do anything more.

Different from the other survivors in the camp, Ye Liuyun and the Patrol Team members around him immediately knew that the people who fired the shots were definitely not the survivors who originally lived in the camp; the shooters must be outsiders.
